Fate/crossfade
"Ah." you're seated in a room with a witch wearing a hood. She seems to have white hair flowing down her shoulders. "It seems you're here again to hear this illustrious, chaotic tale, aren't you?"
You nod repeatedly.
"You certainly have no patience, do you?" a sigh, "Fine, I will tell you the tale of this Witch and her chaotic needs. This story, from the beginning, is one of literary travesty. If you're looking for chaos, despair and nonsense - this is definitely the story for you."
You affirm with another nod.
"I promise no delay in finishing it. It is a collaboration, if you will, of many minds and ... 'shards', we'll say. Now... shall we get this started?... Oh, before that, do you want some tea?"
You nod a third time.
"Very well then." with a wave of the hand, tea appears right in front of you. The pot is hot, ready for drinking. It pours itself as if some invisible server picked it up for you. You extend a hand out to take a sip. "Now, comfortable?"
...
"Good, then, now, let's begin the tale of the Fuyuki Grail War and the Witch of Miracles."
___________________________________________________
The First Game; The Fire, the Celestial and the Cook
It is the first night of the Holy Grail War. The events leading up to this will be recalled later - however, at the moment, what's most important is the events unfolding in the schoolyard.
A blonde with drill-hair, a woman well endowed, rains down gunfire on the Red Team's Saber.
"Not good enough, Blondie!" Tenshi sprints straight at Mami.
"Tch!" Tenshi swings her sword straight down with impecable aim. Two flintlocks appear to stop the advance of the blade. Sadly the guns break like glass under the force of the blades. "You're not bad, Saber!"
"You can hardly keep up with me." Saber closes the distance, "That's why you keep running!"
"Pointing out the obvious won't help you, I'm afraid." Mami forms up another flintlock and fires. Saber dodges to the side.
Another appears.
Fire.
Boom.
Tenshi weaves to the right.
A wall of guns appear. They all burst in unison. Another bombardment. This was the second time this had been attempted over the course of the fight. Like last time and right now... Tenshi stabs her blade into the ground. Walls of earth blast up to protect her from all sides.
"Again with that? Alright!" a large cannon appears in her hand. Archer carefully aims down the sights then shouts, "Tiro Finale!" the Noble Phantasm had been activated. A column of yellow energy swarms from the mouth of the cannon straight into Tenshi.
The rock formation protecting Tenshi completely disentigrates under the force of the blast. Tenshi herself is thrown backward along the ground, skipping like a stone on a lake's surface. "Aaa..." she manages to gather herself for a second wind. The blade of scarlet manifests in her hand while she looks over toward Shirou, "Are you alright, Master?~" she asks with a smile on her face.
"Ah, Master, are you okay?" Mami looks in the direction of her own Master... well, wherever she was.

Re: Fate/crossfade
"Ah, Yeah," Shirou responded to Saber. His servant. The fact that this really was happening was hard to deny any more, now that he saw her engaged with Archer. Anything that might have happened before, maybe, just maybe he could have denied it. But now, with his own eyes, he could tell there was no alternative. Then he quickly shook his head, removing himself form his stupor.
"But, Saber! The better question is if you're alright! That blast hit you, didn't it? Are you hurt?" He quickly ran over to her, trying to look for any signs of wounds. Before himself, he was much more worried about her after all.

Re: Fate/crossfade
"Mn, I'm fine," Kido nodded in affirmation, forgetting for a moment that no one could actually see her. So instead, her words of assurance came out like the disembodied voice of a ghost. She probably shouldn't have allowed people to just hear her at this moment.
Not that she could actually think clearly in this sort of situation. How did she even get caught up in this mess? It totally wasn't her fault, at least. It wasn't like she actually got scared by some strange noises and ran off making Mami have to come chase after her. Nope, that is not what happened at all. They definitely were bravely out on patrol when they happened to run into Saber and her master. At least, that's the story she was gonna tell the gang if they asked.

Re: Fate/crossfade
Schoolyard - Saber of Red Vs. Archer of Black
"Yes, now get out of the way." Tenshi pushes Shirou out of the way while readying her sword for a second go.
Stay hidden, Master.
Mami starts walking forward to meet Tenshi again in battle.
"Earth Sign!" a strange card manifests in Tenshi's hand. She throws it to the ground then presses on it with the tip of her blade. "Sword of Unletting Soil!"
The ground shakes. Mighty pillars of Earth raise up from the ground while snaking their way toward the sprinting Archer. Mami's great speed lets her zip around the attacking ground. Though strangly there's a thin thread following her at the ankle. She manifests two more muskets while closing the distance. Two shots lock onto Tenshi.
The guns roar.
Their muzzles flash.
Tenshi ducks down while rolling along the ground.
Mami's right there. Only inches away.
"Heaven Sign!"
Time slows down.
"Sword of Divine JUSTICE!" another card materializes then vanishes. The Sword of Hisou tears into Archer's stomach. Blood blasts out while the blonde goes straight up into the air. Saber ascends into the air like a human rocket. When she's finsihed, she throws Mami down to the ground.
Or rather she threw a manifestation created with nothing but ribbons. "Huh?"
Two more shots rip into the air. Tenshi floats back, managing to dodge them with ease.
Three more.
Tenshi weaves.
Five more.
Tenshi raises up a keystone rock to defend herself, "Not bad at all, Archer!"
Wait, Mami was smiling. Tenshi was too. The two were enjoying their scuffle for what it was worth. "Now... let me get serious!" Tenshi breaks through the air, flying straight down at the shooting Mami. None of the bullets were hitting the blue-haired swordsman. That wasn't their intention. It was much too late for Tenshi.
Mami held a thick thread in her hand.
Tenshi stopped flying. Instead, she was bound. Yellow ribbons tied themselves all around her to stop her from defending or blocking this next attack. Through the air, in the sky, over the ground. Thousands upon thousands of muskets circle in on Tenshi.
"This ends it, Saber!"
Click.
The hammers go down.
The bullets swarm all in on Shirou's Servant.

