The Legend of Dragoon; Chronicles of Endiness
Two hundred years have passed since the fall of the Great Tree. On the peninsula of Endiness and to the east, they’ve been prospering ever since calamity had been averted. The human kingdoms have been experiencing unprecedented prosperity after working together with the once lost Wingly nation to the west. The fragments of the ruined past buried beneath them, technology had advanced as well as even the practice of magic. However due to the years of inbreeding, only the older Winglies are able to properly utilize the art.
Now here in the ‘modern’ city of Demacia (the joint project of human and Wingly) do people prosper! However there is darkness on the horizon. What’s going on? We don’t really know, you’ll just have to deal with it!

What's there to explain? You ARE one. We have arms, legs, varying shapes and sizes. Our strength comes from the fact that we don't have a lot of weaknesses. Most balanced of all!
Winglies;
A race primarily known for their platinum/white hair and their ability to manifest energy wings to allow flight. Secondary trait would be their ability to utilize powerful magic and their technology. Trade off for their magic and speed is that... well, they are actually fairly durable, but not as durable as humans or Giganto.
Gigantos;
Very big warrior race that was thought to have went extinct long ago.They aren't much in the brains department, but brute strength is what they accel at. They value honesty and loyalty above all else. Very nice folks if you get to know them. Can't utilize magic, but have amazing durability and strength.
Fairfolk;
Elves, orcs, all those sorts of guys that aren't named above. They exist in this world! Well, not so much in Endiness but in the borders beyond they certainly do. (Elves, Orcs, Mermaids, etc.)

Personality: A caring and helpful persona with a sensitive appraoch to the world. Often deep in thought on how to help the next person over. He's the type of person to enjoy a good-book while often looking up to let the world distract him. Can be a bit shy, but has worked out of it ever since his early years in school. Has drawing and writing poetry as a bit of an embarassing hobby that he hides away from others. Expresses himself thoroughly in conversation, moving his arms and body around to illustrate or make a point. All in all, a very rounded human being with a deep passion for the creative arts.
Weapon of Choice; Sword
Additions;
Berial Sword; Arrow coats his sword in flame and starts attacking! While in this state, his attacks seem to be faster but he might even be prone to burning himself with the flame-conducting sword.
Quickdraw Blitz; A quickdraw motion that starts with a series of slashes and picks up speed to continously attack the opponent.
Volcano; A series of four-slashes that break the enemies guard and ends with bissecting the target head down to the waist. Only really works on human-esque targets.
Dragoon Spirit; The Red-Eyed Dragoon Spirit
Dragoon Magic;
Flameshot; Build up of fire in the center of the body. It expands out into a sphere that Arrow slices into two then four! He sends them out at the enemy, homing in to deal damage to the target with powerful explosions.
Flare Field; A flaming sphere that blasts out of Arrow's moving body that deals damage to all nearby foes and continously burns them. Can hurt allies too, so it isn't really a good idea to use near friends. Acts as an automatic defense too, so there's that.
Solarflash; Arrow sheathes his sword, building up an immense amount of energy. On redraw of the blade, it blasts out a large blade of heat and magma that slices into the enemy repeatedly before ending in a heavensward slice. Ends with an explosion and a lot of damage. Can be considered one of Arrow's stronger attacks.
Final Burst; Arrow coats his body in flame and dashes forward into the target with his blade out. He slashes through the enemy and the 'flaming energy' that was around his body seeps into the new cut on the opponent. After working its way in, it explodes! Kaboom!
Biography; A man that's been studying at Demacia University for the past three years. His specific area of study is that of Ancient Magic and trying to bring it back into use. As a kid, of course, Arrow grew up in the Serdian town of Seles. He was always the type to read and read and... read. Other village kids would often try to get him to come outside and play, but he'd always be reading. You'd find him either at the church or the library, studying up on what he could. This ended up alienating him from the rest of the village. The one thing he was always interested in though was the Dragon Campaign. The idea of heroes fighting to defeat the evil darkness that shrouded the world in the form of the ancient Primarch. This is what inspired him to work with magic and eventually study magic at the university. Now he's been given a chance, directly, to witness the power of the Dragoon warriors of old. What does fate have in store for him and his soon-to-be companions? Well, probably not good things.

