Nice vid, I hate it when Villain shoots a gigantic Laser at Hero, Hero is obviously going to explode and die into blood and dust, but instead he/she falls to ground with only scratches and bruises.

The thing is Nanoha is the hero, and Teana is her student. Or at least Subaru and Teana are training under Nanoha. Besides Nanoha intentionally made the blast where it wouldn't cause Teana too much damage.

Meh and they were fighting because it was supposed to be a mock battle to see how much they progressed. However, Teana took the battle too seriously and tried to really hurt Nanoha, so Nanoha had to dish some punishment.

Nanoha seems like a gigantic douche...

Well....Nanoha has her reasons for being pissed. Besides blasting people into oblivion is how she makes friends. Hell, Fate-chan took a worse blast than what Teana got and now Nanoha and Fate are lovers friends. Though at the time, Fate-chan was on the villain side.

It's a joke among the fandom. Really in that show befriending is a synonym for beat the crap out of.
All the characters do it at one point or another. In fact, after Teana's whole blasting incident, Teana continues to mouth off so Signum punches across pavement.... then afterword said "Don't worry I held back."
Anyway if you pay close attention to the vid, you'll notice that just before Teana lands on the ground, she was surrounded by a pink light meaning that Nanoha shielded her from the blast. All Nanoha was doing was knocking Teana out before the girl did anymore damage to herself and others.

Oh, Is there any fight scenes where they're actually serious about killing each other?

What part of Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha do you not get? Magical Girl animes never have killing intent. However, Nanoha is different from the normal Magical Girl animes in that it shows actual blood and the fight scenes are more epic.
