Name: Kirisame Marisa
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: "Second best incident resolver in Gensokyo, right here!"
Personality: Kirisame Marisa is a frequent liar and kleptomaniac. She'll steal anything that looks interesting or useful, provided it's not nailed down, and she'll even steal abilities from people she's met. She's also nearly always cheerful, always interested in a fight, friendly or otherwise, and an incredibly hard worker. To master the magic she has, she needed to train for a very long time. It's likely that most of her life was spent doing so. Marisa is also very proud of being the "Second best in Gensokyo" to Reimu, as well as being a good thief.

Name: Kasodani Kyouko
Age: Physically somewhere from 14-16.
Gender: Female
Appearance: "Eh? I was just sweeping the floors... again..."
Personality: Kyouko has the look of a sweet-natured and innocent girl. And to some extent, she genuinely is like this. She's sweet-natured towards those who are friendly towards her, and would be innocent if she didn't have a rebellious streak a mile wide. Granted, she is loyal to the temple and a genuine follower of Buddhism, but she gets bored and irritated with all the sutra reciting and sweeping she has to do. She seeks an outlet through these rebellious urges via punk rock, of all things.
Abilities: Lots of foggy echo-related stuff, flying, and danmaku. And spell cards like everyone else.

Name: Hakurei Reimu
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: "What a bother..."
Personality: Reimu is lazy. She has a tendency to dislike people when they first meet, especially if they're troublemakers. However, after beating them up once or twice, she becomes much more amiable towards them unless they cause trouble. Reimu prefers to exert as little effort as possible unless something directly affects her and causes her problems. In fact, she's rarely aware of incidents unless they're very obvious. Or they directly cause her problems. Or someone tells her about them. She also has something of a temper. At most times, however, she is fairly easygoing unless something sets her off.
Abilities: Flight, danmaku and [url=http://en.touhouwiki.net/wiki/Imperishable_Night/Spell_Cards/Stage_4A]spell cards]. She is also capable of flying so high she can literally fly out of reality and become impossible to attack or interact with(she can still hit you with danmaku, though), an ability known as Fantasy Heaven.

Name: Ryuuzaki Kotori
Age: 17

Of course, since it's summer she might have traded in the kimono for hakama bottoms and her sarashi.
Personality: Modern day samurai, serious minded but overly trusting, lives to serve the people in general rather than a single lord.
Abilities: Unbreakable cursed bokken that she is really good at using, to the point that she can easily deflect danmaku with it. Notably can't fly.

Name: Penelope "Penny" Drake
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Appearance: Rather average looking, with shoulder length, straight brown hair and brown eyes. She's maybe a little taller than average, but thin, and not possessing much of a figure. She wears a large pair of glasses, and is most often dressed in her school uniform, a brown sweater and skirt. However, since this is summer she has traded in her uniform for a green bikini and red sarong, as well as a stylish straw hat.
Personality: Idealist with a strong sense of justice, although a bit dim at times. Cheerful and nerdy, and once she starts talking she never shuts up. Might have a bit of an inferiority complex due to not being able to live up to the name of her previous incarnation, which is somewhat understandable seeing how she used to be King Arthur and all.
Abilities: Caliburn, the Sword in the Stone! It makes her stronger, faster and more durable, as well as a master swordswoman as long as she is using it (although Ryuuzaki is helping her gain proficiency with swords in general). The sword is unbreakable as long as she follows the code of honour and chivalry. Despite being clumsy and awkward most of the time, she picked up the whole flying thing much quicker than her friend Ryuuzaki. Decent artist, and is especially skilled in sewing; her hobby is making stuffed toys.

Name: Parsee Mizuhashi

Gender: Female
Appearance:

Personality: Easily made to be jealous, though she certainly has a sense of humour. Not really a social person, living by a bridge no-one crosses will do that to you. Also likes fairytales and stories. VERY insecure, though.
Abilities: Flight, the ability to manipulate jealousy, and some danmaku stuff. Also, interesting posing.

