Touhou RP: Dreams become reality~

"Ah!" Ai gasped as unnoticed wires suddenly pulled, restraining her movement. They dug painfully into her arms, though her dress seemed to help with most of the other wires.

"Hey, what's this?" Ai asked the others, trying to follow the fine threads to their source. Unlike her thread, these things didn't quite radiate with copious amounts of love, which explained the lack of Love-shaded Red.
"...Um, again, I don't mind if any of you are into bondage, but you really shouldn't force your practice on strangers!" Ai reminded the group. "What if I didn't like it? That would be completely terrible! Also, you sleep with kittens?" She directed the last question to Alice, whom Ai decided was the most likely to be controlling the threads.

Ai experimentally tugged at the strings, hoping to maybe dislodge them. Apparently, these strings were as troublesome to break as her own. So instead, Ai simply waited patiently for her captor to ease up on the strings. She had love to spread, after all! Although, all this talk of dreams was intriguing. Ai herself had woken up to a pile of love letters. It sucked she couldn't read, but still! Genuine love letters!

"I'm not wearing your clothes," Mokou said, hoping that Kaguya would think it was because she objected on principle and not because the moon princess was noticeably shorter and heavier set than she was. Even before forgetting to eat most of the time, the white-haired immortal had been of slender build, so most of Kaguya's attire was utterly useless to her. Similar problem with Eirin, regarding bust, and it was unlikely that the rabbits' clothing would fit... right?

"I am not into bondage!" Alice snarled, face reddening. This really was a pervert youkai, immediately launching to the most perverse possible conclusion. So what if her dream had included rope? It was being used totally innocently!... She hoped, it was somewhat difficult to remember after waking up next to that kitten.

"What should we do with this pervert if we're going to find who's responsible?"

"O-Ojou-sama, this is improper! I-I need to make you breakfast!" Youmu stammered, trying to wriggle out of the ghost's grasp... and failing. Why did she have to be so small? It was too hard to get out of Yuyuko's arms when she did this!

"Just leave her outside somewhere, we already have one pervert to deal with," Reimu replied, gesturing towards the naked woman flashing herself for all the occupants to see. Could she at least get a towel? Geez, they weren't kids anymore, the witch could have some decency. Not that she was one to talk, considering she was standing in her bathroom doorway, staring in the first place, "We don't need to waste time on another."

"Right, lets just get this over with. The sooner we beat up whoever is causing this incident, the sooner I can get back to my nap," It seemed the miko had completely forgotten about the underwear... or that Marisa needed to get dressed first.

"Ohhh, that's true, you're taller, and, um, stuff..." Kaguya nodded. It wasn't as if Kaguya was all that much larger then Mokou, but she was a full head shorter and while she was fairly slender her build wasn't nearly as skinny as Mokou's. In any case...

"Then we need to go to the human village and get clothes from people there," she declared, "And then I want to get a cake."

"Sure you don't like using ropes for that kinda thing, Ari-chan?" Marisa asked with a mischievous grin, before stepping out of the tub. She managed to somehow make taking a towel the slowest action possible... and then proceeded to towel off her hair before actually wrapping it around her body. "I'll get dressed and ready to go after I dry off, then we can go and kick some ass!"

Yuyuko's grip was quite tight, really. She cuddled her half-ghost gardener, rubbing her cheek against the smaller girl. What a nice thing to wake up to! Now... wait wait wait, she'd been dreaming about Youmu-chan, and now here was Youmu-chan...

That was a bit weird, that was certain...

"... Youmu-chan, how did you get here?"

"...Are you sure?" Ai asked curiously. "You seem really good at tying people up. Again, not saying there's anything wrong with it! Really, if this is how you show your love for others, I'm perfectly happy with it!"

Obviously unaware of her growing unpopularity, the love youkai then went on to add, "And, um... I repeat, love youkai! Perversion has nothing to do with it!"

Attracted by the sound of disturbed water, Ai turned her head to see the naked witch quite casually finding a towel and wrapping herself, clearly unconcerned. Huh. You didn't meet many people like that these days. Unless the reason she was so comfortable displaying herself was...

