The war of US - Power Creator
Basically, we have all had it with eachother, and are fighting an all out war.
We're all super pissed off, but some of us are taking sides.
We all have even powers though we all claim to be the best.
Let the war begin.

New Rule for funEDITED: If you die, you can be brought back after ten more posts have been posted. You can change your stats in the mean time, and even your weapons and powers. Changing anything is optional of course.
Another new Rule for fun: When you die, if it was during battle, you come back with ONE extra point for spending. If you change your stats in any way, make sure they add up to 61 if it was your first time dying, 62 for your second time, etc. Hopefully this RP will survive long enough that everyone can reach 100!
New rule for fun and profit: If you beat someone, you get some of their Territory! Beat a lot of people, get a lot of Territory! Territories also can give you boosts in battle, and beyond that amassing the most Territory is the only way this RP will ever advance any semblance of a plot!

Weapons: A variety of explosives, and a variety of guns that I use using my telekinesis. I have a Magic Orb that contains all my items (as I usually do), which sits in my pocket weightlessly.
Special Weapon: Mass Telekinesis: A technologically advanced structure has been built into my brain, allowing it to interact with any non-organic material within 100 Yards. I have complete and total manipulation of any and every object within that range. The exception seems to be Special Weapons that others make use of, as well as any organic material (meaning people). If the need arises, I can create a barrier of telekinetic energy that becomes completely physical, allowing it to become a sort of barrier that stops non-organic material and non-special-weapon attacks from passing through. The fastest I can make an object move is 140 MPH if I don't move my arms. If I swing my arms then they can go as fast as 200 MPH.
Extra note for clarification: It does not affect Magical Substances. It only effects physical substances, water, steel, diamond, rock, etc., etc.
Extra note for clarification: Yes, that's right, my BRAIN is my weapon!
Special Power: Mass Telepathy: I have the ability to read the mind of anyone anywhere, and the ability to sense the minds of living creatures wherever they may be. This allows me to know what my enemy is planning before they do it.
For some reason, the barrier around the city seems to be stopping me from reaching outside the city...

Weapons: Any and every type of average gun and explosive weapon, as well as a small orb that contains every one of my weapons and I can summon my weapons from it.
Special Weapon: A pair of Holy Pistols that are capable of piercing through any physical defense, however they do not help the user aim. Their piercing is perfection in the physical world, only being unable to pierce magical defenses and anything that isn't physical (I.e. concepts or 'time itself') unless of course the magic defense can't handle a bullet. HOWEVER! This piercing only works on one object per bullet. If they are blocked by a shield and the shield is penetrated, then the bullet loses it's 'perfect piercing' and will act as a normal bullet of low caliber.
The bullets are unaffected by gravity, and each bullet moves at just under the speed of sound. The appearance of the guns are long white-with-blue-stripes, and the bullets that come out are long but very skinny. Each bullet is made magically as the trigger is pulled, and the gun fires semi-automatically, causing it to be able to fire even faster than an automatic weapon in the right hands. Noteworthy is the fact that Agility has a direct impact on this.
Special Power: Bullet Bending, the ability to shoot anything from anywhere, using any kind of gun or long range weapon. Side effect of this is I'm very aware of my surroundings so I can be able to use them for shooting.

Special Power: Slow Down: Any animate object within twenty meters of me will instantly slow down. The effect is constant. I can also choose any target and cause it to suffer the same effect without a range limit, and once decided the effect is indefinite until I choose to end it or they leave and enter a totally seperate territory, or I die. I have to end it to put it on someone/something else.
The effect is directly proportional to the target's Magical Defense, to the effect that at 0 magical Defense their 'intended'* speed is reduced to 1/4. Anyone with 25 or higher would be able to, rather practically, ignore the effect.

Special Weapon: Absolution: a Tiny microchip attached to the top of my Spine, which then directly connects to my entire nervous system. It has four effects altogether due to it's enhancing effect, and I can choose to disconnect it entirely if I have to by saying a specific phrase only I know and only with my voice.
1: By enhancing my five senses, I am completely aware of my surroundings completely.
2: It enhances my reaction speeds and therefore increases my agility by +1.
3: It allows my braing to make perfect calculating thoughts. Whatever I see, no matter where it is, I can calculate perfect trajectory and speed, and can make instant decisions based off what I see. This allows me to block, dodge, and aim anything as necessary as I need, and make split second changes.
4: It allows me to take note of movements, and get the general statistics of a person as compared to my own, to analyze how much force would be needed to break their defense, or how much speed would be needed to escape.
Special Power: I can cause anything I touch to become explosive. I can cause only parts of it to explode, and I can cause the item to explode without taking any visible damage. For example, if I swing a bat. I can cause it to explode when it hits you by setting it to explode on contact, but it won't take damage unless I set it to take damage. (Will work on this tommorow)

