Creatures of the Night... the ultimate Vampires and Werewolf RP!!! ~ Character creator

Creatures of the night, be aware of this new development! The night is young, and many clans of Vampires and Werewolves have been given leave to prey on the humans who have grown to ungodly numbers!

The time is now! However, we must work in secret, for the humans have weapons and tools that threaten our existence during the day. We must stalk at night, and take them down when they are not looking.

While doing so, enjoy the clubs that the Vampire Dracula has opened for all! It is to show he has no problems or feuds with anyone, and all are welcome. Be you Vampire, Succubus, Werewolf, or even a lowly Man-eating Garden Gnome all creatures of the night are welcome to enjoy this tavern!

The hierarchy for Werewolves is simple: There's the Alpha Wolf, his personal second, the rest, and the Omegas.

However, the Vampires are a little less simple. Only those with the ability of a "Bloodchief" Can create more Vampires. Any vampire who is not a Bloodchief can only create Nulls, who are simple mindless Zombies who follow their masters.

Actual Zombies do exist, and are actually offended by this comparison.

Vampire Clans often have special abilities benefitted by their aged Bloodchief. The strength of a Null is based on the ranking of the Vampire who created it.

Almost all Vampire Clans have a complicated system of Kings, Dukes, nobles, etc. within their hiearchy.

In general, Werewolves outpower Vampires on their best days. However, Vampires usually have very powerful magical arts. Here are the rules for the Scale of Strength for future reference, I hope it details things well enough to keep any future mistakes to a minimum. I ask you please follow these guidelines:

Remember, this is just a guideline, some clans or packs or whatever may do something different, but if you increase, there's got to be a downside or something to keep things even all around.
Also, all Werewolf averages are for when fully transformed.

Here I will detail all known clans of Vampires and Packs of Wolves.

The Pompaborey Clan:
This Clan of Vampires has a single Bloodchief King, Pompaborey. He has the ability to create cold temperatures and can freeze anything he touches or is close enough to. He can vanish into any reflective surface, and reappear in any other reflective surface around the world.
The Vampires of his clan also have these abilities, though not as powerfully.

Clan Ruthven
Race: Vampire
Size of Clan/Pack/Other: One bloodchief, three dukes, and six fledgling vamps.
Special abilities: Shapeshifting
Strength Level: their leader is almost near tank-lifting levels. The rest of them, however, are mostly around 5 or 6.
Special Traits or appearances: None.

Clan Gamborian
Race: Vampire
Size of Clan: Very Large, with a single King and Queen, 20 Dukes, 32 Duchesses, and 40 nobles besides with limited levels of control. The rest are 'commoners' who are also Gamborians by birth or Creation.
Special abilities: They are a unique clan, requiring blood to fight and cast spells, and small amounts of blood can cause them to die. They can also absorb Bone Marrow, which increases their natural physical ability. Instead of normal Vampire Fangs, however, they have fangs shaped like Sabers coming from their wrists. From these blades, they drain blood straight from either the heart, or marrow straight from the Spinal Cord. When killing, they must choose one or the other, and cannot get both. Various magics can be cast at a high sacrifice of blood, but they're signature spell gives them an edge up in speed, slowing time all around them. However, many very fast opponents only see it as them levelling the playing field.
Strength Level: They are naturally only 2-3, but get stronger by absorbing Human Bone Marrow. With this marrow, they can increase infinitely, but very slowly. Many choose to take blood instead for it's plentiful benefits, so few ever go above 4-6.
Special Traits or appearances: They seem perfectly normal until the blades come out. All have Black Hair Naturally, and black eyes.

Tenebrae Clan
Race: Vampire
Size of Clan/Pack/Other: One Bloodchief, 3 dukes and duchesses, and ten fledglings.
Special abilities: To be able to travel through shadow and use shadow to their advantage, mainly for stealth. The Bloodchief can even make shadow tangible and use it for battle.
Strength Level: 4
Special Traits or appearances: Each member has a mark that resembles the birthmark on their Bloodchief. It is of a gnarly black tree, bare and dead. Where the members put their mark is up to them.