"Yep, I definitely need to make things official..." Ai nodded, and strained against the strings again in an attempt to retrieve the dangling end of her red string. It was very, very difficult. "Um... can you move these strings, please? I can't be on my way until you let me brighten up your life!"

"Why ca--wait, don't tell me, I don't want to know," Mokou sighed, looking around to get her bearings and then taking a seemingly random gap between the bamboo. Unless Kaguya really trusted her ability to navigate this forest, she would follow. Away from familiar paths, the Bamboo Forest of the Lost deserved its name, to the point it was doubtful any but Tewi and the younger immortal could confidently find their way about.

"Yes, I'm sure I'm not into bondage! I don't know shibari or anything like that!" Alice snapped, the... awkward positioning of her wires indicating that there might just be a few lies hidden inside her words. And letting go of Ai would mean...

"Not until you explain what those strings do!"

"... I woke up here."

Reimu sighed. Such a bother, "You really shouldn't humor the perverted youkai, Alice. Just throw her out the window or something, too annoying to keep around."

The miko really didn't want to be bothered by anymore of this youkai's talk of love and her own love life. She'd wish it would simply move on to some other poor saps. But it didn't seem like that would be the case.

Kaguya, having no knowledge of how to make her way through to Bamboo Forest of the Lost, did the sensible thing and followed Mokou. After all, she didn't want to get all lost and meet an oni named Kasumi who would get her drunk and then take her underground and make her play musical instruments she didn't know how to play, which was totally a valid concern and not a product of a very silly thought process.

"I know I already let you all get a good look, which I know that you all wanted," Marisa said, with a half-smile, "But could you leave the bathroom while I dry off? Looking time is over now!"

"... I was dreaming about you... and then you appeared," Yuyuko's cheerful eccentricity was, for the moment, replaced with more serious thought. That wasn't likely to be coincidental, was it...? "What were you dreaming about, Youmu-chan?"

"Love." Ai couldn't help but sigh the correction this time. These people were deliberately ignoring her proper title. Just like how they were ignoring their true feelings for each other! Naked Girl's actions clearly proved she would love to partnered with both these girls! Best to explain what her strings did to Closet-Bondage Woman. Then everyone would see sense and not throw her out.

"Basically, my string heightens the love felt between two or more entangled persons " Ai began explaining cheerfully. "All inhibitions are instantly cleared up~ Leaving nothing but their love and caring for each other! I provide the best service ever!"

Ai also kind of neglected to mention her string had a tendency to just ignore 'hate' and make mortal enemies fall in love, much like mind control. In her defence, though, Love was totally awesome and clearly prevented conflict!

"So you can probably see why I came to help. You're all clearly in love, so I'm just gonna skip all the denial stages for ya all!" Ai concluded with a bright smile. She waggled the finger that somehow produced her thread. "And I hope you don't mind the self-indulgence, but my threads are completely indestructible and effects are guaranteed~!"

Yep. Amazing pitch right there, now these girls would be begging for her help, which Ai would gladly give.

"We're there," Mokou said, not even five minutes later, as she pointed dramatically at the village. Naturally, this meant that Kaguya would be getting a good view of her breasts... until the white-haired girl returned her arm to its former position, "I need to wash, you can look for a shirt."

Responsibilities allocated, Mokou wandered off towards the sound of running water. Though a stream probably wasn't the best place to wash, especially so close to the village, it was better than nothing.

Alice twitched at the potential for mind control. She didn't want to have a witch and a miko utterly infatuated with her, that would be stupid! Almost unnoticed, one Shanghai doll slipped out of her dress and floated into a dark corner... right as she used the wires to fling Ai all the way out of the house in one movement. Physical strength was somewhat meaningless when you had the ability to fly and make human-sized dolls fly whilst you controlled them... the love youkai would doubtless have a hard time stopping

Fortunately, Alice was already outside of Marisa's bathroom, so she didn't have to move.

