Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition Empty Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition

"Alright, this is the best principal in the entire damn world speaking..." a gruff voice came through the intercom system. "Alright, uh..." he started strong, but ended on a completely different note. He didn't even say a sentence and he screwed up. "Hmm.. Blitzball PRACTICE at..."

"Um... sir, we don't have a BlitzBall Dome-"

"Then build one!"

"We don't have the money to-"

"THEN GET THE MONEY."

"We-"

"Don't question THE BEST!"

"Y-yes...sir..." the secretary turned away, about to exit the room.

"Hey, don't walk with your back slouched like that. You're a MAN, act like it!"

"Y-yes sir..." the secretary then moved himself out of the room.

"Uh..." Jecht, at a loss for words, continued his announcements after the hasty retreat of his secretary. "ALRIGHT KIDS, GREET THE DAY WITH A SMILE AND..." the bronze, tanned god looked down to his desk. He was reading off of some papers that the twig-of-a-man secretary left for him just moments ago. "GAHHH!" Jecht tosses the papers away, and into the trashcan without so much as a second thought. "BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE-" and then Jecht was cut off. The intercom ... broke.

Well, so much for that.. but anyway, the school day had begun!

Stalking the corridors and humming merrily to herself, the head of the disciplinary Committee kept a sharp, red eye out for any potential trouble makers. After all, it was her duty to prevent misbehaviour of the students.

And she was damn good at it.

Yuuka Kazami's humming continued, serving as a warning for any possible delinquents up ahead.

Meanwhile, a girl with blonde curls wearing a sun hat entered the school grounds, her very haughtiness and arrogance distorting the air around her. Well, not really, but still,, you could tell Elly wasn't someone you wanted to listen to.

"Another day of me gracing this school~" Elly sighed. "Oh well, at least my reason for coming here is legit~"

Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition Empty Re: Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition

The sounds of guitar strumming could be heard from an abandoned classroom. What desks were left, were pushed to one side of the room. A drum set was set up on the other end and a red head stood nearby. It was apparent that she was the one strumming the guitar, occasionally humming then pausing to write something on a piece of paper.

After several minutes of this, the door to the classroom suddenly opened and a blonde girl followed by a violet haired girl walked in. "Yo Iwasawa~" Sekine greeted with a grin.

"Good morning Iwasawa-san," Irie greeted far more politely than her blonde companion. All they got was a mumbled replied though, as Iwasawa had a pen in her mouth and didn't think to take it out before speaking.

"Iwasawa-senpaiiii~" Suddenly, a third person charged, a pink haired bundle of evergy none other known as Yui, "I'm ready for my first day in the band! What are we gonna play? Crow Song? Alchemy? Oh! Maybe a new one!"

Iwasawa blinked silently at the over eager pinkette, the pen dropping out of her mouth. Well, she knew how enthusiastic the girl was when she agreed to let her join. That's one of the reasons she let the girl become a part of the band after all. But it was still a little much for her handle.

"Oi, stop bugging Iwasawa and take your place, shrimp," Sekine replied wrapping an arm around the smaller girl and pulling her away from the red head.

"Hey! Let me go! I was talking to Iwasawa-senpai!" Yui complained, struggling against Sekine.

Iwasawa sent a grateful nod to the blonde, before addressing them all, "Alright, everyone get in your places! We'll be starting with Crow Song."

Yui finally stopped her struggling to grab her guitar. The other two also took their places, Irie sitting behind the drums, and Sekine grabbing her bass. "1-2-1-2-3-4," Irie started them off, hitting the drumsticks together, then hitting them on the cymbals. Soon everyone started playing their respective instruments and Iwasawa started to sing the first few lines of the song.

"Behind my back, there's a wall of shutters," Her voice was smooth and mature, there was a quality to her singing that you wouldn't find in many amateur vocalists, "There's the smell of steel on my fingertips. Move on, strum it, it's crowded anyways, right?"

------

Meanwhile, the other Yui, Hirasawa Yui, was in class. Though, she wasn't really paying attention. Right now she was far too occupied with the doodle of Gitah she was making. But something was missing... Oh right! Gitah should have a pretty dress to wear. She nodded to herself as if in agreement, before adding the frilly dress to her doodle. Soon her foot began unconsciously tapping, as if she was listening to some music.

"Eh?" She lifted her head up from the drawing and looked around. Wait, she could hear music. Or maybe she was just imagining a new song for HTT. No, it looked like everyone else could hear it too. Oh! Maybe she gained the ability to project the music in her head to everyone else!

Yzma opened the door and exited one of the classrooms, her "magnificient" hair and amazing black dress probably stunning everyone on the corridor. Well, at least that's what Yzma thinks everyone is looking at. They're mostly looking at the gigantic mole on Yzma's armpits, and her pale, gray skin:

"Alright! Time for the next class, students! You don't want to miss knowledge!" she said, in a really kind tone (and with a smile on her face), which ended up making it sound too creepy. Once the students were out of her way, her expression immediately changed into one of pure hatred and disdain.