Cruncher Clan
Race: werewolves
Size of Clan/Pack/Other: five other werewolves.
Special abilities: Their leader is ridiculously strong, even for an Alpha.
Strength Level: 7

The Cearbhal Clan
Race: Man-eating Lawn Gnome
Size of Clan/Pack/Other: Unknown.
Special abilities: Super speed. Turn into ceramic lawn gnomes when people look at them. Can also move completely silently.
Strength Level: (1-10, with 1 being human, and 10 being able to lift tanks)
Special Traits or appearances: Have a tendency to cover their eyes when in ceramic form.

Gyokurou Clan
Race: Phantom with one Shaman
Size of Clan/Pack/Other: One Shaman (leader), three Seirei (elite phantoms), and five other phantoms.
Special abilities:

• Shaman: A temporary fusion ability which can be used to borrow the strength and some abilities of the phantoms in the clan. As well as spiritual powers to seal or exorcise evil spirits. Can instantly tell the physical status and location of the phantoms in the clan no matter how far away they are.
  
• Phantoms: A weaker form of exorcism than the Shaman's, higher instincts and reflexes than that of normal phantoms, through the Shaman they have a link to all others in the clan and can sense when one or the other is in danger.

In anger at the noblemen who taunted them as they passed, he and his best friend Jalam attempted a spell to grant themselves the powers of vampires. They failed the spell, however, and became zombies. Shunned by friends and family, they set off to start a new life of thievery in the night.

Minos Touch: He can turn things into gold. In order to do this, however, he must expend a lot of energy. This power is fueled by dark energies, and thus doesn't affect monsters or the undead.
Thought Absorption: He can absorb other people's negative thoughts for strength.

Powers: She has the power to conjure weapons out of souls of defeated monsters that she collects. However, everytime she conjures a weapon, she uses the soul up. This means that defeating a certain monster will only allow her to turn its soul into a weapon only once until it breaks or gets too far away from her (through which it will disappear). She will gain some more powers once she awakens her true self as the successor (which will not be for a while).
Backstory: She was the offspring of one of Dracula's successors who lost control of himself and was bound to Dracula's castle. When the next human who was destined to fight the successor failed, she was instead kidnapped during the escape to prevent her, the next successor, from realizing her true nature. She was raised to believe that she was human and was given the fake name Shinjou Kurosu. Eventually, she ran away from home after hearing voices of what she says was "father beckoning for me to come home". Since then, she has been searching for her father and hoping to realize what she really is.
Favorite thing to eat: She really doesn't like blood all that much yet, since she has not awakened her true self.

Race: Half-werewolf
Size of Clan/Pack/Other: Mainly loners, due to rarity.
Special abilities: Increased speed, strength, enhanced senses, further expanded senses when ears are released, night time power boost, full moon power boost, unaging/reduced aging.
Strength Level: 3 (day, far from full moon)
Special Traits or appearances: Wolfish behaviour which gets more pronounced as the full moon approaches, retractable ears which practically disable the owner when scratched.

Backstory: Jack was bitten by a werewolf on the day of a full moon, before they had transformed, and was turned into a half Werewolf. After recovering, he travelled with his new powers, seeing the world for what it was with his enhanced senses. He never returned home in fear of people recognising him and his secret coming out. During his travels, he went to Japan, where a benevolent rich man bought him a Wagyu Steak, which became his motivation for pretty much anything he did, other than seeking vengeance. This lead to him becoming an urban legend, a hero who would go around, beating up criminals and stealing their money, all to fund his steak obsession. Occasionally he participates in illegal boxing matches, which also funds his steaks, but goes against hid morals.

Backstory: Was one of the first turned by a vampire known as Sir Ruthven, or Lord Ruthven as he has come to be known since then. Nowadays she is one of the dukes of the vampire tribe. Now works as a Detective.

Real Age: Old enough that he remembers the Trojan war.