Name: Hakurei Tsubame
Age: Several centuries, somehow.
Gender: Female

Appearance::

Personality: Serious and earnest, though her lack of an actual job at this point in time means that she's also got a lot of energy to put into, say, meeting people again, checking how things have changed, and harassing her great-great-great to the umpteenth granddaughter.
Abilities: Much the same as Reimu, in fact. However, there's quite a few differences: she doesn't have the Hakurei Yin-Yang orbs and therefore has to rely on her ofuda and learned skills; she doesn't have anything like Fantasy Heaven; and her raw combat ability is greater. She's obviously worse at spell-cards, though, since she's not really used to the system. Oh, and she knows how the wraparound trick from IN works.
Additionally, Tsubame's knowledge of onmyodo, barriers, and various tricks mean that she was both capable of assisting Yukari in the creation of the barrier and extending her life. It seems to have a price, though, since she's been absent for the past fifty years, sleeping.

Name: Shujiko Ishi

Age: 163

Gender: Female

Appearance:
Brown, shoulder length hair with hazel eyes. Wears a light green, sleeveless shirt with white shorts. For some reason, she wears a blue ribbon on both forearms, and has ditched the skirt.
Oh, and she can become a golden-eyed blonde when she's super-serious!

Personality:
Generally pleasant and polite, if just a tad shy around strangers. Shouldn't take her long to warm up to others though, and if she's seeking a challenge, the shyness is gone in favour of a hot-blooded persona that simply emanates confidence.
May or may not be in love with two immortals, she herself can't seem to decide.

Abilities: Flight, danmaku, and her 'Indomitable Will'

Name: Yuuka Kazami

Age: Old

Gender: Female

Appearance: Let her hair grow a bit. Or maybe it's Yuuka 2? YOU DECIDE!

Personality: Sweet, nice, trollish, deranged, lovely, insane, childish, silly... Yuuka seems to have a lot of personality traits, some more prevalent on others. Generally, she's a nice a enough person, loves to tease, is the protector of all flowers and children, and may or may not be an utter sadist.

Abilities:
Flight, Danmaku, manipulation of flowers, craptons of power.

Name: Cyndy Ryuhime

Age: 200

Gender: Female

Appearance:
Tends to wear many layers of clothing, as well as dark robes with thick gloves and boots. A hood and featureless mask conceal her face. Her clothing is also protected from her own flames via enchantments.
Her body is humanoid, but scaled, Much like a dragon. Her scales are crimson, becoming lighter at her front, with yellow eyes and silver hair that reaches her shoulder blades.

Personality:
Started an incident with motives not fully understood by the one who ultimately stopped her (Shujiko), and like everyone else, seems to be behaving. Cyndy claims to be princess related to the Great Dragon, but there's really no evidence to support this. Also has a complex over being seen.
To others, she's... rude, with a veiled enviousness. After the incident, she's appeared much more in public, but still hasn't shown her face to any but Shujiko, who really can't understand what her problem is.

Abilities:
Flight, Danmaku, surprise surprise. She can also produce and control flames, even their heat.

Name: Megumi
Age: 108
Gender: Female

Appearance:

Personality: Likes teasing people. A lot. Not necessarily with her body, though that's fun. She's not so good, though, with normal social interaction and if there's a chance to interpret anything as sex-related, she'll leap on it cheerfully and go from saying next to nothing in the conversation to energetically attempting seduction.
And failing.
Mostly because she's got no desire to get that far. It... it would be wrong to do that with a stranger! Odd girl.
Abilities: Flight, fire related danmaku, and the ability to drain people into exhaustion through sleeping with them. She mostly uses the fire, though.
Apparently, Megumi has a cousin that works in a library.

Name: Shinobu. Family name? Top secret. Even though any of the villagers can tell you that it's Saito. Kinda bland, isn't it?
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Appearance: "Oi, that's my loot!
Personality: Feisty, violent, and horribly perverse, though only a few of the weirder youkai have actually accepted her too-blatant overtures. Hurting her doesn't seem to dissuade her from what she's trying to do, either, unless you inflict some sort of actual injury. Then she panics... such a weird ninja, to be scared of blood.
Abilities: Stealth. So good, in fact, that it may as well be invisibility. And theft, to a degree that Marisa looks like an amateur. Sure, Marisa can steal things left lying around... but she can't steal the clothes off your back, can she?
Can barely fly, though, and is appalling at danmaku despite being brilliant at throwing things (and stabbing them in the back) normally. Fairies can beat her. Not Cirno-level fairies, random mook fairies.
