This is Battle Royal, a (Hopefully) epic RP depicting the life and death struggles of ourselves and our imagination. Where does this epic RP start you ask, with creating your character of course.

Section 1

There are two different types of character in Battle Royal, the first is the "Hero", which is yourself, or a personification of yourself. The second type of character is the "Villan".

There is a significant difference between the Hero and the Villian, and I will explain this after I post the character sheets.
Hero Sheet
Character Name:(Your name, or whatever alias you prefer to go by)
Weapon:(Your primary weapon, whether it be a sword or spear, or even magic.)
Weapon ability: (If your weapon has anything special about it, put it here, for example, my sword can absorb magic.)
Other equipment:Anything else that you are carrying that is important to battle strength, like magic armor, other weapons, artifacts of power, stuff like that.
Reputation Attack: This is your ultimate attack, based on the reputation you have on the site. the further your number is from zero, the stronger the attack gets. These can be broken into a few types, which will be explained later.
Other abilities/Notes: anything you want to put in your profile, but isn't really caught by another area goes into here. Like if you are a mage that has a special sword, you put your magic here.
Appearance: What you look like obviously more is better, as people will know what the hell you look like.
Bio: Explain your character's backstory here.

Section 2.

Reputation attacks are split into a few different types

Instant use
Continuous
Big Bang

Instant use attacks turn on when you activate the ability, and you can use the attack as much as you want in that time period. An example would look like this
Corrosive bolt-During the time this ability is active, (character name)'s lightning magic turns to acid when it hits something, eating it away quickly.

Continuous abilities are things like transformations, area buffs, and character buffs, if your character turns into a wolf, gains demonic power, or boosts the abilites of those around you, it is this type.

Big Bang attacks are mega size attacks that can only be used once per recharge. They can be anything from giant energy blasts, to instakill physical moves. Extremely powerful, but they do have drawbacks.

These different abilites recharge at different rate. Instant use attacks and continuous abilities recharge in an amount of your posts equal to your reputation, and are active for the same period of time. Big Bang attacks take 1.5 as long to recharge if your reputation is positive, though the same amount of time if it is negative instead.

Section 3. Rules

When a character dies, they respawn at a "random" location on the island. Which means, don't respawn in the same spot you just died, and keep fighting whoever you were fighting before. Spawn somewhere else.

There are infinite respawns, so unless the RPer says they are permanently dead, the character can come back endlessly.
You can make a character from any fictional universe you want(even other RPs), even ones you make yourself, but don't be completely unoriginal, make new characters, don't make Izumaki Naruta, it isn't fun that way.

We are stuck on the island, if you try to get off, the director in charge of the place will pwn you. no questions asked

You can make a lol H4x character, but he better have a drawback, if the character is 3 times the strength of the other characters, there better at least be a delay before he respawns, so there is a purpose of fighting him.

You can only have 1 Reputation ability unless there is something really special about that character, so don't give some random guy two because you feel like it.

Have fun, This isn't a competitive RP, even though the host says it is a game show, there is no winner. Do fair fights, don't chase a character around killing them endlessly. Don't be douche.

Also, a friendly suggestion, this is more fun if you create lots of characters, it is a big island, and if you only have a few, there won't be much action, as everyone will be spread too far apart.

Character Name: Arconious Bain
Weapon: Oblivious
Weapon ability: Oblivious is a rather large broadsword, with two special traits, the first is the sword is perfectly clear, like glass, and the second is that the sword absorbes any magical attacks that hit it.
Other equipment: In addition to his broadsword, Arc is carrying around a Gladius(a type of dagger, for those who don't know), and a few throwing knives.
Reputation Attack: Arc releases the entities inside of him and transforms into a large winged demon, with access to chaos magic, a type of magic that eats matter and other forms of energy and grows stronger. It is not entirely under his control. This ability takes 2.5 times longer than normal to recharge.
Other abilities/Notes: Arc also has Dark and Fire magic at his disposal, but he isn't trained very well in either.
Apperance: Arc is about 6'2" tall, with broad shoulders, and a semi muscular body. He has dirty blonde hair that is cut short because it grows in every possible direction, leading to a mini-fro when he lets it grow long He is wearing a t-shirt with the comic book villian Venom on it, and a pair of baggy blue jeans. His broadsword is kept strapped to his back, with the handle over his left shoulder.
Bio: Arc was born in a different dimension, about 10 years before the rapture took place. By chance an angel and a demon tried to take his body for their vessel at the day of his birth, leaving both of them trapped inside and Arc sill in control of his body. Their magic unlocked his magical ability, which has been left untrained. When the rapture took place, Arc accidentally released their power and teleported into our world, where he lived until he was forced into Battle Royale.

