I'll come up with plot later, but for now, lets just establish a crew eh? I'll take the captain of the crew, who will have a Zoan type devil fruit of some sort.

Devil Fruit: Saru Saru no Mi: Model Blue Monkey
Hybrid appearance: His body is covered in an olive fur, he grows a very long blue tail, and his body becomes much lighter (Which doesn't seem to take away from his impressive strength).
Full change: He becomes a rather small monkey of about 130 cm in length, and his tail is equally as long. He isn't very strong in this state, but is very very agile.

Fighting Style: As an ex-marine, he had undergone training to learn how to use the martial arts technique of Rokushiki. He can use all six of the normal forms, and has his own variations on some of them. However he rarely uses tekkai or Rankyaku, favoring Shigan for his offense and using his advanced agility with Kamie for defense. He also cannot actually use Rankyaku with his hand-shaped feet in half or full monkey forms. He does not have Rokuogan.

Personality: Usually a very cheerful man, Aviles would rather party than fight whenever possible, but when not possible, he's absolutely happy to give the opponent his time. He enjoys fighting when it isn't serious, but can get serious if the situation calls for it. He's also a strong leader, capable of tactical thinking. His loyalty to his crew knows little bounds, and their lives will always come before his own.

Shows a great hatred for the world government, however he refuses to kill marines unless absolutely necessary.

Bio: While he won't tell people too much, he used to be in the marines, and was stationed at Marineford. He had constantly fought for the rights of slaves, trying to free them, and trying to right all the wrongs at Saobondy. However, one day, a royal ordered for his quiet execution due to his constant protest. He managed to get away with his life, but only barely. It was from then on that he would be considered a pirate, and he was fine with that label at this point.

Hybrid Appearance: His body is covered in Orange fur and grows Nine long tails and the lower half of his body becomes more Animal like increasing his Speed.
Full Change: He becomes a Rather Giant Nine Tailed Fox with incredible power and speed.

Fighting Style: Kitsune Ryu: A modern Jiu-Jutsu that is based on several older forms of Jiu-Jutsu.
Personality: A bit mischievous and laid back

Bio: Carter,a mischievous kid that lived on an island full of people with his parents. He was always curious of the outside world. He dreamed of traveling the seas one day for adventure and fame. One day he found a tree that had a strange type of fruit. He ate a few of them and noticed his body began to change. At first he was scared. But then when he realized what he could do he embraced his new found gift. He later found out that the Fruit was one of the Legendary Devil fruit. The Kyuubi Kyuubi no Mi. What was stranger was the tree withered away and died the next day as if it was only for him. He kept his powers a secret from everyone including his parents. But then came the day when he had no choice. A group of Bandits had come to the island Threatening and hurting his friends. But Carter could no longer watch when they attacked his mother. Activating his powers He easily defeated the Bandits thanks to his Speed. A few days later after being recognized as the Town hero, a man named Aviles came to him with an offer to join his crew. He knew then that his wish for adventure on the High seas had come true.