Powers: In addition to having shapeshifting abilities that are remarkable even for a vampire, he has the ability to temporarily become human. During this time, he'll lose his vampire powers, but gain the ability to walk in sunlight. He can only do this for 24 hours, and only after he's sucked an actual human dry.

Physical Strength Level: 8

Backstory: He was once a disturbed, but otherwise brave warrior. Then he was bitten by a vampire. Some time later, said vampire was killed by a knight, leaving the clan leaderless. Then he lead a bloody battle against the other dukes for leadership of the clan, killing a large amount of them in the war. How many, you ask? Enough that the very small minority within the clan that are old enough to remember the war live in constant fear of him starting another one.

Favorite thing to eat: Virgins.

Powers: The ability to travel through shadow and use it for stealth. As the Bloodchief of the Tenebrae clan, Morgan can make shadows tangible and create minions to do her bidding. She can also trap enemies in the shadow realm, which will eventually kill them because their bodies were not made to travel through the realm.
Physical Strength Level: 6
Backstory: Born in medieval times, she was thought to be cursed because of her birthmark. The people in her village were afraid that her touch would cause death and even her own parents were careful around her. But instead of being discourage, Morgan (which is a fake name of course) felt interest in magic and the legends that surround it. She liked to dabble in the dark arts as well though she had to do it in secret. Eventually the villagers found out about it (even though she was doing absolutely nothing to harm them) and they ransacked her home, killing her parents in the process. She was able to run and next night she was bitten by a vampire who took her in. Unfortunately, one of the other fledglings killed their Sire and she killed him in rage. The other fledglings named her their Bloodchief and the rest is history (quite literally).
Favorite thing to eat: Handsome young men. She isn't picky with blood.

In general, vampires will never go above 6 without being a Bloodchief, and a Bloodchief is something that comes from age usually.

If a Vampire goes above 7, usually that means they're also bloodcrazed or something. A loss of sanity and willpower. Other than these things, you can keep the Shadow powers for sure, and the rest is fine.

Backstory: A beautiful Japanese boy who is a bit of a klutz and gets scared and nervous easily. His parents were killed because of their involvement with the Yakuza and Kyouya was taken in by them despite his hatred for them. He was used as a lackey and witnessed many shady dealings as well as killings. He was also very close to becoming a boy toy for them as well, since he was beautiful enough to look female in the right clothes. Fortunately (or maybe unfortunately, depending on one's point of view), Morgan had appeared looking for some fun in the Land of the Rising Sun (hey, that rhymed! XD). She took a shine to Kyouya, loving just how bishounen he is, and she planned to steal him away from his hateful life. Kyouya didn't want to go because he still wanted revenge on the Yakuza gang who killed his parents, so Morgan remedied that by killing every high-ranking member of the gang as well as the very people who killed his parents. Kyouya was terrified that the vampire (he was certain they were only a myth!) wanted him to herself, but Morgan surprised him by not turning him into a vampire. She just wanted to own him and see how much more beautiful he can grow. Now, he is Morgan's personal servant, most trusted confidante, and though he's unsure if his life with her is better then his life with the Yakuza, he is grateful for her help and kindness (which was rare back in his old life).

Backstory: Became a vampire during the 1800's where she was trying to outrun a man who was chasing her down a quiet and dark street, but ended up getting caught and almost having every drop of blood sucked out of her. When she was turned, somehow she killed her Maker and went on a rampage drinking and killing her victims. But, later in the years, she tried to control her bloodlust and has been doing so since. Just don't have a cut or seeping wound around her, or she'll lose control.

Powers: While having the abilities of her clan, she also has normal abilities of a phantom like intangibility. She has also mastered her own form of magical puppetry using strings that come out of her finger tips made of ghostly energy that can control the weak minded or inanimate objects capable of movement. Her most common target for this magic is a wolf that remains by her side at all times.
Physical Strength Level: Strength - 6; Speed - 8
Backstory: Akiko was once the daughter of a feudal lord of Japan. One day her village was attacked by demons and unless the lord gave up his only daughter as sacrifice, the slaughtering would continue. So, Akiko willing gave her own life for the safety of her village. Little did she know that this deed would keep her bound to this world. For hundreds of years, Akiko wondered aimlessly as a phantom, having no ties or desires to do anything else. It wasn't until the first Shaman of the Gyokurou clan discovered her and bound himself to her that she gained a purpose. Over the years she served faithfully to each generation of Shaman, eventually becoming one of the three elite members of the clan.