Hero Sheet
Character Name:Kage Scorpionakki
Weapon:The Big Guns
Weapon ability: The Big Guns is seemingly a normal, fully automatic shotgun. However, it never runs out of ammo, or has to reload.
Other equipment: A machete, and an ordinary revolver.
Reputation Attack: Boom Shaka Laka - The birdshot from the shotgun temporarily becomes highly explosive. This usually winds up hurting Kage as well as his target
Other abilities/Notes: None
Appearance: Standing about 5'6", Kage has curly, shoulder-length dirty blond hair and dark brown eyes. He can usually be found smoking a cigarette, and wearing denim shorts and a white sleeveless shirt. He's not very muscular, and a bit pale, as well as sunburned on his face and shoulders. He wears sneakers on his feet, and sunglasses on his head to keep his hair out of his eyes, only pulling them down when necessary.
Bio: A zombie apocalypse happened in Kage's world for an unknown reason (he'd heard something about a biologist playing too many video games) and his hometown of Key West became one of the last safe cities in the southern USA, as it was an island and the zombies couldn't swim. He was messing around with an old treasure chest from a pirate museum, said to create limitless gold coins, when he dropped his trusty shotgun in. Lo and behold, infinite ammo cheat, as he called it. Unfortunately, he tried to duplicate this trick with a revolver and fell INTO the chest, and into our world, where he was drafted into Battle Royale.

Hero Sheet

Character Name: David

Weapon: Magic in general. All kinds of the generic sorts of magic, including the four basic elements (Fire, Water, Wind, Earth), Other Elements (Light, Dark, Lightning, Nature, Gravity, Time, Space) summoning minor familiars, and other things that can be considered classic.

Weapon ability: All but the most basic of spells have a cooldown period before I can cast it again, anywhere from a few seconds to an entire day. Spells include: throwing the elements at my enemy with a wave of my arms, usually in flashy showy spells; Barriers that can defend me from magical or physical attacks (a barrier that protects from both, or from more than one direction will have a longer cool down period); creating bounded fields that buff or debuff allies or enemies for periods of time; directly slowing a target for a short period of time; teleporting about eight meters in a direction that I'm currently moving in; teleporting a slightly distant enemy to my current location; crushing my foes with increased amounts of gravity; decreasing gravity in an area; decreasing or increasing the amount of light in an area; or summoning minor golems made of an element, and other minor creature summons.

(You'll notice I left out mental/emotional manipulations. This is due to coming to the realization that it is bad form to have such a thing in a RP. Also, sorry for the wall of text...)

Other equipment: A magical amulet that protects me from all but the grandest of magical effects. This is to make up for this not being a "traditional JRPG", where having magic makes you immune to it. It also means the resistance can be removed after all.

Reputation Attack: (I suck at names too)

• Elemental Combustion Fury: Combining all of the four basic elements, as well as Lightning and Nature, into one big explosion that can come into existence from wherever I choose within my line of sight. This takes 1.5 times longer to recharge.

Other abilities/Notes: Damn Flashy with his spells most times.

Appearance: Black hair and brown eyes, a skinny body but tall. Wears Jean-shorts, and black T-Shirts with funny things on them. Will likely attempt to get a hold of some robes with interesting designs on them.

Bio: David was born with such an amount of magic in his system that he learned how to harness it himself. Over time, he focused so much on it that it drained from other aspects of his life, where he spent all his time playing Video Games and messing around online for inspiration instead of doing anything physical. Eventually he was forced into Battle Royal, where he delighted in a place to show off his honed magics.

