The Night Room

A senior homeroom class of Juuben High School in Kyoto, Japan, are chosen to test out a new machine. This machine is revolutionary technology that creates a virtual simulation of the future based on interviews done for each individual student in the class. One person enters at a time getting put into a deep sleep with a helmet on their head. When they come to, they find themselves in a hotel that is hosting their tenth class reunion. There they will meet possible future spouses and future versions of their classmates all of which are AIs created by the machine. (But they will still be rped by the original creator of the character)

Meanwhile, the other classmates will wait outside in the waiting room, chatting, reading, doing whatever until it's their time to go in. None of the stuff seen in machine can be told to those outside until everyone has had a chance to go in, in order to keep the whole experience a surprise for them.

Name: Akki Hoshikage

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Appearance: He has long black hair tied in a ponytail, contrasting his pale white skin and inexplicably red eyes.

Personality: A bit distant, and a bit mad, Akki doesn't much like other people. He believes himself to be more intelligent, and thus superior, to others. When he actually befriends someone for whatever reason, he actually acts nice. He doesn't have many friends, though.

Hobbies: Computers, Video games, and other technological things. Also likes cars and industrial machines.

Skills: Very skilled at programming, playing games, and other electronics. Knows how to repair cars.

Bio: Born with albinism, Akki didn't particularly get out much. His love of machines came from his father, who ran a computer factory. Often called such names as "Paleface" or "Ghost of a Nerd," Akki rarely tried to make friends. He saw this machine as a desire to prove them wrong, to show that machines were humanity's future, and secretly, to show that he could take over the world if he really wanted to.

Appearance: Not too tall. Has short brown hair and brown eyes. Very large glasses. flat chested.

Personality: Kind and friendly to everyone, but very naive about alot of things. However, is not stupid, as she has top grades in her class.

Hobbies: cooking, knitting, studying (mostly biology) and improvised explosives.

Skills: Very good at all mentioned above. Especially the last one.

Bio: Her parents were very emotionally abusive to her, and physically abusive towards her brother. Her father regularly told her that cooking and cleaning is the only thing a woman ought to learn. Her mother told her that she was useless and selfish for breathing. On her sixth birthday, her "father" found out that he wasn't her real father, and tried to kill her. Her brother attempted to buy her time to get out, but was shot. Before her father could shoot her, however, the police arrived to arrest her father. She was later put into foster care. Since then she decided to put her past behind her and become a better person than either of her parents were.

Personality: Youko is a bit of an eccentric girl, with a seemingly unending storehouse of energy inside her. While she struggles in her school studies, she tends to excel at most sports, mostly because she has this love of competition, and has this desire to prove her prowess. Her mother often gets onto her for not placing this drive in her studies, but she says that 'studies don't feel like a competition' to her, and she sees them as more of a cruel but necessary punishment, therefore she only works hard enough to keep herself from absolutely failing. She does have a knack for math, though, which is her only good-scoring class. She tends to be friendly most of the time, though she insists there are just 'some people' she can't get along with, causing her to act rude and almost childish towards them.

Hobbies: Fishing, various outdoor activities, drawing, cooking seafood, Sudoku puzzles, whatever comes to her mind at the moment.

Skills: Excellent at preparing most seafood dishes; but bad at making most other foods, mastered the art of bike-riding, can play the harmonica and kazoo, surprisingly good at drawing; mostly doujins.

Bio: Youko comes from a simple but warm home, living with her parents and two younger siblings, one 12 years old and the other 5 years old. While not particularly wealthy, the family lives comfortably as both her parents work, and even she takes on various jobs in order to help them out, though she isn't really good at holding onto a steady one. She often cooks at home, mostly including fish that she catches down at the bay near her home. As a child, she spent most of her time outside, choosing physical pursuits over mental ones. Her home life has giving her a very active personality, and making her tend to either love or hate people, with seemingly very little in-between, mostly thanks to her siblings who she loves half the time and hates the other half.
