Name: Maxwell Hambledon

Birthday: 20th of December

Breed: Muggle-born 

Appearance: The Boy 
House: Hufflepuff

Wand: Pear and Dragon heartstring, 10 inches, Unyielding

Pet: Cat shared between him and his sister. Named Mr. Whiskers.

Skills and Abilities: He has a knack for botany and potion making making. This mainly stems from his love of gardening and cooking attained from his muggle mother. Additionally, he has somewhat of a calming presence that can most often than not bring order to an otherwise chaotic mess. 

Personality: Maxwell is a kind, polite boy with quite a bit of patience, though he will often chastise his sister when she's being rude. People usually assume he is a bit of a push over, but he stands tall with his convictions and does not take things such as bullying lying down. 

Bio: The older twin brother of Maxine Hambledon. Both of their parents were muggles so they went most of their lives without knowing the existence of magic. Of course they did start the question it when Maxine quite literally sent a boy who was bullying her brother flying into the air. It was sometime after their 11th birthday that they received a letter on their small farm that informed them of their magical gifts.

Wand: Ebony and Unicorn Hair, 12 1/3 inches, swishy

Pet: Cat shared between her and her brother.

Skills and Abilities: She has a huge interest in dueling and had often convinced her brother into practicing with her. She also has a knack for jinxes and transfiguration. Outside of magical skills, she has a mean left hook from taking an interest in boxing.

Personality: Energetic and playful, she can come off as quite adventurous. She's a very blunt and honest person that can seem rude to some. It's just she has no concept of lying or keeping her mouth shut. She just wants to be honestly and purely herself. Though, she will apologize immediately if she unwittingly offends someone.

Name: Laura Langley

Skills and Abilities: Has very little talent for spells; but becomes rather skilled at mixing potions.

Personality: An extremely cheerful girl with a somewhat devious streak. She wants to learn as much as she can about the wizarding world. Tries to be friendly with everyone. However, she won't tolerate anyone messing with the people she considers friends. She will not hesitate to chew them out in public. Or perhaps even send them a strongly worded letter.

Bio: Her father is a chemist; while her mother is a psychologist. She had a fairly normal upbringing...right up until she was nearly killed in an accident. After that, her parents became just a bit overprotective. By the time her letter from Hogwarts came, she was desperate enough to do anything just to get away from home.

Name: Jennifer Winston

Birthday: January 20th

Breed: Pure blood

Appearance: Long black hair, reaching down to her knees if left loose but she keeps it up in a ponytail that just reaches half way down her back, for practical reasons. Her body is very slender, and seems almost underdeveloped considering her age. Her eyes are a bright yellow, indicative of her family which, on her mother's (rather proud) side of the family, everyone has. She has bright crimson Gryffindor themed robes that she wears any time her school uniform isn't required (which is rare during the school year of course). She also is not very tall, standing only at 3'10", where most her age would probably be closer to 4'3".

House: GRYFFINDOR OF COURSE

Wand: Elm and Unicorn Hair, unbending, at a length of 9 and 3/4 inches.

Pet: A lightly colored Pygmy Owl, named Button.

Skills and Abilities: She has trouble with curses/hexes/defensive spells in a general sense, as she just isn't good at the whole dueling thing. That being said, she is especially good at charms, transfiguration, history of magic, and flying, due to her love of elegance and charm. She is basically average at other magic things, and she's actually quite fragile physically. She has a fierce love for debating as well, though she doesn't recognize it as such yet.

Personality: Jenny believes in the "Pure-blood" line of thinking, seeing anyone born of muggles to be inferior to herself or her family. She dislikes being spoken down to, even by teachers, however she shows respect to teachers due to wanting to seem like the model student born of a perfect family. However, when not around any adults, she is very relaxed about her attitude with others when they're pure bloods, and tries to stay away from anyone who is 'mud-blood' if she can help it. She didn't realize coming into the school how difficult that'd be however, since Gryffindor wasn't home to that mentality ordinarily. Despite all of these personality traits, she does retain a few Gryffindor-like thoughts which let the Sorting Hat give her what she wanted most, which was to be in Gryffindor. If faced with danger, she wouldn't back down even if her life depended on it. She would never beg for her life from another, and would stand up for her friends if given the chance. The only problem here is, she would only consider a Pure Blood as her friend.

Bio: Her family has stayed pure blooded Gryffindors for a dozen generations, tracing back quite a long ways. However, they don't have the sort of pride that, say, the Black Family had about it, as they only have a book (with copies of said book) to keep track of the family tree. While they are proud of their heritage, they're not too interested in rubbing this in the face of others, they simply have no interests in muggles at all.

So why does Jenny have such pride? A simple accident while raising her, as she's had a very sheltered and slightly spoiled life, and has even already been taught how to use a broomstick. However she's never been taught any kind of magic, as she has always been expected to be in Gryffindor at school. They figure she needs to earn it like anyone else, and hopefully she'll do even better than them and get that house cup for Gryffindor.

Skills and Abilities: Has a natural talent for curses and hexes; but not much talent for anything else.

Personality: Believes himself and his family to be above everyone else. Thinks that his family's wealth and political power is proof of their superiority. Has a tendency to brag; and to mock people he considers his lesser.

Breed: Half-blood 

Appearance: Acruss has medium lengh hair which he ties into short tail, he has sharp eyes which are Hazel nut colored. wearing a small brass/gold necklace under his clothes.

House: Slytherin

Wand: Alder Wood with Unicorn hair core,  12 inches long

Pet: Screech Owl named Loki

Skills and Abilities: Arcruss is very good at Negotiations since being from merchant family taught him to avoid bad deals. He's also very skillfull in charms and Hexes for his trickstery.

Personality: Arcruss has a rather trickster like personality loving to play tricks on others but still having a rather honorable standing always aiming to keep his words when he makes a promise, so he always tries to weight his options before making a promise.

Bio: Arcruss Come from half Blood family where both of his parents are half-bloods. Even if their family isn't pure-blooded they had influence in wizard market world. Which often forced other pure-blood families to behave accordingly if they wanted to get deals done. During the war Seckendorff family's footing shooked badly leaving them in dangerous financial situations. They are currently slowly rebuilding their hold but are currently far from past glory.

Birthday: June 12th

Wand: Oak with unicorn hair, stiff, 9-inches

Pet: Kitty cat

Skills and Abilities: She’s a seer, and a bit of a creep

Personality: Does not go out of her way to pursue social endeavors, very sedate and reserved. Often sarcastic and dismissive, Tasha does not make good first impressions. She really only knows about social interactions based off her own observations and books, so she’s prone to miss subtleties and anything that isn’t explicitly given to her. She occasionally stares at people, which never fails to scare them off. She analyzes her own emotions based on what she observes, but for the most part, she doesn’t express them.

Bio: Because Tasha is often alone, the one or two times she’s spoken a prophecy, no one has been around to hear it. She grew up an only child, and while her father had died during the most recent magical war, her mother did her best to keep the two of them afloat. This meant long hours, and not a lot of schooling, so Tasha read from the large collection of books from her father that her mother refused to sell. She took an interest in the social sciences, and read through every biography in the collection, studying them from a psychological standpoint as if the people described were foreign animals, unlike her in every way. When her letter arrived, she jumped at the opportunity to study a new species of people that her books never properly captured.
