Summon Night Swordcraft Story RP

Years have passed since Parista has been defeated and peace has returned to the town of Wystern. However, it really has been a long time since then and most of the craftlords have passed away. Because of this, the craftlord of Iron decided to ocne again open up a tournament for young craftknights to prove their skill and themselves worthy for the positions of the new craftlords of Wystern.

People have gathered inside the central tower, awaiting the start of the tournament to decide the next people to be named the new craftlords. There were different young craftknights from different guilds gathered around, talking to each other in anticipation. Noise filled the hall. An official walked forward and called the attention of everyone. "Welcome to the opening ceremony of the Craftlord Tournament! The Craftlord of Iron has deigned to address you all and you would be wise to hear her word." with that, the official gave way to the only craftlord remaining.

The Craftlord of Iron walked forward and then spoke to the crowd. "Welcome everyone. Today, a tournament will begin to test your skills that you have learned through constant training as craftknights. Years have already past and as we know, I am the only craftlord remaining. My other fellow craftlords have sadly passed away. We need people to take their place to join me as the Craftlords of Wystern to watch over our home. We will determine who will be worthy of claiming those responsibilities. All of you possess the gift of youth, some of you have the potential that comes with it. We must use that potential to protect Wystern to the best of our abilities. In order for us to decide who will be worthy based on skill, you will each be assigned battles and whoever yields to the opponent or gets their weapon broken will be eliminated from the tournament. We will allow your masters to aid you in forging weapons, and we will allow one assistant per individual to accompany you. You are all allowed permission into the dungeon where you will be able to find materials from which you will craft your weapons. There are many dangers in the dungeon, to make all of you aware. These dangers will not be lessened or removed. You will have to confront them yourself. If you cannot defend yourself from them, I suggest that you back out of the competition for your own safety. As for who your opponent will be, it will be announced the right before your battle in the central tower. You must always remember the craftknight's code. A sword is not strength. A sword is not skill. A sword is not fellowship. Let it guide your efforts, for you will be rewarded. I hope that you will become our equal and join us as craftlords. That is all!"

With that, everyone was told that the ceremony was over and they were all sent out.

David shifted around uncomfortably. He was excited. He was going to be a craftlord! He knew he would do it, he knew he could easily win this.

After all, he came from a family of respectable master Craftknights, and he was going to be the first Craftlord in the family.

He smirked as the speech was given. He wondered what the meaning of the code was, but shrugged it off. The most important thing would be how good his weapon was, and how he put it to use.

Bebedora, commonly known as Dory, listened to the speech intently. She felt the excitement grow inside her. She was going to win this, she was going to prove herself worthy of being a woman of her line.

Once the speech was over, she calmly walked out the room. Then, as soon as she was out, she promptly pumped her fist in the air, "Yosh! I'm gonna win this!"

"Getting confident I see," A voice said as her Guardian Spirit appeared next to her. By the look on her face, it seemed she was just as eager for the upcoming tournament as her master was.

Dory grinned at the oni, "Aren't I always this confident?"

"That confidence isn't very well deserved, is it?" David smiled as he stepped out behind Bebedora.

His guardian was next to him, smirking a little bit at his master's words but saying nothing.

"I mean," He went on, "I am going to win this,"

"Oh, and I suppose your confidence is?" Bebedora said turning, raising her eyebrow at the boy, "Heh, I see you're one of those pretty rich boys from the Gold Guild."

"You tell em Master!" Delma added, crossing her arms over her small chest and tried to look tough and imposing, "My Master will have you crying for your mama!"

"Delma... don't say unnecessary things..." Dory sweatdropped at her Spirit's little outburst. "But you do have a point, there is no way someone from the Iron Guild could lose to pansy boy Gold Guild members."

Lyon stood amids of crowd listening the ceremony speech of the tournament. He had little time in the morning to clean himsefl up and there were few dirt spot's on his face which didn't really bother him much.

He observed people who were all coming from all four different guilds, there were few people he knew and they all were from Iron Guild. Spotting Dory from few rows away from him. Since they both were from Iron guild he knew her.

As the speech ended Lyon followed the crowd out of room and headed out, into sun light. He felt karate chop like tap on back of his head seeing Kaori, his guardian spirit other hand in karate chop and other on the hip."Your such a klutz." She said with sigh dropping her other hand to her side.

"hmmm, you think?" Lyon responded putting his hand's behind neck gazing to street.

"What about the Gold Guild...?" a somewhat cold and monotonous voice called from behind Dory. It was Elene who was also in the Gold Guild. "You should keep your mouth shut if you don't want to make a fool out of yourself if you lose..." she said before glaring at David.