Powers: Like other members of the Tenebrae clan, she can move through the shadows and use them for stealth. She also has a particuarly sensitive sense of taste and smell, and has been known to use these skills to make her an excellent tracker.
Physical Strength Level: Strength – 5, Speed - 7
Backstory: Mariss grew up in Italy during the middle of the Renaissance era, where ideas were being brought to life and the festivals were the most amazing spectacle one could experience. She was well known for her.. tastes.. but due to her family's wealth, her indulgences were generally ignored. Women, wine, the festival air, she loved it all. One could say she loved it too much, considering her fate. On one such festival night, with everyone in Masquerade wear, she drank a bit too much, and went wandering off on her own. Walking down an alley, she didn't notice the men in the shadows until it was too late. Molested, beaten, and then having her throat slit, she was left on the ground to die. Luckily, or perhaps unluckily, for her, a vampire was also nearby during the bloodshed. Perhaps they were attracted by it, even. Either way, the vampire came to her side and offered her a chance at a new life, or unlife, before she bled to death. She quickly accepted, and the vampire, who she came to know as her Mistress Morgan Tenebrae, changed her into what she is today. Since then, she has loyally followed Morgan, even changing her last name to match hers, and becoming her self-appointed assistant and Duchess.

Physical Strength Level: Strength - 3 Speed - 4 (Stronger than your average human but still quite weak physically when compared to other supernatural beings. Spiritually their powers surpass even some vampires. Her physical power increases when she's infused with one of her phantoms.)
Backstory: Klara Kitajima, a human descended from a long line of Shamans, was once a normal high school girl. Making friends, getting playfully teased about her height, etc. Then after her grandfather died, she was made the next Shaman leader of the phantoms. This had come unexpected to her, figuring her father would take over after her. However, her father had no talent for it unlike herself, making her the better choice for the head of the clan. Once becoming head, despite being young and inexperienced, she worked to settle treaties of peace between the phantoms and other supernatural species. This came with great resistance from her family and some of her phantoms. She, however, persevered and thanks to the support of some of other more loyal phantoms, such as Akiko, she was able to get the treaties made and passed.

Backstory: He was born as a Gamborian, and was decided to be a project of physical strength testing. He aged much slower than the average Gamborian which is why he seems so young, but he has many tricks up his sleeve as he trained under a monk monastery and somehow managed to hide that he had been stealing the blood of the villagers nearby. Backstory: From a young age, she was always getting in trouble as a human. When she was 16 she became a hooker, and when she turned 22 she found that her customer was a Gamborian. Somehow she survived the encounter and became one herself, and was for a while the 'plaything' of the clan. Then she killed several Gamborians in a rage and it became known that she would get respect from her fellows forever.

From then on, she also became a lesbian due to an eternal hatred for men forever.

This means he can cast more often than others, and it is said he never has less than 20 Grown Men's worth of blood in his system at a time.

Backstory: Jace was always a Gamborian, from birth. By the time he was 13, he'd already proven himself the incredibly capable. The Bloodchief took interest in him and trained him in the art of Perfect Blood Transferance, the ability to use less blood than other Gamborians, in preperation should the Bloodchief ever need to be replaced.

He has always done things alone since he turned 300, and the Bloodchief set him free to do as he wishes. Lately, though, he's been a little extra restless and intends on messing with some people...

He quickly went up in the ranks with his great skill in fighting and his unique power. He tends to be a bit flirty and witty, the kind of person who can attract crowds of men and women alike to him. He treats Klara like a younger sister and loves to tease the stoic Akiko.