"I was dreaming of getting from a blizzard to somewhere warm... is that odd?" Youmu asked, confused. Why had Yuyuko-sama been dreaming of her? That couldn't end well...

"Yeah, yeah," Reimu replied to the witch, waving her off, not even bothering to respond to her comment about them wanting to see her naked, "I'm gonna go look in your kitchen for something edible while we wait..." She stared off at the mess of a jungle Marisa called a home, "Or at least try to."

Kaguya half-consciously stared at Mokou's chest when her arm was raised, blood trickling from her nose once again as she did. Her chest was so... nice to look at! She liked looking at it a lot, even though she couldn't place why. At least, she didn't think she could place why.

"Alright, time to find a shirt!" Kaguya declared, before heading into the village.

Marisa quickly shut the door once Reimu and Alice were out of the bathroom. She proceeded to unwrap the towel from herself and go about drying herself off thoroughly. She didn't want to get her clothes all wet, after all.

"And it's warmer here..." Yuyuko frowned, slightly. She dreamed about Youmu, and Youmu was now here. Youmu dreamed about getting somewhere warm, and here she was, somewhere nice and warm. Only one thing remained to prove her theory... and it was about to be confirmed.

"Youmu-chan, were you naked before you appeared in my bed?"

"Wah!" Ai yelled out as she was suddenly flung out of the window for totally no reason whatsoever. At least she was untangled at some point, but she was still kind of spinning wildly through the air. And her attention was kind of focused on the reason she had been so violently ejected.

Bondage-Lady was clearly in denial about her love. and her obvious love of bondage. That was problematic. Hiding her feelings was unhealthy. Looked liked Ai would have to step in and oh god her spine.

The love youkai had slammed into a tree, upside down. This stunned her long enough for the hapless youkai to fall to the ground and leave herself a wreck.
Now lying face down on the ground, Ai groaned weakly at the pain. That was... definitely not a lovely sensation. Denial could be ugly, sometimes...

It wasn't often the Scarlet Devil ventured to the human village alone during the day. Hell, she rarely bothered to visit at any time. Shopping was Sakuya's duty. But Remilia kind of had to get out of the mansion for a little while. There were certain residents she simply couldn't look in the eye. The reason was a little silly, but...

Seriously, it was odd. Why dream of having a bath? Sakuya was scrubbing her back - not unlike reality, really - and would have been a slightly odd dream if it simply stayed like that... but no, her dream just had to have lots of miniature Flandre's burst through the bathroom door, cry out in unison 'down with Remi!' and proceeded to... well... smother and nibble.

...Never again would Remi read any of Patchouli's books before bed. Some stories were just silly.

So anyway, Remilia was waiting for the memories of that weird dream to fade as she wandered and explored, parasol carefully directed to block the winter sun from harming her pale skin.

By some possible twist of fate, she came across a familiar face just by the village entrance. The Scarlet evil gave a fanged smile as she approached.

"Well, if it isn't the sheltered princess." Remilia commented. "It's not often you leave your room, is it? What brings you all the out where you can actually interact with the general public?"

Mokou, meanwhile, carefully removed what clothing she still had on her person and neatly folded them on a rock. On top of that went her various ribbons and charms and, finally, her underwear. Right, she ought to have time to wash properly before Kaguya got back, the moon princess obviously wouldn't be able to find the right sized shirt quickly. Not that she was too bothered about being briefly seen naked but... it was Kaguya and things would be weird.

Not that you could see it through the thick veil of hair but there were two shallow burn scars on her shoulders. Despite healing quickly, injuries didn't heal quickly, especially one she kept causing again by summoning the flaming wings and tail.

Alice had seated herself on a chair implausibly balanced upon two piles of books and was drooling with a strangely vacant expression on her face. She couldn't direct her dolls without being able to see what they saw... and, as such, Marisa was basically giving her a free show. Now that nobody was paying her any attention, the puppet-master had no inhibitions with regards to lewdly regarding Marisa's body.

It could probably be considered a good thing that she had no underwear on to ruin at this point.

