What is your favorite scene from any anime?

The title says it all!
Please be descriptive and include spoilers if necessary, don't want to spoil things for some people, after all!
I personally don't have one, because well, I'm rather indecisive, but I'd love to hear about yours!

Omfg favorite scene. Like I could even pick one. XD
But I'll throw in one of the better ones I can think of off the top of my head:
In One Piece, the final part of the fight with Special Zombie Orz. I mean, what can I say? All nine of the Straw Hats (including the one who hadn't joined yet) teaming up to fight a giant zombie the size of a small castle? It was such an epic fight and, for the first time, we see just how far the teamwork of the Straw Hats can take them in one fight.
But, this probably isn't my favorite, just way up there. There's a lot of good scenes in just One Piece, let alone all the other animes I love~
Also this probably doesn't count, but every single time Death the Kid from Soul Eater starts going on about Symmetry is absolutely hilarious. :v

I have a couple of favorite scenes from No. 6.
The dancing scene with Shion and Nezumi.
The "goodnight kiss" scene and the following confrontation scene.
The "death" scene.
The parting scene which makes me cry every time, but it was beautiful anyway...
Everything is No. 6 and nothing hurts ;A;

From any Anime...Uh..This may be a bit depressing but the end of Angel Beats, that had to be some of the most intense feels I have ever been given by any Anime considering through most of it, it was silly, then towards the end it just grew more and more sad. They really threw a curve ball. And the Parting, which is the scene I am discussing is almost too much for me.