"You, you better reduce that big ego of yours... or your pride will just be shattered..." she said before turning away. A faint light appeared and a ghost girl wearing white appeared before them. It spoke in a calmer, sweeter voice. "Please pardon her... she doesn't mean to be too harsh. It's just something with her and people. In fact, she really likes-" she got cut off with Elene calling. "Luminous, we're going home. Stop talking to the competition."

"Hah!" David said, smirking, but before he could continue, the other gold guild member showed up and spoke.

"Oh? Shattered you say?" He said, and this time he lost his smirk. He looked at her and seemed to completely ignore Luminous as he lost himself in thought. Then he turned back to the Iron Guild Member, "Anyway, I gotta go," he stated, his smirk returning.

He turned and the Oni skipped along behind him. He muttered something about skipping being undignified under his breath.

"Oh! Oh! Master! Is that.. uhm.. that thing... what did you call it.... oh a tsundere! She's a tsundere, right?" Delma said eagerly, pointing towards the blonde girl.

Dory looked away, rubbing the back of her head sheepishly, "Hahaha, I have no idea what you're talking about. Besides, there's not much deredere is there?"

"Yes, you almost forgot the entrance ticket, tripped on the spears which were laying around on the floor almost impaling yourself." Kaori listed, Lyon listening only half ear watching how two Gold Guild apprentices left both's guardian spirit's following them. After having somekind of taunting with Dory.

"Lyon~" Lyon when he heard Kaori suddenly speaking with bit menacing tone and slowly turned around hand's still behind neck."You did listen me, did you?~"

Lyon swift nod as response, Kaoris menacing smile widening on her face.

"Oh? what did i say then?" She asked with sweet tone. Lyon already starting to sweat, since he didn't listen really. Chomp sound echoed through the area as Kaori Bit Lyon.

"Ooooowww!!!!" Lyon exclaimed and tried to get Kaori release him from her teeths as she gnawed his head.

"Heh..." Elena looked back at the person from the Iron Guild, back at Dory. "Your summon has trouble controlling its own mouth too, huh..." she said before throwing a card at Dory. It was a note from her. "You should stop by the Gold Guild sometime..."

Luminous appeared behind Dory and giggled. "You know... Master usually doesn't talk that much to someone... You should thank her later for inviting you! I love seeing her being nice to someone after such-" she got cut off again. "Luminous.... I'm begging you, just follow me back to the guild and keep quiet for now..."

"What?!" David said, sweatdropping when he noticed, but he didn't shout it out, so nobody heard him but Jace. He was scowling. (Lelouch Scowl~ ;D)

"What's wrong, master?" Jace asked.

"That girl just invited some scum into our guild.... hm..." He shrugged, "Ah well, suppose we can just deal with it for now,"

Jace copied his scowl, but kept quiet.

Delma stared down at the note, peering over her master's shoulder, "Oh~ is that a secret love letter maste-"

Smack!

The oni rubbed the bump that had appeared on her head from getting hit over the head. "Owie~"

"Hmm... odd, someone from the Gold Guild inviting someone from the Iron Guild to their place..." Dory mused in deep thought, "It could be a trap... but... Master always said I should face obstacles head on instead of avoiding them."

Dory then clenched her fist, dramatically, "Alright! I shall go to the Gold Guild and I shall be prepared for anything they throw at me! Yosh!"

"What's that?" Lyon asked from Dory as he approached, Kaori still gnawing him.

"Invitation to Gold Guild?" He read over Dorys shoulder.

"Yep," Dory answered, "It's possibly a trap but that doesn't matter because the Iron Guild has the guts to face anything that is thrown at us! So.. I'll be going!"

Walking out of the Central tower, Elene sighed and then scratched her head a little. "Luminous... you should really try to control your mouth a bit more. You almost gave away what might have changed my whole reputation right there..." she said as she looked at the ghost girl who was sitting beside her. "I'm so sorry, Master! I'll never do it again!" the ghost said. "Well... I won't be able to force you anyways... I could just stop you when you're about to say something to important... The thing is that they should never find out..." she said as she started walking again towards her guild's direction. "Come on, we've got a visitor soon. Let's go home."

Once she reached the guild she went in, greeted her master dully and then went into her dimly lighted workshop, only a single light bulb and the furnace giving it light. She took her hammer and sat down on her bed, looking at the hammer in her hands. "I wonder if that person's going to show up?" she said, chuckling.

David was back in his room, and he sighed. Jace looked at him oddly, then when David noticed, he smiled and held out his arms.

Jace smiled and jumped into his arms, and they hugged. "Let's make a weapon today, whatya say?" David said, smiling at Jace.

"Another weapon? But I thought you liked fighting with your fists?" Jace asked quizzically.