Personality: Doesn't get along well with most people, perhaps because he believes they can't understand him due to his blindness. Utterly despises pity and those who try to give it to him, but enjoys the company of those who can ignore his blindness. To others, he comes off as spiteful and unkind, even when he's trying to help, as this is the only way he knows to get people to treat him as they would a non-blind man.
Weapon of Choice: Dagger
Additions:
Suffering Unseen: A shadowy strike that hits three times in the same instant. Only one of the three slashes can actually be seen.
Spite Counter: Jark instinctively parries the next physical attack and slashes at the hand (claw, etc) of the attacker.
Like Nothing: An assassination technique, usable only against targets that are weakened, disoriented, or unaware. A stab that can pass through armor and even flesh to attack the heart directly.
Dragoon Spirit: The Dark Dragoon Spirit
Dragoon Magic:
See Only Darkness: Creates a cloud of shadow that blinds anyone within in, ally or enemy alike, lasting for up to a minute.
Noblade: Dozens of floating black daggers are flung at the enemy. Only about a sixth of them are actually capable of harming the opponent, but it is impossible to determine which ones are illusions and which ones are solid.
Always Behind You: Jark vanishes into darkness. He can then jump out of the nearest living being's shadow, ally or enemy, enabling a sneak attack. The attack becomes more powerful the larger the shadow is.
All is Naught: Jark's dagger becomes surrounded by a spinning cone of darkness, becoming a large drill of emptiness. This void-drill is incredibly powerful and armor-piercing, capable of disintegrating anything it touches, though Jark cannot maintain this technique for long.
Biography: A young man, born blind and abandoned from a young age. As a child he always preferred dark places, because there he was equal. In darkness everyone was blind. He drifted apart from the world, losing himself in his thoughts often, until one day he wandered into the orphanage kitchen. Before the cook could escort him out, he tripped on a dropped knife, and actually managed to pick it up without cutting himself. When the cook tried to take his knife away, Jark slashed his hand. From that day on Jark always had a knife in his hand. He would hide in dark rooms at night and practice swinging it, listening and feeling the shadows around him, tasting the air like a snake. He'd threaten the other children with a blade, chasing them and laughing. He'd even run around town trying to mug older children who picked on the other orphans. When he was thirteen he received an actual dagger as a gift from the caretaker, and decided to leave. No one stopped him. For a while he just hunted wild animals to both hone his skills and to eat, but one day he met a man named Arrow. That man did not see him as a little blind boy or a devilish imp, but instead as an equal. Jark vowed to follow Arrow to the end of the world, out of respect for the only person to acknowledge him (and also because Arrow was one of the few people he didn't feel like stabbing on a regular basis).

Personality: She is a very terse girl who doesn't trust people often. She puts on an air of haughtiness and speaks her mind without realizing the consequences, her blunt honesty coming off as rudeness. In actuality, she is a lonely girl who has been repeatedly lied to her whole life so refuses to lie herself. Those who do gain her trust will acquire a lifetime friend who will always stand by your side through thick or thin.

Biography: Originally born in Basil as the bastard daughter of the current king, she was sent away to live in Seles as an infant for her own protection. As it were, if the King having an affair was not bad enough, he had an affair with a wingly woman when tension between the two races were still quite high. If Sera had remained in Basil, great harm would have came to her. So, she was made to live with an old couple in small village of Seles. She was raised to believe her parents (both wingly) had tragically died in an accident and the couple had found the poor girl and raised them as her own. Because she was the only wingly in the village, she was often subject to prejudice and bullying. Her only friend was an older boy by the name of Arrow. He was much like a big brother figure to her and she greatly looked up to him. On the year she turned twelve, she discovered some letters hidden away by her surrogate parents. They gave some of the details of her parentage, revealing she was abandoned by her father and mother as well as her link to the royal family. She kept her discovery to herself, not even telling Arrow, but since that day her attitude began to change from the sweet kid everyone used to know. When Arrow set off for university, Sera made a decision to return to Basil and confront her father, so she ran away from home without telling anyone where she was going.

