Yukari's really done it this time.

Her crossover of different universes has caused an imbalance and peoples' DNA have crossed to create children with all kinds of crazy powers.

Now those children are about to have a story of their own...

Shino was at a lake, randomly freezing frogs out of boredom. She poked one of the frogcicles, then boredly cut it with her mystic eyes.
