Zettai Karen Children

A powerful esper named Shin has been causing all kinds of chaos in Japan. Little is known about the boy, but everyone is determined to get their hands on him. B.A.B.E.L. wants to put him under confinement till they figure out how to deal with him, P.A.N.D.R.A. wants the boy on their side to help in their cause to create a world just for espers, and Normal Peoples just want to kill the little bastard before he causes anymore damage.

Teams have been set out to stop the boy, and rewards have been offered. Our story revolves around the teams sent by the organizations to catch the one known as Shin.

Normal Peoples

Shin's lopsided grin was ever present, even as he shattered a shop keeper's skull with a magazine rack when he pulled a twelve gauge shotgun in refusal to bow down. Hell, even if he had bowed down, he would have probably got the magazine rack.
It had been two days, and he'd been surviving on a single litre bottle of water, so he decided to take the shop over. He drank and ate, gathered some food to take with him, and walked outside.
To his right, the street was littered with corpses and savaged buildings. On his left, it was deserted and there were many not destroyed buildings. So Shin Immediately remedied this by bringing down a large office block full of working people, as it was two in the afternoon. Fire arose as Shin hammered down on it, crushing it into a flatter shape. He had no idea where the fire came from, but it wasn't him, so he destroyed it. And then he stood in the middle of the street...and laughed. And he kept on laughing, as he walked down the road, annihilating buildings, people, news stands and pretty much anything he could see.

The twins, Tsuya and Shiori, were in B.A.B.E.L. headquarters when they got the warning for an esper attack taking place. They rushed out the room, searching for their other teammate.

"Where's Fuyuki-nii when you need him?!" Tsuya asked aloud as she peeked into another room, still looking.

Fuyuki was laying on the floor of his room, humming a light tune as he hovered most of his knife collection in the air, appreciating the gleam of their blades in the lighting.

"Pretty, pretty knives..." he sang quietly in the same tune he was previously humming and he brought a knife closer to him, running a thumb over the blade and grinning widely at how sharp it was.

"Breaky breaky! Would someone like to come out and play?" Shin cackled as he threw a child into the air and caught him repeatedly. Killing people and blowing shit up never got boring, but a bit of resistance was always welcome.

Then, the child was reunited with it's parents. At 82 miles per hour. Along with a concrete slab.

The twins suddenly barged into Fuyuki rooms, pushing the door wide open. "Fuyuki-nii, there's trouble!" Tsuya yelled frantically.

Shin had decided that he needed a weapon. Scratch that, Shin had seen a spoon. And everyone knew that spoons were the icon of psychic powers, so he raided a supermarket and compressed all the spoons they had in stock into one big spoon as big as himself.

He spent the rest of the day making his super weapon, which when he held, made him feel alive. And that, in turn, made him feel more powerful.

After he was done, he brought down the supermarket with a single swing of his Megaspoon. No, he'd have to come up with a new name.

Fuyuki jerked up at the twins bursting into his room. He lost his concentration and his knives fell to the ground, many of them point down and narrowly missing him though he didn't notice.

"What, what happened?" he asked. "Did someone break into the armory and still all the pointy things?"