Youmu... hadn't really taken into account the fact that she was naked by this point. That Yuyuko was hugging her had taken precedence over her lack of attire but now that her attention was drawn to it... it still wasn't a surprising state of affairs, really, she'd never had much of a chance to get decent clothes to sleep in. Her day-clothes got ruined too much by poorly timed glomps that knocked her through a hedge.

"Yes..."

"Oh, Scarlet-san!" Kaguya cheerfully smiled upon seeing the little vampire. It had been a long time since she'd seen her, really... "It's nice to see you again! And um... I'm here because I woke up in the middle of the forest, and then I was by Mokou, and Mokou's shirt came off, so we came here to get her a new shirt!"

Surely, that explained it all.

Soon enough, Marisa had finished dressing herself. Everything except her hat, of course. Soon enough, that problem was solved, as Marisa put her hat on at a good angle and made towards the door...

WHAM!

Kicking the door open was probably horribly unnecessary, but damn if it wasn't fun.

"Okay! I'm ready to kick some ass!"

"Oh... because you were naked in my dream too and I was trying to see if that had to do with anything," Yuyuko replied. Even when she wasn't being bubbly, the ghost princess had a hard time avoiding embarrassing her gardener. "In any case, I'm sure you appeared in my bed because of my dream, and because of your dream!"

She didn't look it, but Yuyuko could be surprisingly good at figuring things out when she wanted to be.

Remilia stared at the immortal, processing what she had just been told. She felt like a couple of important details were missing, here...
"...Are you saying you actually don't have a volatile relationship with that immortal human?" Remilia asked. "Hm. I wasn't aware you slept in her habitat, princess. So, where is she now?"

Logically, the one in need of a shirt would probably be here as well if she wanted the right size. Then again, if Mokou had wore nothing under that shirt... well, it would probably explain the small amount of blood from Kaguya's nose.

Ai continued to groan in pain, waiting for ehr skull and spine to heal before she started Operation: Love. This complex battle strategy involved tying the red string to Bondage Girl, Naked Witch, and Shrine Maiden, because there was obviously a love triangle going on, and none of the girls would like being excluded.

Finally, Mokou actually started to wash, flinching at first due to how cold the water was. She couldn't really heat it, though, not without setting the entire bamboo forest on fire. She'd just have to endure it, just like she endured the pain that came with not eating for months on end!

Regrettably, the girl didn't notice that she'd taken her boots off first, so there was always a chance that an unexpected strong wind would steal the rest of her clothing. What was the chance of that, though?

"M-Marisa!" Alice stammered, falling backwards and destroying the precarious balance the chair and book piles had been in, ending up receiving a rather heavy tome to the head, "Don't do things like that!"

The puppetmaster probably should have realised that getting dressed meant Marisa was going to come out soon, rather than treating it as a striptease in reverse.

"Umm... be that as it may, can I please go and get dressed, now? And make breakfast?" Youmu asked hopefully, wanting to get back to her normal routine as soon as possible.

Reimu soon came back out of the kitchen, very much empty handed. It seemed her quest for food had ended in failure, "Marisa, do you have anything besides books and poisonous mushrooms in this pla-"

She looked down, noticing Alice on the floor, on what seemed to be a pretty bad tumble, "I told you this house was a health hazard, Marisa..." She stepped over to Alice and in one of her many rare displays of concern, held her hand out to her to help Alice up. "Are you okay?"

"Hmmm? Oh, our relationship can be volatile too! But I like to just talk to her and put rabbits on her head and make cake and... um... stuff like that!" Kaguya rapidly nodded. She didn't want any misunderstandings, here. None at all. "And, um, I didn't go to sleep there, I woke up there! I went to sleep in my room."

"Eh? Ari-chan?! Are you okay?!" Marisa quickly leaped over a stack of books and ran over to Alice. While she wouldn't have cared all that much if it had been someone other then her group of friends who'd taken a book to the head, this was Alice. "What happened?!"