Additions;
- Paralyzing Rapture; Sera rushes the opponent from the left, slashing them, then the right. As she does, she embeds her swords on each side. The swords become electrically charged at their hilts and prevents the target from moving for the duration of the attack, allowing her allies to get in the final strike.
- Assault Dance; A fast combination of strikes that relentlessly cut through the opponent's guard.
- Surge; Another fast combination of hits that greatly emphasizes Sera's speed as she moves quickly to all sides. It ends with her electrically charging her blades and attacking the opponent in an X shape.
Dragoon Spirit: The Violet Dragoon Spirit
Dragoon Magic;
- Thunder Call; Sera tosses both her blades up into the air. They stop mid air, one above her on the left side, the other on the right. They begin to charge with electrical energy. They then unleash the power down unto Sera. This spell heals very minor damage while increasing Sera's speed and attack power.
- Thunder Havoc; Throws her swords up in a similar fashion to Thunder Call, but this time Sera also begins to charge with electrical energy. Lifting her hands up, a ball of electricity begins to form between the three sources. She then sends it firing out to the targeted opponent.
- Thunder God Wave; Sera builds up energy into her body, crossing the swords at her chest. After raising them both into the air, she swings both swords down to call forth the fury of the storm. Lightning rapidly targets enemies, repeatedly striking them until one last lightning bolt causes an explosive pillar to rush straight out of the ground.
- Lightning Fencer; Can be seen as a variant of Arrow's Solarflash. Seraphina builds energy into her swords and sheathes them. After that she pulls them out and starts slashing at the enemy. The speed of the slashes and strength rival striking lightning. Seraphina slashes a dozen times and a dozen more. The attack ends with an x-shaped slash!

Personality: There are a few words that can describe Meru. Excited, tenacious, and pumped up are the three best that you could use. Never seems to let anything get her down despite the trauma that's seemed to have accumulated over the years. Always looking for adventure, always looking to try new things. This just comes off naturally for her since she gets bored just sitting in one place for too long. Fun loving AND kind, she'll never let anyone down! Well, she'll try not too at least.
Weapon of Choice; Hammer
Additions;
Cool Boogie; Relentless assault with her powerful hammer! Keeps swinging, keeps dealing damage - almost looks like she's dancing when she's doing it - hence the name.
Cat's Cradle; A series of attacks that has Meru balancing on her hammer while repeatedly kicking the enemy. If it were someone else, they'd probably be throwing up.
Perky Step; Combination attack that combines Cool Boogie and Cat's Cradle into a devastating attack. Ends with a powerful bash that leaves the enemy imprinted on the ground.
Dragoon Spirit; The Blue-Sea Dragoon Spirit
Dragoon Magic;
Freezing Rain; Meru builds up a cluster of ice that flows around her. Afterward she commands it forward to circle around the enemy. Moisture builds up in the air, freezing the ground until it starts crawling toward the sky to encase all enemies caught into ice. After encased, the ice explodes along with whatever is inside it. Enemies on the outside will be caught in the icy shrapnel blasted outward from the previous attack.
Rainbow Breath; Healing spell where Meru channels a rainbow through her body, to her hammer then to the sky. Rain pours down, greatly healing all wounds and injuries sustained during battle.
Diamond Dust; Meru smashes the hammer into the ground while standing on it. Ice stalagmites burst out of the ground at her command - squashing any unfortunate souls caught with in it. She throws out a hand, causing an icy wind to slice through the rock, enemies and the area around it as a whole. Pulverizes with so much force that you'll be lucky if there's anything left afterward.
Biography: A Wingly that's seen the fall of the Great Tree, the fighting after the conflict and the loss of her former friends due to old age. After losing her childhood friend and lover to the old war, she roamed the world like she did during her travels with the first group. She came to love a human rather than a Wingly and, well, she left due to complications. Now she's traveling the world to find answers.

Moisture builds up in the air, freezing the ground until it starts crawling toward the sky to encase all enemies caught into ice. After encased, the ice explodes along with whatever is inside it. Enemies on the outside will be caught in the icy shrapnel blasted outward from the previous attack.
Rainbow Breath; Healing spell where Meru channels a rainbow through her body, to her hammer then to the sky. Rain pours down, greatly healing all wounds and injuries sustained during battle.
Diamond Dust; Meru smashes the hammer into the ground while standing on it. Ice stalagmites burst out of the ground at her command - squashing any unfortunate souls caught with in it. She throws out a hand, causing an icy wind to slice through the rock, enemies and the area around it as a whole. Pulverizes with so much force that you'll be lucky if there's anything left afterward.
Biography: A Wingly that's seen the fall of the Great Tree, the fighting after the conflict and the loss of her former friends due to old age. After losing her childhood friend and lover to the old war, she roamed the world like she did during her travels with the first group. She came to love a human rather than a Wingly and, well, she left due to complications. Now she's traveling the world to find answers.

