Enemy Database
This is the part of the official databook (sorta) of the Super Power Lottery, however this will be useful for people who want some Baddies in their RP. Without further wait, I present to you the mook template.
Snarky Run Through
Template:
Snarky Run Through
- Spoiler:
- Name: Label them, something other than "Little bastards".
Appearance: They may be reeeeeeeeeeally ugly, but we need a picture or description. Make any descriptions detailed.
Health: How much abuse can it take?
Attack: How much abuse can it dish out?
Defense: How is it's resistance to you wailing on it with physical means?
Speed: How fast can it go? No, I don't mean after you've thrown it.
Agility: A twitchy little rabbit, or can you stab it's backside a couple of times before it can reach round and lick your face?
Skill: How's it's aim? How's your aim?
Mana: Magical-abuse-spam-potential.
Magic Attack: How much magical abuse can it give you?
Magic Defense: Resistance for pretty much anything supernatural.
Will: They're just mooks, but they might be determined mooks.
Cunning: Are you going to get outwitted by one of these little punks?
HP: (Health x5) Abuse-it-can-take points.
MP: (Mana x5) Magical-abuse-spam-potential
Average Group Encounter size: How many of the little blighters are you usually going to be fighting?
Rarity: Irritatingly common, to infuriatingly rare and everything in between.
Super Power: You thought you were special? Pfft no.
Equipped weapon: The pen is definitely not mightier than the sword here, because it has no stat boosts. This may be dropped at the end, if you want to pull one of your dead enemy's weapons out of his hand like the good guy you are. Or the GM might say no. How unfortunate.
Equipped clothing/armor: All humanoid enemies have these. I hope. Some beasties might too. Can prised off of the corpse of your enemy, you nice guy, but it may be too damaged. Ask the GM.
Usable item: You've finally gotten that enemy down to low health, and you're just about the finish him, when BAM! Full Restore. Stealing will prevent it being used, obviously, as they don't have it anymore. But they do get the moral high ground. An upgraded one of these, or the exact same, may be a rare steal.
Item drop: Like picking things off the ground? Great! You may not be too lucky, but there's always something lying around. Don't fight over it though!
Rare item drop:
Item steal: This is if you're a petty, common thief, a mugger if you would. You have a chance out of one hundred, which fluctuates by 2 per stat point away from 15 total of your skill, cunning and agility. E.g, if your total (heretofore, Stealing) is 30, you'd get + 30 chance, but if it was 0 you'd get -30. This is your likelihood to steal from them AND the item. Like women, the easier item isn't necessarily worse.
Rare item steal: This is if you're an excellent thief, more of a heist kind of guy. This is your (lower) likelihood to steal a rare item, which may or may not be better than the normal item. Stealing affects this by boosting you two percent for every point above 20, but taking 2 for every point below 15. If, after your Stealing had been factored in, you found your rare item and normal item theft total went above 100, then it would be scaled back, but you'd have no chance of failure. E.g, it added up to 110 (80 normal and 30 rare) then it'd be scaled back to 75 normal and 25 rare.
Steal failure: This is if you're a sucky-ass thief, the shoplifter who always gets caught. To get this value, do 100-(Item steal+Rare item steal).
Money drop: Find a penny, pick it up... The harder the enemy, the more money will be given to the murderer of this magnificent creature. Usually. There are always those farmable enemies, right? By the way, the killer is the person who did the most damage so the resident kill thieves aren't gonna get anywhere here. The killer may be generous and share the funds across the party, or be a tight arse and stick it in their back pocket. I suggest you think carefully about that, or the people who watch your back will watch your back being mauled. On the other hand, you don't want to end up poor. Balance is the key. The ever whimsical may decide to reward you a bonus for beating a large group, but other than that, it's done money per enemy.
Personality: Personality is basically how much they want your face. Some enemies will be pretty timid and leg it as soon as you go near them, others will jump you at every possible opportunity, the nasty little buggers.
Weaknesses/Immunities: Okay, this goes on a percentage scale, so listen (read) closely. I'll start at the top, shall I? Enemies with a number above 100 are weak against that form of damage, with the higher the number meaning a greater weakness. Enemies with a number below 100 will resist that form of damage.0 means that the enemy in question can't be harmed by this form of damage. Immune, no exceptions. Finally, anything below 0 (that's negative, folks!) means that the form of damage will be absorbed by the vicious beastie you are combating. I don't advise that. Absorption results in healing the foe and buffing any attacks of the same type they have. BAD.
