Touhou RP: Dreams become reality~

Spell broken by the lack of anything to focus on, Alice gave a hurried yes and started pulling dolls out of her pockets. All of them were obviously too small to fit on Marisa... until she came to two of the larger dolls she had made as an experiment. One doll was promptly stripped of its dress and, along with everything else, returned to wherever Alice kept the things before the dress proper was handed over to Marisa. It would be more of a minidress than her normal clothing, as well as a bit tight, but it wasn't unreasonably short (especially compared to a certain immortal's current attire) and ought to suffice. Even if Marisa didn't feel like playing dress-up and being a maid in a witch's hat, she had no choice.

"Go where?" Youmu asked, hoping this wasn't going to be another midnight snack tour. She was still concerned that the unfortunate night sparrow had been scarred for life due to Yuyuko...

"...Do you ever think things through, by any chance?" Remilia asked Kaguya, before waving her hand aimlessly, making sure she didn't exceed the boundaries of her parasol. "Whatever, use a laser. Just don't ruin the cake, please."

Damn it, even the shrine maiden was impeding her? That really, really sucked.
"She's a love-hater!" Ai cried out, clearly believing this explained everything. "She has to be punished for her crimes against love! Just look at that animalistic look of pure lust in her eyes! That is not true love!"

Paying no attention to what the love-hater and her unfortunate victim were doing at the moment, Ai gazed pleadingly at Reimu. "Please, Miss Hakurei, don't stop me! I have to stop her from ruining love! And perhaps you'll even have a chance with the witch afterwards!"

"The witch...?" Reimu swore could feel a vein twitching. This youkai was way too annoying. Making assumptions about her love life. She had no interest in Marisa. Nope, none once so ever, she was her best friend. Nothing more. Though, admittedly, there was a time when she wasn't adverse to the idea of being with the witch. But it was different now! She was getting sidetracked, she needed to take care of this annoyance first.

Thwack. Thwackthwackthwackthack!

She hit the youkai once with her gohei and followed it up with several more hits. "Stop with your nonsense and find someone else to bother. I'm not going to let you hurt Alice."

"I think a lot of things through! Like how to dress my rabbits," replied Kaguya cheerfully, before pointing at the cake. A thin laser burst from the tip of her finger, and she proceeded to attempt to cut the cake with it.

Marisa wasted no time. The maid outfit thingy was kind of tight, but it was far, far better then nothing. She pulled it on, straightened it out, and quickly arranged her hat to lay at the right angle on her head. She was still blushing a bit, but it was better now at least. "Now... let's forget about that and focus on something else!"

"It's going to be a daytime snack tour, Youmu-chan! We're going to find things and stuff and people and get to the bottom of this incident!" Yuyuko declared with a cheerful grin. "And we'll get snacks along the way, too."

"That explains why I once found a rabbit running around wearing a dress," Mokou said, sighing. Hopefully, they could get a move on in a minute and go somewhere less drafty, or at least work out why she'd woken up on top of Kaguya.

"Err... right! Give me the book and everything else you stole," Alice said, putting her hand out for... well, anything would be nice, even if it wasn't the full set. Marisa obviously wasn't hiding things on her person... and trying to work out what sort of magic she was using to store them was better than fixating on her legs.

"Please try not to traumatise any more birds..." Youmu said, wincing. Poor Mystia, even if she had attacked them with intent to eat, Yuyuko's response had been... overkill.

"...Good for you." Remilia stated, deciding not to watch Kaguya cut the cake, lest the worst happen. She may not be able to stomach such mutilation of an innocent sweet snack. Instead, she decided to talk to the half-naked immortal.

"Remind me again, aren't you two enemies or something? I was under the impression you hated each other." The vampire asked Mokou, parasol lazily rotating as Remilia twisted it.

"Ow! Owowowow!" Ai yelped in pain as the gohei struck her. The love youkai rubbed at her overly-abused cranium for a moment, registering what Reimu said to her. Eventually, she lowered her arms in disappointment, eyes downcast.

"You would side with the love-hater? Well... fine. That's your horrible to make..." Ai muttered dejectedly, turning and slowly shambling away. Yeah, it looked like she had no choice but to leave the group alone, just accept the fact that-

Once she was a sufficient distance, Ai turned, a spellcard in hand and a glare levelled at Reimu. She could not accept this travesty! If the shrine maiden was so impure as to side with a love-hater, then she would fall with her! Love would conquer whatever meagre power she possessed with no difficulty!

"Heart Sign - Cupid's Arrow!"

As pink-shaded, generic danmaku flew for Reimu's general direction, a much lighter pink laser slowly sought her location. While the danmaku were generally supposed to cover potential escape routes, the 'arrow' shot straight for their current location at the time of shooting.

I will not let love-haters roam freely in Gensokyo! Ai vowed, feeling confident in her victory already.

Reimu narrowed her eyes at the love youkai. Bothersome idiot, did she honestly think this spell card would be enough? Reimu easily found the safe spots in the danmaku, effectively dodging it as she threw some ofudas at the troublesome youkai. However, the miko forgot one important detail. Her friends were in the direction the danmaku was heading and were far too distracted to notice it themselves, "Ah, Marisa, Alice, dodge!"

The kitten had took off for cover the moment it saw the dangerous light show. It watched warily from behind a large stone, wanting desperately to save mommy, but was too afraid to move.

"Done!" Kaguya cried, holding up... a perfectly neatly-cut cake. She'd been careful, of course, not wanting to mutilate the cake to some horrible extent. Therefore, she was sure to make the cuts nice, neat and straight. The pieces were a little large, but that wasn't a problem.