Villian Sheet

Character Name: Jack Breeze

Weapon: His Command Seals

Weapon Ability: His Command Seals give him rights as a Master, and he has a Servant. If his command Seals are ripped from his body (His left arm) or if he dies, the servant will vanish immediately. This Servant is of the Caster Class, the King of Atlantis. His abilities are as follows:

• Decent physical strength, average speed. Ordinarily Servants are far superior to humans in physical attributes but as Caster and in the slightly weakened to be fair form for this RP, he's just an average very tall and somewhat muscular grown man, with blue clothes, hair, beard, and eyes btw.
  
  
• Large Mana reserves. Thanks to being supplied by his master (Which reduces how much they can do) and his class, he has a great deal of mana with which to cast his spells.
  
  
• Can cast beam spam spells.
  
  
• Can cast barriers and spells that trap an opponent in place.
  
  
• During a Storm, all opponents suffer whatever damage from it he would have taken, such as how wet he gets or how the wind affects him, effectively doubling all the annoyances that come with storms. During storms, opponents are also far more likely to come to harm due to things such as lightning strikes or wind pushing them off a cliff, based on the opponent's general luck.
  
  
• Noble Phantasm: Jewel of Atlantis. A mystic jewel sits atop his sceptor, giving him great control over water in range. If the name is declared, he can manipulate even further to the point of a tidal wave, however this has a cooldown period after use.
  
  
• Noble Phantasm: The Storm that Sunk Atlantis. While ordinarily this would be capable of sinking a continent, this storm is far weakened while Atlas is under the form of a Servant. As soon as he enters combat, a bit of rain will start, which will grow more and more fierce as the battle progresses. It gets to be pretty bad after a while, with rain, hail, lightning, and very rough winds.

Other equipment: His Mystic Code, a magical item crafted to work with his magics, is a knife with the effect of freezing anything it cuts so long as he declares the magic word to invoke the effect at the same time.

Reputation: 10

Reputation Attack:

• Imitation of the Flood that Drowned a Continent: After staging a very large magic circle (which takes time to establish), he summons a flood that only fills the circle and will destroy everyone in it relentlessly aside from himself. (King Atlas is protected by his own abilities).

Other abilities/Notes: He uses water and wind elements in conjunction to manipulate water flows for the purpose of shielding him, or assaulting a target with a torrent, as well as defend himself from water attacks by flowing it away from himself. Cannot use some of the more fun types of water manipulation that people think of, like freezing an opponent or water blades. He's literally limited to what I said. (Nasuverse magi are kind of lame. )

Appearance: A man with wavy black hair, and black eyes. His body is built well, and he wears a blue jacket and black pants. He also wears a Captain's sailing hat.

Bio: Back where he came from, Jack Breeze was a sailor. He loved sailing as much as he could love anything, though there was one particular goal he had in mind his entire life. He's always wanted to either find Atlantis, or find a way to communicate with it. One day he heard there was a way to summon heroes of the past, and taking this as his cue he used a relic of Atlantis to summon none other than the King of Atlantis. Immediately after the summoning, however, he was pulled into Battle Royale, which turned out to be a much more interesting turn of events for both him and his servant, as they would be sent back some day and it would be as if they never left, giving them time to find out how to work together and then have an advantage in the grail war.

Villian Sheet

Character Name: Linka

Weapon: Chains, pulled from portals.

Weapon Ability: There are many chains, including perfectly ordinary chains to chains designed to hold down specifically only divine targets (Which fail on ordinary foes completely as if intangible) and chains that cover in fire or ice, or bladed chains. Portals open up within two feet of any part of Linka's body, and the chains fly out to wrap around the foe.

Other equipment: Dagger, which she uses to finish off enemies once chained down. Also, her amazing rack.

