Personality: Respects her husband, though she isn't really in love with him. Though she often beds women, she knows that he is ok with it. Is very hot-blooded, and tends to jump at the chance to kick ass.

Bio: She was adopted at a young age by a man who would later become Shogun. He allowed her to be trained as a warrior, as long as she was didn't complain when she was also taught manners and various other things a young lady ought to have learned. Her father later married her off to a man in a clan he wanted an alliance with, and she grudgingly accepted. Though she loathed him at first, she eventually befriended her husband, though she didn't really love him. It has been a year since then, during which she has had many chances to prove her prowess in battle. And she's taken every one of them.

* Personality: Enigmatic. Okami likes to keep her secrets to herself, and likes getting close to people even less.

* Bio: Okami emerged from the ethereal world at Susano-O's request, her job to guide history as the gods decreed it. She has spent her time setting important events in motion, though she stands by when the humans get into major conflicts. She observed the slaughter at Nagashino, and merely stood by to feed on the bodies of the dead. She has kept a low profile, not wishing to be noticed by the Demon Lord.

* Extra: As mentioned, Okami eats the dead. She also can change forms to a large white wolf, should she need to.

•Personality: Stubborn, vengeful, but somewhere deep down a compassionate side hides that he shows nobody but the occassional man... Though it can also be seen when he protects his men.


•Weapon (optional): Two katana that have strange auras. They help him control the Darkness.


•Bio: As a young child, he was trained to be a great general. He eventually went on to take over his father's mercenary company.

At the age of 21, he discovered that his family was cursed, and took on that curse in the form of an Oni that is pure darkness. It corrupts him and occassionally takes control of him.

However, after a series of events, he found his father's two Katanas which make it possible for him to manipulate the Darkness easier. Ever since he retook his position as leader of the Shadow Mercenaries. He also has a new respect for the name that his enemies would only appreciate after they're already dead.


•Extra: He's stronger in the shadows and will often only attack his enemies at night. His men are used to it, though only a few actually know of his 'condition'.

Name: Setsuna

Age: 129 (slightly older...)

Race: Oni/Demon

Appearance: He wears a black gi and hakama with red lining, a red obi, and a straw hat. He walks around barefoot.

Personality: Stoic and serious, but can be very kind though he is insecure about some things.

Weapon (optional): His claws, which he can use in his human form, his feathers which he can use like throwing knives, and a variety of magic skills.

Bio: A young crow demon who has been traveling across Japan since he learned how to fly. He had once fallen in love with a human man half a century ago, but Setsuna hid his oni origins from the man. When the man found out, he tried to kill Setsuna and the karasu had no choice but the kill the man as well as several villagers. Since then, Setsuna has rarely been in his demon form and keeps his distance from humans. He travels because it gives him a sense of freedom and nothing can tie him down to one spot where he can get hurt all over again (like with the man). He is considered a child by demon years but his body had aged quickly, making him look like a boy in his late teens.

Extra: His demon form is of a man-sized crow with two pairs of glowing red eyes, two pairs of wings, a tail with long wavy feathers, and his feathers having a red tint to it. He can call out his extra pair of eyes and his wings in his human form.

Name: Nakamura Aya

Age: 18

Personality: A kind girl with a hot temper and a love for food.

Weapon (optional): Various ninja weapons and a small arsenal of kitsune magic.

Bio: A girl born from a human mother and a kitsune father. She grew up in a ninja village where her mother was a kunoichi, so she became one as well. She has always known of her demon lineage but it was a well-kept secret from the rest of the village. Along with her ninja training, she has also trained her demon side with her father, but one day her father was killed because they stumbled upon a camp of the Warlord's soldiers. Aya was captured for "other reasons" and she was forced to watch the men eat her father (demon flesh is a delicacy but not many know that nor do many can kill a demon). In a rage she used her demon form to kill the soldiers before running back to her village. Days later, the Warlord's forces pillaged her village and took many villagers as their prisoners, including Aya's mother who saved Aya and others from being captured. Aya then vowed to free her mother and many others from the Warlod's reign of terror.

Extra: Aya hates bugs.

Name: Amagai Zakuro

Personality: A bit shy and withdrawn, but is still a cheerful young boy.

Weapon(optional): A dagger that was given to him by his father.

Bio: Zakuro came from a long line of clairvoyants. He and his father lived in a temple where they would help anyone who came to them. But the Warlord arrived and forced Zakuro's father to help him in overthrowing his enemies and seeing any threats that would come his way. Zakuro's father managed to convince the Warlord not to capture his son, but Zakuro is determined to get his father back. He met Aya who wanted to see his father and convinced the girl to bring him with her so that they can search for their parents together.

Extra: Zakuro's clairvoyant abilities are still premature, so he can not call on them at will. But whenever he has visions, it is mostly of horrible things to come.

• Personality: She is usually a calm and serene girl who treats everyone she meets with a thoughtful kindness. She is very reserved and can get easily embarrassed by things she considers improper for a young lady. Under certain circumstances, such as embarrassment, she can get a little harsh with people and try to push them away.
  
• Weapon (optional): A small tanto she keeps hidden on her person
  
• Bio: Miyuki never knew her mother, being left to be raised by her father, a young man who was seduced by a Yuki-onna one winter evening. The young man thought it to be all just a dream until a year later when he found a baby on his door step with a note. And so the girl only had a father who despite everything, still cherished his half demon daughter even though the rest of the village scorned the white haired girl. When she was just 10 years old her village was attacked, it orphaned the girl only leaving a few survivors. Miyuki was distraught, she had been a good obedient daughter and without her father she was lost on what she should do next. It was on that day that she met Akane, a demon child passing through the town in hopes of finding a good meal.

- Being half Yuki-onna, she greatly enjoys the cold and winter in general.
- She secretly loves sweets alot but she doesn't tell anyone being taught that it was unladylike.
- Will unconsciously drain the life force of others when weakened or tired, but not to the point where the person dies. The most the victim will feel is a little fatigued.

• Personality: Despite appearances, Akane is a long lived oni who learned to survive through deception and trickery. Most of the time she puts on a childish yet sly personality, and when she sees people acting foolishly, she can't help but to snark.

• Bio: Akane has lived many years keeping the form of a small child because it makes it easier to trick humans that way. For most of her life she spent her time alone, traveling from place to place. At least until she met Miyuki. She took pity on the lost, orphaned girl and took the child under her wing. Over the years Miyuki grew yet Akane stayed the same. When they would go into a village, she would be mistaken for Miyuki's younger sister, not tht she cared, it made tricking humans that much easier when they thought she was related to a kind girl like Miyuki.

- Being a master of deception, she's very good at setting up traps, some even very deadly.