Ok, so I figure I should get specific with the level of the stats.
Or rather, it'll still be general because I don't want to get specific.
Ok, so at 1-6 you're in the range of the average human (except Magical Defense as the average human has 0 resistance to the supernatural).
Since some of you have taken advantage of things and put them over twenty (Yay!) here's what 20 looks like for each stat: (Repeat: The following descriptions are for at 20)
Health: You can lose both your arms and have bullet wounds throughout your body and still keep running.
Physical Attack Strength: You can easily lift tanks and toss them across a city.
Physical Defense Strength: Bullets and blades of average capability will simply bounce off your skin. In addition, an explosive round from a tank shot might still damage you, but not much. Physical defense also protects from poisons and diseases, so the higher the defense, the less effective they are.
Running Speed: Mach 1 for every twenty points basically. Your ability to turn and maneuver is based off of agility, however.
Agility: you can easily reach the top of a scysraper by jumping, dodge bullets, and swing a blade fast enough to cut bullets.
Magical Defense: Large Fireballs won't even scorch you, and if someone tries to blind you, you'll only become near-sighted (If it's magically done)
This is all so you know~ And knowing is half the battle.

Special Power: "Mythical Buddies" - Phazon can summon various buddies to help him in his conquests. Though there are several buddies for him to choose from, he can only have one summoned at a time. The buddies do heal themselves over time when unsummoned, but cannot come back from the dead or be replaced, because buddies are once-in-a-lifetime.

Damage dealt does not affect how much life energy is siphoned; it is always one unit of life energy. Additionally, units of life energy can be removed from Liflow for healing.
Special Power: "Equalize" - When activated, for a short duration (for the next five posts I make), Phazon and anyone in his vicinity (which extends to the edge of the Territory he is in, to keep things simple) will have all their stats set to 10. Because people need it now even though I didn't want to do it at first.
Most peole can probably ignore this post. This post will explain, in detail, what every stat can do. To save myself some trouble, I'll be skipping numbers that can be easily scaled with some basic math. Though I should say that anyone with above 20 Health should take a look at how health works.
First, I'll do Speed/Agility. The reason is it will be the easiest, along with Attack Strength.
Speed: Effects your top speed for running, flying in an area that provides flying, the speed at which you move upwards when you jump, and your accelleration.
Agility: Effects your accelleration, speed of movements for your body that won't get you around, your jumping height, and your reflexes.
Accelleration: You can reach your top speed based off the average of your agility and your Speed. Whatever that number is, that's the speed you can reach within a single post. However, that is ONLY if the average is equal to/less than your speed, in which case you can simply reach your max speed within a single post. Outside of a battle, however, you can reach top speed if you want to so that you can get around the city.
(Speed/Agility)
0: You won't be able to walk. / You won't be able to move OR keep balance if you try to walk.
1: You can walk / You can keep the most basic of balance even a child can perform.
2: You can run as fast as an out of shape cake lover.
3: You can run as fast as the average track runner/ your reaction speed is similar to a low level martial artist.
4: You can win the olympics. / Your Reaction speed and attack and defensive movements are like that of a Shaolin Monk.
7: 50 MPH (Running/Body Movement)

Physical Strength: So I've decided to measure this in weight rather than destructive force. Note that physical Defense can take that many pounds of pressure and it would be like taking a normal punch from someone equally as strong as you.
Attack: Effects how many pounds of pressure you can push. With bladed Melee weapons, more strength can be combined with your skill to allow you to cut through more.
Defense: Effects how much damage is required for you to actually take damage. Blades will work on you until you hit twenty, as will bullets. At which point blades and bullets both would need to have 20 Attack behind them if they wish to pierce your steel skin. Below twenty Blunt Damage can be ignored by any amount of pressure less than the equal number of attack power.
0: You can't lift anything beyond your own clothes. Note that your clothes will not be allowed to be armor.
1: The strength of a small child.
2: The Strength of a pre-Teen
3: Strength of an average non-working out Teenager
4: Strength of an Athletic Teenage male.
5: Strength of a Pro Wrestler
6: Can Bench 800 Pounds
10: Able to Bench 1 Ton
11: Able to Bench 3 Tons.
12: Able to Bench 5 Tons
13: Able to Bench 7 Tons
14: Able to Bench 9 Tons

Now I shall do Magic Defense. Magic Defense is a little tricky, because it allows you to negate the effects of anything supernatural, regardless of what it is. So rather than stating what every individual number can do, I'll give a general overview of every five points.
0: Magic has it's full effect on you. Note that this is the Normal Human Condition.
5: Magic is now about 5/6 effective against you compared to how effective it'd be to a normal human.