Reputation: -15

"Supa Linka": She transforms into a 'mode' where her hair grows longer and turns purple as opposed to blue, and her eyes follow suit. Her muscles increase in size slightly, but only serve to emphasize the fact that her boobs grow larger as well she gets more beautiful (In the opinion of some of course, more specifically this is her own opinion rather than that of others). In this mode, she has a greatly heightened amount of strength and speed, to incredible levels. But she cannot access her portals to get more chains.

Other abilities/Notes: High Level Martial Artist, and able to fight with the chains even if she didn't use portals. Occasionally does this in fact, often to either set traps or to personally feel the weight of the one she's attacking.

Appearance: Shoulder length blue hair, blue eyes, and a sizable bust. She's fairly tall and very slender, though her legs, butt, and arms are clearly toned well. Her face captures the hearts of men often, and generally her clothes are fairly showy and skin tight.

Bio: She is a pirate, a lonely sea captain in a world where there are many such pirates. But hers is a special case, as she built her crew with the charisma of a military leader and the iron grip of an emperor. Her crew is loyal to the end and this really shows her style. She uses her looks to fool enemies into thinking she isn't a threat, then has her crew rain upon her foes with swift tyranny, taking what belongs to her by 'right' of having managed to steal it.

Linka is one who is considered evil by many, and in fact is horribly sadistic and cruel to all, her crew simply getting the lesser brunt of it due to loyalty and competence. It is a sign of what good leadership she has that her crew does not leave or attempt to mutiny; or perhaps it is the fact that she is quite terrifying. She will as quickly kill you as look at you, if you're not worth keeping alive and she's not undercover, having performed several slaughters due to random men in bars simply grabbing her ass.

Linka was pulled to Battle Royale due to her competent combat abilities, most likely, but she sees it as a chance to become a queen with nothing in her way. She intends to gather a 'crew' and not allow anyone to disobey an order she gives, despite the threat of death meaning less here.

Alright Kage's character is fine, and both of yours are fine David, but I want to note a couple things here.

You can name your reputation attacks whatever you want, I'm just bad with names and a transformation move doesn't sound like something I would name. Also, you don't have to list their type in your sheet, it usually pretty easy to tell.

Now for actual help with your second sheet, its a flood that comes out and continually damages your opponents for a set period of time? That is a continuous attack, not really Big Bang, That is reserved for shit like the spirit bomb, instakill attacks, and the like.

Also for the reputation, I would go with somewhere between 6-10, unless you drop the .5 recharge time thing, because any lower than that, and it becomes really spamable.

Villian Sheet
Character Name: Sir Aeon Eternitum
Weapon: The Gentleman's Dagger
Weapon Ability: The dagger is black obsidian, glass-like and incredibly sharp. It's special properties are twofold: it cannot be destroyed, and it has sharpness beyond measure - it can cut through any substance on earth quite easily, and, when combined with Aeon's space/time magic, can cut portals in space.
Other equipment: Space/Time magic. He can teleport short distances with his knife (within eyesight), and slow time by a factor of 1.5 (as in, he seems 1.5 times faster), as well as slow a single target by half temporarily. This magic is very draining.
Reputation: 15
Reputation Attack: Clockstopper - Aeon can stop time for a short period, allowing him to act without any retaliation. This attack takes 3x longer to recharge.
Other abilities/Notes: Requires a cane to walk. Can only limp a short distance without it, and walks slowly even with it.
Appearance: Looking somewhere in his early twenties, Aeon has short, straight black hair, and wears a tuxedo with white undershirt and red tie, as well as black loafers. A monocle adorns one of his green eyes, and he leans upon a black cane.
Bio: A factory worker crippled in an accident, Aeon lived into old age as a poor and broken man. He was taking his grandchildren to a museum one day, when one of them ran into an under-construction exhibit. He chased after the boy, who startled one of the museum workers into dropping a knife. He picked it up, but when he went to hand it back to the man, he stumbled, waving his arm and cutting through the air itself, creating a portal and falling into it. He fell into the timestream, learned its secrets, and became youthful again, returning to the exact point in time he left. He used his magic to steal and cheat, eventually becoming rich. His powers were discovered, however, and he was sent to Battle Royale for his crimes.