"This is an incident, Youmu-chan!" Yuyuko loudly declared, sitting up. "And you're an incident resolver! So we need to do incident resolving things! And you can do it naked, can't you?"

That question was a bit mean, but Yuyuko didn't think it would cause too much harm. It's not as if she would actually make Youmu do it, it was just a joke.

"...You switch between being immortal enemies and lifelong friends?" Remilia asked with a slight tilt of her head. These immortals were pretty weird. especially if the firey one kidnapped Kaguya just so they could sleep under the stars together. Because that was kind of the impression she got.

Idly twirling the parasol resting on her shoulder, Remilia sighed. "Well, princess, don't let me keep you. I shall continue my stroll and hope I forge-" The vampire's face froze for a moment, before becoming a scowl. "Lovely, now I've went and remembered. It's like I can feel the bites..."

Head still pounding, Ai staggered in the direction of Marisa's home. It took her a moment to notice she wasn't exactly heading for the front door, and she wasn't the type to climb through windows. That would be unlawful entry, and Ai would never do a thing! Nuh-uh. Not once in her life had she ever entered a house uninvited.

...Unless her services were desperately needed.

Still, using the door was at least polite, so Ai's great search for the front door began.

Naturally, the wind made off with Mokou's lighter clothes and blew her shoes into the swift-flowing stream. If Kaguya couldn't get that shirt... not that the white-haired girl had noticed.

"I'm fine," Alice insisted, using the offered hand to climb to her feet. That had been... unfortunate but since she got to watch Marisa in peace before that... it was a good trade.

---

Youmu went white as a sheet. Th-That suggestion... it was horrible! But... "I-If that is what ojou-sama requires..."

"Well, if you are sure you're fine..." Reimu replied, releasing Alice's hand once she had helped the smaller woman up. She wasn't too worried about the magician. She was a youkai after all and it would take more than a simple fall to hurt her. Still, it was disconcerting to see someone she considered a friend to take such a fall, "Ah, we should get going then. I'd rather solve this incident quickly."

Meanwhile, unnoticed to Ai, a small kitten ran past her, heading for the door of the home. It seemed to be in search of something or maybe someone? It mewed a few times in a small, high pitched tone, as if calling out to that someone.

"... Feel the bites...?" Kaguya tilted her head. Bites? Feeling bites and... stuff? What was that about? Had Remilia been bitten by things? Well, that wasn't nice at all. Clearly, when a child had been bitten by things, the only good response was hugs.

After all, it's what Kaguya always did to the rabbits if they got bitten by things, and they at least looked a lot like children. Clearly, this meant there was only one logical response.

Kaguya hugged Remilia.

"You sure about that? The book hit you pretty hard in the head," Marisa replied, before shrugging, "Whatever, you're not bleeding or falling over or anything, so that's a pretty good sign. Anyway... Let's go solve that incident!"

Marisa turned, and ran over to her front door, grabbing her broom in one smooth movement as she did. She tore it open to reveal... A kitten?

"... Eh?"

"I was only kidding, Youmu-chan!" replied Yuyuko with a cheerful smile, before rather dramatically flopping out of bed. "You can go ahead and get dressed, we'll solve this incident together! And have some snack cakes."

"...Huh?" Remilia was stunned at the sudden hug, obviously taken by surprise. Where had this come from? Had this princess always been so touchy-feely?

"Could you... please remove yourself?" Remilia stated, faint colour rising in her face. "You're... um, distracting my attention. From the sun."
Totally a legitimate reason to request Kaguya refrain from hugs. After all, when she hugged someone in her mansion, no one was watching. Right now, she was outside! People could be watching! The Scarlet Devil simply did not hug people!

Regardless of how nice it was!

Ai, despite her throbbing brain, managed to come up with an amazing idea. The love youkai had figured that, since the front door would be located on a wall of the house, she simply had to place on hand on the wall of the house and slowly walk around the building's perimeter until she found that door! That way, she could focus much more on consoling her pained head. Genius!

