Save the World with Song... Character Creator

The world was once much more happy than it is now. There wasn't always a cloud over Bethleham, strange creatures seeping from it. There weren't always dissappearances of various people from the streets. The king of Robust was not always as cruel as he's been as of late. The Queen of Barmits was never so reclused as she has been lately.

And to top things off, now even the small village of Marlington is having troubles.
You live in Marlington, and this is where your story begins.

Bass Guitars can Summon Zombies and Skeletons
Singing Affects physical and mental ability of those within earshot
Flutes control Wind
Keyboard Heals
Organs Destroy
Pianos Balance between Healing and Destroying
Violins control water
Piccolos can make the player and other things around them Invisible
Trumpets can control and manipulate Fire
Clarinets can induce hypnosis
Saxophones can control Emotions
Xylophones can produce Portals

Note: There are some legendary Instruments that are well known for being the best for those with the Gift.
Note: Some Instruments can combine to have different effects. Examples so far:

Flute + Violin = Ice
Singing + Sax can be used to Cause people to fall to sleep

Powers are as so:

People can only play music for powers if they have the Gift.
People can only Sing Illusions if they have a different gift.
People can train to be very strong.

Technology is somewhat futuristic, not too far forward though.
Gunpowder does not exist, however.

I want one person to be the 'main character', and at most two people who are childhood friends to the Main Character. The Main character has to be shy but courageous, or an idiot hero.
Everyone else who joins the main Party joins along the way, doing their own thing until then.

You may also make villianous characters, who can either be normal humans (instruments, singing, or otherwise) or some kind of monster. However, they would be either servants of the Big Bad or some kind of irrelevant bandit or some such.

For those of you who like Pianos or some other hard to carry instrument, there will be some available throughout.

Bio: She used to be a normal human who was left alone in the streets as a child who had to fend for herself. She was found and adopted by the Big Bad, seeing her great potential for skill. To manipulate her, she was treated nicely at first. However, the treatment she got had a slow but gradual decline in its kindness. It was so gradual that she didn't even notice and got used to it. She grew to be a good minion of the Big Bad, forgetting the fact that she used to be treated as a daughter and became turned into a monster whose sole purpose was to obey the Big Bad's commands. It was when she reached the age of twenty when she ran into things that reminded her of how she used to be treated as she rummaged through a hidden room where all her things form the past were supposed to be stored away. After finding about it, she confronted the Big Bad and eventually had a battle with him. Of course, she lost miserably. Her skill and physical capability were reduced by a seal given to her by the Big Bad, giving her the capability of a normal human being and also making her look like a child. She was banished into the world of humans and was forced to live once again in solitude, even if she still managed to keep her guitar that she used in battle safe. She seeks to get revenge on the cruelty that she received, get her skills and form back, also seeking to find someone who will truly understand her.

Bio: Seizar grew up loving, learning, and living music. His father was a pianist and his mother was a violinist who were renowned for their talents. Seizar learned practically every instrument there is and he plays them well too. But he didn't know he had the Gift until his parents were killed in an horrific accident. Wracked with grief, Seizar played the piano with all the anger and sadness he felt and he destroyed a good part of the town because of it. Since then he has learned to control his Gift and hone it nicely, though it does sometimes get out of hand (like the time he flooded City Hall or when he let zombies and skeletons loose without knowing how to control them). He only has the instrumental Gift though and though he can sing well, his voice has no effect on others.

Alright, so yeah. Since I'm already using another post for this, I'm going to elaborate a bit on the powers.

There are two 'gifts' you can have. One is you can play an instrument, and how good you are determines if you can control what mystical effects that instrument is capable of.

The other is the ability to sing and control people's physical stats by singing certain songs, and how good you are affects how well it turns out.

You can have both, or one. Your choice for your character and how you want to roleplay. Being able to do both means one downside: You increase more slowly in both.

Also, Emo, I'm going to add a character soon who will be the friend of the Main Character who has no ability with Instruments, and his name will be "Gary", just so you know if I don't get the character up before I leave tonight.