Character Name: Dr. Phazon or any variation of (Phazon, Phaaze, Doc, etc).

Weapon: HIS BODY. Specifically, Phazon's cyborg body is equipped with an absolutely preposterous amount of conventional weapons. His lack of magical weapons has more to do with the difficulty involved in acquiring them rather than any problems with integrating them into his systems. As Phazon has weaponized the majority of his body, it should be expected that if Phazon could have added something, he probably already has.

Weapon ability: As said above, Phazon lacks any magical weapons to add to his body, but he is capable of installing them, should he find them.

Other equipment: Though Phazon doesn't actually weaponize his phazon (with one exception, see below) because he uses it as a power source, he does still have it in his body. This makes him highly radioactive. Prolonged exposure to his presence may cause symptoms of radiation sickness.

RePOWERFUL Strike: Corruption Spreader - A self-explanatory technique in which Phazon spreads phazon throughout the area. This expels a significant amount of phazon from his systems in the process, so the cooldown of this move is actually just the regeneration of enough extra phazon to perform it again. By covering the local area with phazon, Phazon creates a very lethal death-zone around himself. Being near the phazon-filled area will cause damage, and actually touching the raw phazon can kill someone quickly if they are unprotected.

Other abilities/Notes: The self-replicating properties of phazon means that Phazon's supply of phazon regenerates over time from materials taken in from the environment. Additionally, phazon already in the environment can spread at a slow rate, though this is likely negligible.

Bio: I'll add this later, too.

Villain Sheet
Character Name: Gaius (forgot his real name and took on this name in its place because he believes he is the Earth incarnate at this point)

Weapon: An old but strong and well-made sword

Weapon Ability: Nothing

Other equipment: None

Reputation: 10

Reputation Attack: Enlightenment of Ten Years: Ascended Being - Gaius draws in large amounts of energy from the planet and returns to the same state he was in when he first went berserk. In this form, Gaius is much faster and stronger, capable of moving and reacting at speeds impossible for regular men and able to shatter large boulders with his fists. Additionally, he is impervious to damage. While this move is active, he is surrounded by a shifting aura of green, blue, and white energy. This form lasts for ten posts (one for each of the years he spent in his trance), but takes twice as long to recharge.

Other abilities/Notes: Very skilled in his own style of fighting, which focuses on borrowing (read: stealing) the power of the world and using it along with one's own willpower to accomplish feats that aren't possibly for a normal man. Divided into three aspects- Earth, Ocean, and Sky:

• Earth Aspect - Earth techniques focus on defense, and his ultimate Earth technique is "Strong Like the Silent Stone", which renders the user both immovable and completely impervious for a very short duration. Other techniques include various blocks and counters that work better than they should through will power and the energy of the planet (such as blocking sword strikes with his hands without cutting himself) and limited geokinesis.
  
  
• Ocean Aspect - Ocean Techniques focus on powerful and relentless blows, and his ultimate Ocean technique being "Wrathful Like the Angry Sea", which allows the user to focus immense strength into a short series of powerful strikes. Other techniques include various combo-style attacks and complete freedom of movement/breathing while underwater.
  
  
• Sky Aspect - Sky Techniques focus on moving swiftly to dodge and strike, and his ultimate Sky technique is "Fast Like the Swift Wind", which is lets the user teleport to any spot, provided they have a clear line of sight and there are no obstacles between them and their destination. Other techniques include various generally swift movements and increased acrobatic ability.

Bio: Gaius was once just a regular man, albeit one fed up with society and its flaws. Seeking to return to nature, Gaius completely left his old life behind and walked off into the wilderness with nothing. He began to live off the land and sought to bring himself to harmony with nature, meditating daily with hopes of hearing the voice of the planet. After three years of this, Gaius had become somewhat mentally unstable.