Alice looked at the kitten. Hard. It... it was the same kitten that had woken up in her bed, wasn't it? That was... strange. Did it follow her all the way here? The only logical conclusion was that the kitten had gotten lonely and run off after Alice. That it had managed to get through the Forest of Magic without being eaten by something was nothing short of a miracle.

"Hello, kitty. Did you get lonely?"

Sighing, Youmu walked off to get dressed. Before this entire incident she would have at least attempted to cover herself but now... now it didn't seem worth it, since Yuyuko had had several minutes to look all that she wanted. Another ten seconds whilst she left the room wasn't going to make any difference...

Reimu blinked down at the kitten. That was odd. Normally something so small wouldn't have lasted a second in the forest. In any case, it seemed Alice knew the kitten, "Is this the kitten you woke up with?"

The kitten, meanwhile, moved up to Alice, rubbing against her with a purr. Then he walked away in one direction, came back and repeated the action. The kitten did this over and over at least three.

"I think it wants you to follow it, Alice," The miko remarked, watching the odd behavior of the kitten. Something was really strange about this cat, but maybe all dream kittens were a little odd?

Kaguya quickly released Remilia, then marched right into the nearest shop. What happened in there was confusing, and probably involved the usage of Kaguya's manipulation of eternity... somehow. In any case, Kaguya exited the shop holding one cake and one incredibly oversized white shirt.

"Follow me, Scarlet-san!" Kaguya announced, totally not explaining why Remilia should follow her before heading back towards Mokou.

"... Huh," Marisa titled her head, watching the kitten. "The way you're looking at it... that's the dream kitten, right Ari-chan?"

It was a guess, from how intently Alice had been looking at the kitten. It was a cute kitten, that's for sure. Marisa could kind of see how it looked like it wanted people to follow it...

Yuyuko watched, rather closely, as Youmu left the room. The moment she was gone, she leaped up rapidly gathered her clothing together. She was going to change her clothes, as quickly as possible, too. So she could follow Youmu, of course!

Remilia blinked at the sudden release and disappearance of Kaguya. That... was almost half as odd as her dream had been. What was that alien up to? Well, whatever, time to resume her wander-

Kaguya returned with a shirt and a cake, ordering Remilia to follow. The vampire stared after her, a scowl forming. She marched after the princess, not because Kaguya had asked, but because Remilia wanted to make it very clear she took no orders from anyone!

"Hey! Don't think you can boss me around! I could punish you for that arrogance!" Remilia warned as she hurried after the Lunarian. Of course, she didn't neglect the need to hide from the sun.

By now, Ai was somewhere behind Marisa's house. Her head was clearing up little by little. As it did, she envisioned many 'successful' pairing scenes. Yes indeed, she would make those three realise there was nothing wrong with their love!

"I think it is... there's not many kittens in this forest and it has the right pattern on its fur," Alice replied, briefly stroking the kitten before looking at it. It... wanted them to exit through the back door? Well, this seemed to be a better lead than any they had at many other times. The Stolen Moon (Imperishable Night indeed...) incident, for instance, or the general direction of 'down' with the geyser incident.

Straightening and rubbing her head briefly, Alice followed the kitten, ignoring Ai as she staggered along the back of Marisa's house.

Youmu had a bit of a problem. Whatever leaving through a closed door, and presumably bouncing around her room looking for an exit, entailed had messed up her room and now she couldn't find anything. Her clothes were in here, yes... but she couldn't find her swords. Swords first, underwear second, everything else last! This would take ages to get through...

The kitten mewed once more, leading the trio into the Forest of Magic. Reimu was uncertain if they really should trust this strange kitten with leading them to the culprit. But she supposed it was better than nothing. Though, Reimu could recall another time where a cat led them to the culprit of that geyser incident. Could this kitten be...? It wasn't out of the question, but still, if it came from Alice's dream then it was more than unlikely.

Deeper into the forest it went, leading them into what seemed to be a rather small clearing. In that clearing there was several stones laid out in a circle and within that circle was another, more intricate magic circle that seemed to be permanently etched into the ground. It was obvious that someone had attempted to perform some sort of ritual in the very forest itself.