"Another day at this school! Oh, when I am going to get a raise?! Why does everyone here have such big eyes?! Why do they all use words like senpai and kun when there's no need to?! And most importantly, why do their hairstyles break laws of physics?!"

She kicked down the teacher's room door, almost fumbling with hatred, and screamed the name of one of the other teachers in her shrill, high-pitched voice:

"GUY! WHERE ARE YOU?! I DEMAND TO TALK WITH YOU NOW!"

Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition Empty Re: Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition

Post by AnnoR Thu 12 Apr 2012, 12:34 pm

A certain blue-haired girl had spent her previous night playing video games. For hours. And hours. And hours. The end result was very little sleep. Konata, in fact, got barely any sleep last night. With such little rest, staying up for the class was a bit difficult.

At the moment, she was sleeping, slumped forward on her desk and completely ignorant of everything around her, including what was being taught.

----

Nakano Azusa was trying to ignore it, but as a member of a band herself, it was a bit hard to. She could pretty clearly hear the band playing, but she was in class! She had to pay attention... and it didn't look like the teacher had noticed the music(though a few of the students looked somewhat distracted). In any case, she needed to pay attention and focus on the lesson. Even though the guitar sounded pretty good.

Who was even playing?

----

Wriggle never really focused on paying attention in class. No, she was too busy, far, far too busy. Drawing detailed pictures of various insects was the more important task at hand. Currently, she was focused on detailing a picture of a praying mantis, giving the eyes that alien nature that was just so awesome! And the teacher was blabbing about something, but the mantis picture was much more important.

"YOUR FLAMES OF YOUTH ARE BURNING, YZMA! DESPITE YOUR MASSIVE AGE!" Yelled the strange man in green spandex. He was shouting as he always was, and, more oddly, doing pushups in the teacher's lounge. He had just hit five thousand when Yzma came in calling for him. Her shouts didn't seem to register as 'angry' to Guy, simply 'excited' for something, thus he was still smiling broadly, teeth shining.

"WHAT IS IT THAT YOU REQUIRE?" He asked, still shouting.

Yzma stared at Guy with an un-impressed expression, before the creepiest smile in the world appeared in her face, and she began to talk with a voice that was supposed to be soothing, but actually ended up being even more creepy:

"Guy, you do know that in some days, your Physical Education class is before my History class, correct? And what do people do in Physical Education? Normal exercises, of course."

And out of nowhere, Yzma began to scream:

"SO WHY DOES EVERY STUDENT THAT COMES OUT OF YOUR CLASSES LOOKS LIKE HE JUST HAD TO RUN THE MARATHON?! At one point, I think the entire class slept during my History class! THE ENTIRE CLASS, GUY! Just what do you think you're DOING?!"

Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition Empty Re: Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition

Post by Rain Fri 13 Apr 2012, 7:25 pm

Another blue haired girl, also inexplicably in the class (then again, it confused teachers that she was even in the school), was scarcely paying any attention to the teacher, occasionally glancing away and looking at the 'lesson plan' for the maths lesson later that day. It was a plan in name only, consisting of occasional mathematical looking doodles, pi (and pie), a random integral symbol, and a diagram on how to freeze a frog with a bucket of water and a source of coldness.

Not that you could really have a source of cold. Properly, it was a heat sink, but Cirno had never really been able to understand that. Or the entire concept of the Laws of Thermodynamics. They were all obviously wrong, so why did physicists keep going on and on about how they were so important and perfect? She'd even gone and proven one wrong that one time and he continued to protest that it was just a cheap trick!

Physicists were idiots.
----
Kagami was... paying attention, like a good girl should, but couldn't refrain from glancing at the clock every now and then to check if the class was nearly over. She wanted the lesson to finish already so that she could go and eat lunch in her sister's classroom. It was lonely eating in here... well, there was Misao and Ayano but... they never really seemed to keep her fully occupied.
----
Sanae wasn't even in her classroom. This had a simple reason: she'd lost it whilst thinking about something--namely, how to get a giant mecha operating in the real world, and had vastly overshot. Not having been in this region of school before (though some people kept insisting she head over here for some reason), she'd not been able to find her way back to her classroom... and was now knocking on the door to the guidance councillor's office. They would have a map, wouldn't they?

Hopefully, she wasn't interrupting anything.

Oh hey, class time. Yuuka was already in her own seat, having made sure the corridors were clear of ne'er-do-wells.

...Hm, pretty loud music coming from somewhere. Maybe she should check that out...

-----------------

Elly was currently seated, alongside her air of smug superiority. Already, she had plans to ignore this trivial class and was currently daydreaming about her goddess. Hm... maybe she should misbehave...

Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition Empty Re: Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition

Post by Tachi Sun 15 Apr 2012, 9:22 pm

Hinata sat in class, sort of pretending to pay attention to whatever was being taught. He was more than a little distracted by his growing annoyance with that brat, Yui. They'd agreed to meet up before school and she'd never shown. When he heard the music, it just annoyed him more. Had that girl forgotten their meeting to play with her new band instead?

Elsewhere in the school, Shinonome Nano was seated in class paying attention to whatever the teacher was saying. Unfortunately, the large key in her back decided to interrupt this moment of normality for the girl, turning itself with a rather loud, mechanical noise.

"They've simply exhausted their flames of youth!" Guy shouted back to Yzma. He scratched his chin for a moment, then his eyes widened in inspiration. He punched the air, grinning like a lunatic with fire burning in his eyes.

"I know! I shall make them run 500 laps around the school the next day, if they fall asleep in your class! How does that sound!" He assumed his legendary 'Nice Guy' pose, giving Yzma a thumbs up, while his teeth seemed to make an audible 'ping!' as his grin somehow widened further.

"THAT'S ONLY GOING TO--"

Yzma's anger soon transformed into a frown. She slowly raised her eyebrow, and said, in a somewhat tired tone:

"Nevermind."

And with that, she walked past Guy, leaving her stuff (which included multiple papers- probably homework- pens, pictures, and more) on top of a table. She opened her purse and took out a small fan, which she soon began to shake, enjoying the cool air it provided:

"Oh, these classes are tiring me out. And in a few minutes, I'm going to teach a bunch of little br-... I mean, adorable children, all about independence in the Portuguese and Spanish colonies. Hoo-ray."

She closed the fan and pointed it at Guy:

"Where do you find all that energy, Guy? Is it some secret youth formula? I'd love to have that."

"THROUGH RIGOROUS EXERCISE!" Shouted Guy, striking several poses to show off his muscles, ending with flexing both his arms.

"And now I must go, for my next class starts soon! GOODBYE, YZMA!" The strange man ran through a wall, smashing a hole in it and out of the building, headed for the gym.

Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition Empty Re: Cross Clash Crisis: AU Highschool Edition

Post by NazrinTsunMouse Fri 27 Apr 2012, 5:00 pm

Eventually Iwasawa and the gang finished their song. The young musician took a towel off one of the desks and wiped the sweat off her brow. No this wasn't enough, there was still something missing in their music. They would have to keep trying, keep practicing. "Alright girls, let's start back from the top. But this time... I want you to sing with me Yui."

"R-really Iwasawa-senpai?!" The pink haired girl was taken back and practically bouncing in place. She never thought she'd get a chance to play with Iwasawa let alone sing with her.

The red head nodded wordlessly. She quickly fumbled with through her bag and pulled out a paper and highlighter, quickly going through the paper and highlighting certain parts while balancing her guitar. It was quite the odd sight. When she was finished she handed the paper to Yui, "I want you to sing these parts, and try to keep up."

"Oh I will! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Yui replied enthusiastically. Soon everyone got back to their places and started to take the song back from the top. Like always it started with Iwasawa singing but as soon as the chorus kicked in, Yui joined her own powerful voice along with Iwasawa.

Unbeknownst to the two singers, Sekine had rigged their mics for a mild prank. And had chosen now to flip the switch with her foot. From that moment, every class in the entire school would hear the girls playing over the intercom, causing an even bigger stir in the school.

----

It was only a matter of time for Hirasawa to figure out the song wasn't something she was projecting from her head when students started getting up out of their seats to rush and see where the music was coming from. Luckily the teacher was an old, nearly deaf man so he didn't notice this while his back was turned. Now the brunette was really curious. She wanted to go see this band too. She soon found herself standing up and absentmindedly walking to the source of the music.

Unfortunately, she ended up bumping a blue haired boy's desk, knocking down all his stuff, "Ah! I'm sorry!" She said hurriedly bending down to pick it up, only to bump her head on his desk. She jolted back up, clutching her head, "Owie...."

Music... where was it coming from?

Blearily, Konata sat up. That was definitely rock music, and it was pretty awesome... She rubbed her eyes. It sounded kinda like something she'd heard in an anime once, but it wasn't quite the same. Playing of the speakers like that, though...? It was pretty rocking! Definitely worth waking up for.

As things got going, Konata slipped out of class. The teacher wasn't doing anything at the moment, anyway.

----

Aaand now the band was playing over the speakers. That was impossible to try and ignore. Azusa stood up, along with the other students. This was enough of an excuse to go and check out what was going on. As the teacher left to try and find out what was happening, several students(including Azusa herself) peered out. Finally, Azusa headed out into the hall herself, following the sound of the music.

----

Wriggle paused.

"Ehhhhh? What is that?" she asked no one in particular, looking around. It was music... It sounded pretty good, too, but it was distracting her from her bug drawing... she had to find the source! Standing up, and totally ignoring her teacher calling for her to stop, Wriggle walked out of class.