Health is different from what it used to be. From now on it shall be Pain Tolerance. Taking a fatal wound would end your life no matter how high it is (with exceptions from 30+, See below). If you suffer too much pain, it will cause a hindrance in your actions and possibly even kill you if you have less than five and you take enough pain.
In other words:
Health = Pain Tolerance
0: All stats suffer because you are similar to suffering from a cold as a small child
1: Small crybaby child
2: Stubborn but weak child
5: Fully Grown Man
6: Similar to a Pro Wrestler who is used to taking lots of pain
10: Able to withstand bullet wounds and continue fighting, practically ignoring such pain.
15: Able to withstand the pain of losing a limb and still keep fighting with only a little hindrance.
20: Able to ignore all pain as if it is not even there. Anything above this no longer grants more Pain Tolerance.
23: Able to use a broken limb but not efficiently.
24: Able to make use of a broken limb as if it weren't broken. "YOU'LL HAVE TO REMOVE IT IF YOU WANT ME TO STOP SLASHING!"
25: Can survive without blood for a short time. I.e.: Temporarily IGNORE total blood loss. NOT losing the heart. if the heart is removed you'll die very quickly.
28: Can ignore Head Trauma, not just the pain of it but you cannot take brain damage of any kind.
30: Health Regen is raised by one stage. If you already have Health Regen 5, then for Health Regen six take what's already true there, and now crippling wounds will now heal themselves during combat VERY SLOWLY but instantly outside of combat, and outside of combat removed limbs will regenerate quickly. Does not apply to the head. Losing your head insta-kills you.
40: Health Regen is raised by two stages. If you have Health Regen 5, then take what I said about Health Regen Six, and now Crippling wounds will heal at a decent rate during battle, and removed limbs will regenerate nearly instantly outside of combat. (Note that for both of these, outside of combat DOES mean that you have not fought for one whole of your own posts at least. Instantly really means at the begining of the next post after it starts healing. It STARTS during YOUR OWN post.
60: Losing your head, once your head falls to the ground, it can still talk, and your body will have a short time to reach your head and replace it to your body to stay alive. For removed limbs, simply attach the limb to the hole and it will reconnect.
Hospitals: From this point forward, there shall be an indestructible Hospital in each district of the city. The hospital is ONLY for use of those who own the territory or at the owner's discretion. It is impossible to enter one if someone has hostile intent towards you within the immediate area, which is to say that if you're in a fight you can't escape to the hospital. You cannot stay within the hospital for more than one post. You cannot enter the hospital unless you are injured.

First, I'll do Speed/Agility. The reason is it will be the easiest, along with Attack Strength.
Speed: Effects your top speed for running, flying in an area that provides flying, the speed at which you move upwards when you jump, and your accelleration.
Agility: Effects your accelleration, speed of movements for your body that won't get you around, your jumping height, and your reflexes.
Accelleration: You can reach your top speed based off the average of your agility and your Speed. Whatever that number is, that's the speed you can reach within a single post. However, that is ONLY if the average is equal to/less than your speed, in which case you can simply reach your max speed within a single post. Outside of a battle, however, you can reach top speed if you want to so that you can get around the city.
(Speed/Agility)
0: You won't be able to walk. / You won't be able to move OR keep balance if you try to walk.
1: You can walk / You can keep the most basic of balance even a child can perform.
2: You can run as fast as an out of shape cake lover.
3: You can run as fast as the average track runner/ your reaction speed is similar to a low level martial artist.
4: You can win the olympics. / Your Reaction speed and attack and defensive movements are like that of a Shaolin Monk.
7: 50 MPH (Running/Body Movement)
8: 75 MPH (Same as above)
9: 100 MPH (Same as above)
10: 1/4 Mach 1 (Running/Body movement)
15: 1/2 Mach 1 (Same as above)
20: Mach 1
40: Mach 2
60: Mach 3

Physical Strength: So I've decided to measure this in weight rather than destructive force. Note that physical Defense can take that many pounds of pressure and it would be like taking a normal punch from someone equally as strong as you.
Attack: Effects how many pounds of pressure you can push. With bladed Melee weapons, more strength can be combined with your skill to allow you to cut through more.
Defense: Effects how much damage is required for you to actually take damage. Blades will work on you until you hit twenty, as will bullets. At which point blades and bullets both would need to have 20 Attack behind them if they wish to pierce your steel skin. Below twenty Blunt Damage can be ignored by any amount of pressure less than the equal number of attack power.
0: You can't lift anything beyond your own clothes. Note that your clothes will not be allowed to be armor.
1: The strength of a small child.
2: The Strength of a pre-Teen
3: Strength of an average non-working out Teenager
4: Strength of an Athletic Teenage male.
5: Strength of a Pro Wrestler
6: Can Bench 800 Pounds
10: Able to Bench 1 Ton
11: Able to Bench 3 Tons.
12: Able to Bench 5 Tons
13: Able to Bench 7 Tons
14: Able to Bench 9 Tons
15: Able to Bench 11 Tons.
16: Able to Bench 14 Tons.
17: Able to Bench 18 Tons.
18: Able to Bench 22 Tons.
19: Able to Bench 26 Tons.
20: Able to Bench 30 Tons. (Can cut and break through steel by this point)
25: Able to Bench 45 Tons. (With Bladed Weapons, assuming you have agility also at 25, you can from this stat higher cut the air for mid-range slashes. This is more effective with katanas. Of course this is only if you want it)

40: Able to Bench 90 Tons. (Can cut through diamond-hard objects, and break Diamond-hard objects with brute force) / For Defense, Body is as tough as Diamonds.
Now I shall do Magic Defense. Magic Defense is a little tricky, because it allows you to negate the effects of anything supernatural, regardless of what it is. So rather than stating what every individual number can do, I'll give a general overview of every five points.
