It has two effects: 1) The creature is capable of performing acts equal to the greatest of it's species, and 2) The one to declare it's name can take full control of the animal as if it were an extension of their own body, though only so long as they can sit on the saddle, allowing one to ride Even Divine and Phantasmal ranked beasts. This does not include Dragons, however, assuming that Dragons have an intelligence beyond that of humans (As Nasuverse suggests).

The cage will also drain them of energy, killing them within a matter of hours should someone not defeat Kage.

Genesis of Eternal Nightmare (EX): A Reality Marble once possessed by the man known as Gen Urobuchi. It creates a large manifestation of all despair in the world, bringing the enemy and everyone else to ruin. Overfloods everything with extreme grimdark.

A bizarre Noble Phantasm that inflicts a powerful curse on its targets. At a glance, it appears to be Caster's shirt, which he refuses to remove, regardless of how ridiculous it looks after this ability's first use. However that is just a focus for the true Noble Phantasm and cannot be activated independently. This ability is the essence of what Caster is best known for, which is to say, turning into a young girl. Its first use must target Caster, transforming him into a young girl, ranking down her strength and greatly ranking up her endurance to the point where most attacks will barely scratch her. After this use, it can be used to target others. While it will never kill a target, anyone other than Caster under its effects is for all intents and purposes "defeated" in the eyes of the Grail.