One day, his meditation was disturbed by a loud noise. Upon investigating the sound, he found the source was a construction crew that was tearing down the nearby forest in order to make room for the expansion of a city. Gaius was deeply disgusted by this violation of nature, and finally heard the voice of the planet. It was not what he had always hoped to hear, however. Rather than a beautiful chorus of harmony and perfection, he heard a pained moan. That the society he had given up would dare to harm the planet threw him into such an outrage that he immediately attacked the workers, and then moved on further to the very city itself. He likely would have been killed here, if it were not for the fact that, upon hearing the planet's voice, the bond that was established between him and nature. The energy of the planet itself then flooded through him, granting him both great power and immortality.

The planet did want Gaius to help it, but it didn't want him to go that far. Still, in his fury, Gaius could not hear the planet, and continued on a mindless massacre that quickly reduced the entire city to rubble. Once the whole city had been leveled, Gaius finally began to calm down and the surge of power he had gained from the planet receded. Finally hearing the cries of the planet again, he immediately was filled with both shame and sorrow. He dropped to his knees and cried, and perhaps that would have been the end of it, if one of the few survivors left hadn't found him there. The man, a swordsmith by trade, saw Gaius in his moment of weakness and quickly took the opportunity to drive a blade through him.

The bond Gaius now had with the planet made him stronger and ageless, but without the actual energy of the planet flowing through him, he was not immortal. Gaius fell down and began to die. As his vision and consciousness faded, the voice of the planet also grew fainter in his ears. Again, Gaius misunderstood the voice; he thought it said for him to stand up and keep fighting. Suddenly filled once more with the power of the planet, stood up and screamed as he was thrown into a rage again. Ripping the sword from his chest, Gaius killed his assailant and lost his final remaining shreds of sanity.

After further destroying the remains of the city to the point that nothing was left, Gaius' rage was still not settling as it had before. He went into a strange meditation; similar to his usual one but filled with a sense of rage against man instead of one of harmony with the planet. His body simply went on fighting, going from one city to the next, while the remains of his mind sat and festered within a storm of rage and malice against humanity.

He could not hear the voice of the planet in this state, but he was still connected to the planet. His rage became a taint to that bond, and he steadily drew more and more power from the planet as his body fought. His body perfected his fighting style with a machine-like routine of practice on any form of civilization it could find. Gaius finally awake from this trance ten years later, upon coming to the realization that he was the Earth incarnate, and must continue to destroy anything and everything that he thinks would threaten the planet.

It was at this point he adopted the name Gaius. No longer could he hear the voice the planet, begging him to cease his destructive actions, for that voice was drowned out by the permenant state of rage his mind was in. However, the bond that was established between him and the planet is not one that could be undone, and so he now draws upon the energy of the planet, completely convinced by his delusional mind that he is right to do so.

And then we come to this point in time.

Villian Sheet
Character Name: Rekeaz
Weapon: Telekinesis
Weapon Ability: Rekeaz can use his telekinetic abilities to move objects with his mind*yeah yeah, pretty standard*, also, he has learned to create shockwaves by using the force of his mind on the air nearby, to throw out small concussive blasts, and create invisible objects with the force of his mind, including swords, and force fields. Unfortunately, all of this requires quite a bit of concentration, so if his concentration breaks, he loses most of the control he has over his abilities.
Other equipment: Rekeaz carries around a few knives and heavy objects to throw around with his telekinesis. Also, he carries a doctors kit complete with first aid supplies, rudimentary surgury tools, and a few standard painkillers and antibiotics.
Reputation: 18
Reputation Attack: Seven Tools of the Doctor: Rekeaz brings out his surgury kit, and some of his surgury tools fly out of his bag, guided by his telekinesis, once the attack connects, he uses his telekinesis powered tools to completely disassemble his opponent. This attack has 1/2 the normal recharge time, but during the time, he cannot use his telekinetic powers at all, and has to fight using his other tools until it recharges.

Reputation Attack: The Wand(Staff) switches to an overdrive mode and can cast spells outside of the limit of what he can normally cast, these stay similar to the types in that topic, but can be extremely powerful
Other abilities/Notes: Can summon up to three monsters to fight alongside him in battle. NOTE: He is from the LostMagic universe, so the monsters will be monsters from that game, if you guys want to see one, I can post a monster list as well, but I'm gonna try to keep the links to a minimum.