- Rapid Fire; Shirley does a rapid succession of shots with her revolvers.
- Silver Bullet; She fires her gun twice to stun the target, then she loads a bullet imbued with holy magic into it. She then fires the bullet, doing double the damage to people or creatures who are weak to holy abilities.
- Trickshot; She fires rapidly like in rapid fire, except this time she starts running towards and around the target. When she gets close enough, she flips over them, while still firing.
Dragoon Spirit; The White-Silver Dragoon
Dragoon Magic;
- Moon Light; One of her revolvers glow white and she fires it up into the sky, the shot makes the moon appear and a light shines down on an ally and heals them.
- Star Children; She rises into the sky and raises up one of her guns, she then brings it down and points it towards a group of enemies. It's then that it begins to rain small, star-like energy balls, hundreds falling down on them. She then fires the revolver and the area explodes in light.
- Gates of Heaven; She rises into the air again and light surrounds her and shines down where she floated. The light grows and expands, transforming in appearance to a set of wings. The holy light heals all part members.
- Purification Shot; She points her revolver at the opponent and a white ball of energy beings to form. The ball grows and expands to a large size before she fires it into a massive laser that engulfs the target.

*Earth Launching: Slams his hammer into the ground; causing the part of the ground beneath his opponents' feet to suddenly jut upwards.
*Earth Shaking: Causes the ground around him to shake a bit. Can trip up allies just as easily as enemies.
*Earth Strengthening: Makes anything made of "Earth" sturdier.

Personality: She comes off as sweet and gentle, befitting her size, at least until she's finished scamming you. Once she's shaken you down for what you're worth she'll laugh her way to the nearest restaurant. She's intelligent and actually really good at scamming people, tricking them into thinking she's helpless and just curious about gambling, before hustling them with her ridiculous skills. Furthermore, she's a filthy cheater with her wind magic. Around her friends, she'll be honest for the most part, showing her true colors without being particularly mean or anything, and she only jokes about scamming her friends with no ill intentions... mostly.
Weapon of Choice; Her hat. No really! Those little orbs at the ends? Those things weigh far more than you think, and seem to be imbued with magic. She can shake her head at you and do damage as if she were a huge muscular man punching you.

Biography: Born in the eastern lands far away from Endiness, the beginning of Wendy's life was very simple. She lived among the elves and things were peaceful. That is, until she got a little older. She started becoming a total nightmare for the elves that lived anywhere near her, due to constant pranking and messing around. She'd use wind to knock peoples' clothes off, leave small traps that would hit people in the face with mud, and she'd even take peoples' food right as they were about to eat it. Furthermore her eating habits themselves appalled the other elves almost as badly as any prank, since she ate massive amounts of food per meal. They finally made her leave with threat of punishment should she stay, essentially banishing her without making it official. She didn't mind though, deciding the adventure could be a lot of fun.
She ended up in Endiness, and found that the human and Wingly world was far different from her old one. She had heard of currency but her village hadn't used it. Now that she saw it for herself, and that people were able to get whatever they want with but a few pieces, she knew what her calling in life was: Scamming everyone she met out of every gold coin they had. During her travels, she also met a Giganto man named Heimal that had helped her with a particularly rowdy group of bandits she'd made the mistake of hustling. After this encounter, she travelled with Heimal everywhere, declaring him her own personal bodyguard.

- Punchline: Wendy distracts the opponent with several weak bursts of wind. When it finally gets on their nerves and they try to counter attack, she unleashes a barrage of wind at her back, directing herself behind the enemy for a quick ONE TWO with her hat's orbs.
- Wind of the Jester: Wendy uses the wind to move herself with great speed around the battlefield. Due to her small stature, this allows her to confuse and trick opponents without directly attacking them, and takes on aggression while avoiding attacks.
- Happy Hands: Wendy steals something from the opponent's pocket while they are either distracted or confused!
Dragoon Spirit; Jade Dragoon Spirit
Dragoon Magic;
- Tornado Burst: Wendy whips up a tornado, creating a lot of noise and wind that sucks up enemies into the air. Isn't particularly dangerous on its own, but with enough debris can really cause some pain.
- Alliance of Wind: Wind flows throughout the battlefield, speeding up allies by having the air work with them. This can cause great surprise for enemies, especially since it hits everyone.
- Blast Force Wind Burst: Throws such a force of wind at a single target that it sends them away. It's really hard to recover from this force!
- North Wind: A wind stirs from the north, causing the area to turn colder. Empowers ice magic and slows anyone unaffected by "Alliance of Wind" by a little.