"Yes, fist fighting is a true duelist way of defeating an enemy. But it occurs to me that I'll need to destroy weapons a lot, so let's do it, yeah?" Jace smiled, "OK!"

"Oh well, I better go, see ya later pal," Dory said raising a hand in farewell as she and her Guardian Spirit walked away.

Later, Dory and Delma stood in front of the Gold Guild doors. The apprentice raised her hand to knock on the door, she hesitated, but then banged on the door as loud as she could, "Yoooo~ I'm here!"

"Master, why not just bust down the door?" Delma suggested.

Dory shrugged, "Naw, we'll do that if they don't answer in the next five seconds."

Elene was in her room when she heard the loud knocking on the door. Her master didn't know that she was inviting someone from another guild, so she had to act quickly. "Luminous, now!" she said as Luminous vanished and reappeared near the door. "I-I'm very sorry for doing this, miss!" Luminous said as she covered Dory and Delma's mouths and then floated quickly towards Elene's workshop.

"Oh, seems like you arrived after all." she said, signaling to Luminous who let go of them. "I couldn't let anyone see you. It's against the rules here to invite someone without the master's permission."

David heard the loud knock on the door, and knew it had to be the other person from the Iron Guild. He considered calling the master, then decided instead he'd just spy on them. He smiled at this thought and watched them from the shadows.

"Master, what about the Drill?" Jace asked, confused a bit.

In a grand gesture, David said, "we have time later!"

"It's that dramatic side of you I like the most, Master!" Jace said, laughing.

"Aha! I knew it was a trap!" Dory said triumphantly, obviously misunderstanding the situation.

"Master? Is this the part where they *bleeeeep* us?"

Dory blinked, as a blush instantly appeared on her face, "D-Delma! I thought I told you to stop reading those type of things!"

"Huh? But your Guild Master told me that it would make me stronger as a woman if I read them..." Delma said tilting her head in confusion.

Elene twitched in annoyance but then regained her composure quickly and sighed. "Is this really the true face of the Iron Guild...? What a shame if it is." she said as she looked at Dory. "This is my workshop... It is not much to brag about. No one else besides me, and Luminous have entered here with me knowing." she stood up and then walked to the furnace, lighting it up. "I figured that we should showcase a bit of our crafting skills..."

Lyon also raised his hand as farewell. When Dory and Delma were no more in sight. Kaori kept biting even harder. "Ow ow owow! That Hurt's Kaori! Let go, please let go!" Lyon pleaded. only to have growling as "No".

"i'll buy you something sweet if you let go!" he kept pleading, causing Kaori now release and hug him.

"aww your so Kind Lyou-kun~" She said mischeviously, her animal ear's twitching.

"Will pick up something up, while getting some materials." He said cringin when he touched one of the spots which Kaori had left her teeth marks.

David watched from the shadows, silently observing from around the corner.

"*Bleep*? Is that really what the Iron Guild thinks of our higher class guild? Or is that just how they treat their guests?!" David thought to himself, offended.

"Delma remind me to have a long talk with the Master," Dory told the oni before turning to the blonde, "Ah so this is your workshop? Ah... looks no different from mine.... I guess the rumor about the rooms being filled with gold weren't true."

"Ooooh~" Delma said looking at Elene and her workshop in amazement, "Is it really a good idea to be showcasing your skill to us though?"

She chuckled and then stood up, turning away from the flames and looking at the girl. "Oh they are true. Most of them want luxuries in their rooms... This was a personal request of mine to keep my room like this..." she said before stopping herself right at that. "That's all I could tell you about me. The rest is none of your business." she said, walking to her bed and sitting there. "Why don't you go first?"

David blushed.

"Wait, do they know eachother enough to do .... THAT?!" He thought to himself.

"Oh so this is the part where they *bleeeeep*!"

SMACK!!!

Delma once again had to nurse a bump that had appeared on her head from her master's powerful blow. "More owies~"

"Get your mind out of the gutter! She wants me to craft something, not do that!" Dory told the oni as she blushed visably.

"Ooooh.... that makes sense," Dory said as understanding dawned on her, "Well then Master, let's show them what we got!"

"Yosh!" Dory pumped her fist into the air before pulling out a large hammer that looked as if it might be tough for a normal girl to use. She then turned to the blonde, "Anything in particular you want me to craft?"

"Now why would I tell you what I wanted you to craft?" she said, crossing her arms and then looking at her seriously. "If your master has not taught you this... I have something that I learned by myself. Who cares about what others say they want from you? Just do what you're good at doing." she said before clearing her throat. "Hmph... Never mind what I said... I was just being foolish..."

Luminous sighed and then sat beside Elene. "Master, you really need to be more honest with your-" she got cut off, Elene covering her mouth. "Please... what did I tell you..."