Marisa, unsuspecting of the attack, was barely able to leap back and dodge. That was certainly... way way way too close. It was only through her expert dodging abilities that she'd had the chance to get out of the way. "Ari-chan, look out!"

"The night sparrow is fine, Youmu-chan!" Yuyuko replied, cheerfully. "Now, follow me so we can start Yuyu-chan's Daytime Snack Tour!"

"If we hated each other constantly, there'd be no forest left," Mokou answered semi-cryptically, getting fed up and just sitting on a nearby rock and facing Kaguya and Remilia. It... was somewhat clear that she hadn't worn anything so short and revealing in years, if ever, by the way she was sat. Fortunately, Kaguya seemed to be more interested in her cake.

"What?" Alice asked, turning her head... and getting danmaku to the face. Repeatedly. And rather a lot on other parts of her body. Surprised and in rather a lot of pain--being grazed by one bullet hurt, being bombarded by two dozen in the space of a second, she flopped to the ground, eyes tearing up. Where had the danmaku come from?

Sighing, Youmu followed her mistress. Hopefully they'd keep to boring and nondescript events...

Ai blinked, surprised at the result her attack had gotten. She'd expected to completely pulverise the shrine maiden, but instead she'd somehow dodged and let the love-hater get hit.

...Cool, perhaps.

"Hey, did I beat her up?" Ai asked in wonder. "Will she change her love-hating ways, now?"
That would be awesome if she did. Ai didn't love violence except when necessary, but if it changed love-haters into love-lovers, then she should probably do it more often.

"That so? Good to know you can turn your hate off," Remilia commented with a hint of sarcasm, though her expression became one of disdain as her eyes flickered downward ever so slightly for a moment. "...Must you be so... unrefined? Close your legs, you'll ruin my snack."

Oh yeah, speaking of snacks, Remilia turned to see how Kaguya had done with cake-cutting. She'd done it perfectly, somehow.
"Lovely." Remilia commented, licking her lips expectantly, she held a hand out for a slice.

A look of worry passed Reimu's face for a split second. She knew that it wouldn't kill her, but it definitely looked like it hurt.. alot. She didn't have time to worry though, continuing to dodge the stream of danmaku. The miko looked back at Ai, her expression instantly changing to that of a glare that would send a smarter youkai running in fear. She was not gonna let that youkai get away with hurting her friend. That was the final straw.

"Divine Spirit 'Fantasy Seal'!" Suddenly, multi colored orbs of energy homed in on Ai and went straight for her. Some might say it's cheap to use a homing shot. To Reimu is was fair play and right justice to the youkai who would pick a fight over trivial matters.

Remilia was given the entire cake to hold, as Kaguya immediately looked over at Mokou. To see what Remilia had been talking about, of course. Upon looking and seeing just what that meant... Kaguya collapsed backwards. Flopping down, her nose began to rapidly leak blood. Considering that it was getting into her hair and clothes, she would definitely need some form of bath.

Marisa looked at Alice for a moment. The blonde yokai magician, one of her absolute closest friends(and possible love interests, of course) was starting to tear up. She was starting to cry. "Ari-chan..."

Asking if she was okay could wait, it was just danmaku after all. Taking quick revenge, on the other hand, took the front seat. The mini-hakkero was yanked out of Marisa's pocket, and a familiar card floated to the front of the ancient artifact. Lines ignited on the mini-hakkero as magical power was funneled into it. "Love Sign..."

The card ignited.

"MASTAAAAAA..."

The card blazed brighter.

"SUPAAAAAAAAAKU!"

The beam of raw magical energy, barely danmaku by definition, tore towards the love yokai.

Yuyuko turned back to face Youmu.

"Youmu-chan, we're going to-"

WHAM.

One had to wonder how a ghost could manage to run into a wall.

"Itai..."

Mokou's expression, upon Kaguya's collapsing backwards in a fountain of blood, appeared to be a cross between disbelief, amusement, and revulsion. Just... why would you overreact so much to one thing?

"Do you want to throw her into the river to clean her up or should I?"

Alice lay there, looking rather like herself and... well... stunned. There wasn't much she could say, really, having been taken by surprise like that.

"Ojou-sama! Are you alright!" Youmu asked, panicking and manhandling Yuyuko around by the first thing suitably large--AKA, the ghost's breasts--that she could get her hands on and examining the pink-haired female's head for any injuries. It didn't look like there were any, but...

"You're still fighting?" Ai asked with a sigh. Why couldn't this shrine maiden understand that she stood no chance against the power of love?

...Those orbs looked pretty big and fast, though.

Ai's attempt to dodge was quickly ruined when the things homed in on her location, battering her numerous times, sending her careening upwards.

"OW! OWOWOWOW!" Yelled as she was struck repeatedly by those coloured orbs. She gritted her teeth and bared with the pain. As if this would be enough to-

Oh wow that laser looked pretty damn impressive. Probably powerful too.

"OOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW!" Ai screamed as she rocketed above the trees. Probably wouldn't be seen for a while.

Remilia took the cake in her free hand, staring at it longingly. So close... yet she couldn't hold use her other hand to take a slice, thanks to her umbrella. Argh, how frustrating...

The smell of blood wafted towards her and she glared disapprovingly at the unconscious immortal. Ugh, how undignified. Much like the white-haired one, but at least she was suggesting a solution for the princess.

"You can. More fitting or something." Remilia answered, returning her attention to the cake. Hm... if she balanced the umbrella in the crook of her elbow, that would free up a hand... yeah, that should work.