Re: Fate/crossfade
Okay, stay cool Kido. This fight is not about to make you crap your pants. Look, your servant isn't even doing bad out there! Oh, who was she kidding. The Mekakushi dan leader was on the verge of freaking out. No, she just had to stay hidden and everything would be fine. She should just have faith in Mami.

"Ugh, are you still talking to that lame Rose human?!" The troll girl complained loudly. God, she hated that prissy bookworm. Just as much as she hated these stupid patrols! She wanted action already, damnit!
Vriska only half listened to whatever response John would give her. There was no excuses to talking to dumb, boring humans!
Well, John was totally the exception to that. Only someone as awesome as she was could summon her, after all.
With a dramatic sigh, she stomped ahead of John, looking out over the horizon. Or rather, glaring into the horizon, as if the sheer intensity could conjure up the kind of fight she was looking for.
And sure enough, she spotted it. The intense battle going on between Archer and Saber. She grinned, her fangs giving her a downright sinister look.
"Come on, John! Let's show them why I'm the best servant here!" And so, without a second thought or actual plan, she charged off towards the ensuing battle.
It wasn't long before she was floating above the two combatants, laughing triumphantly, "Hahahahahahahaha, looks like your wait is over! I have arriiiiiiiived!"

Re: Fate/crossfade
Shirou couldn't even react. So this was the power... of a servant? The both of them were so far out of his league that he could barely comprehend what he was seeing, "Sa... ber..." he watched on in shock as his own servant was captured by the opposing Archer. Was there something he could do? He felt so useless.
---
A young boy in a white hoodie was walking down the street, clicking away at his phone. This boy was John, and he was not alone. A very loud servant was walking along with him. Well, she was actually kind of leading him on, but he was ok with that. It let him focus on his conversation better, "Yeah I'm still talking to her! She's my friend," He shrugged since Vriska didn't even seem to care about his response. Instead he continued his conversation.
Show Pesterlog
Suddenly Vriska seemed to have found something, "Show who?" Even as he asked, Vriska was flying off towards what appeared to be a battle of servants, "Ah crap crap!" he quickly sent some final messages to Rose before putting his phone away and running after Vriska.
When he got there, he took in the situation fairly quickly. Seemed his side was losing, which meant he was just in time! "Yeah! You go get 'em!" He said, pumping his fist in the air for Vriska. He looked around for a possible master to fight. It's not like he was useless after all! But even as he looked he didn't see anyone commanding the other servant. How odd, John thought.
---
A short blonde girl and a taller red headed girl were walking down the street, seeming to be looking at things around them as if they were touring. It was clear they weren't from around here, but there wasn't really anyone to see them since Fuyuki is a very quiet city at night.
They were walking through the residential district, not too far from the western style homes. Their patrol really didn't seem to be finding much of anything.
Walking opposite them, a guy with purple hair and a scowl was walking the streets. As he came closer, he noticed the girls, and raised his head, "Ahhh, you guys are from Black Team too right?" he smiled a devilish smile.
Ellis tilted her head, "Yes," was her somewhat curt response.

A very fat, orange-haired man wearing a sweatshirt and shorts appeared next to Ellis, carrying a leopard print pillow under his left arm. He yawned a little, seemingly glaring at the purple-haired boy for a moment. "Lancer of Black..." He blinked a few times, his focus now on his environment. "Patrolling... sure brings back some memories. But I'd be fine with not fighting tonight."

Re: Fate/crossfade
The attack was coming in and fast. There was only one thing Tenshi could do, "Hah!" pulls on constraining ribbons hard enough to weaken their grip. She uses the Sword of Hisou to herself free.
The bullets were halfway to their target. The blade began to glow a dark red. It was now or never.
The blade becomes a blur. Tenshi swing everywhere in her vicinity. Above, down, left, right. The bullets ricochet off of the blade while some do pound into Tenshi's body. Whirling red miasma surrounds Shirou's Saber but then it soon dissipates after the deflection frenzy. "Huff." her movements were sluggish. Like she wasn't at full power. She looks at Shirou as if to blame him then looks back to Archer. "Alright, let's-!"
Then suddenly another Servant appeared. Right up there in the sky with a show introduction. "Eh? Someone wants to join the fun?" says the Celestial as blood trickls down her face. Her short-blue hair dyed itself red with her own crimson. It was fine, though, she had a tolerance for pain.
"..." Mami sees it. How inconvenient this showing is. That Servant is no doubt on the other team. "Master, maybe we should leave?" the magical girl starts to take a few steps back. The odds were no longer in her favor. Fighting the Heaven girl was already hard enough. Now there was another one.

"How sad." he notes while walking out, showing himself to his 'teammates'. Of course, he had a 'lovely' lady along that was playing the part of his Servant. "Children as allies?" he chuckles under his breath, "Oh well, you will do."

Re: Fate/crossfade
Kido blinked up at the servant that had suddenly appeared. Grey skin, horns, wings, was she even human?! A demon, maybe? Fuck, she hoped it wasn't a demon. The girl quickly shook out of her thoughts when her servant spoke to her, "A-ah, yeah, we shou-"
"Huh? Who the fuck are you talking to?" Vriska interrupted, "What? Is your master out there hiding? What a coward! I bet you wish your master was half as great as mine."
Even though the demon-like servant wouldn't be able to see her, Kido narrowed her eyes and tried her hardest to burn a glare into the bitch's head.
It didn't really accomplish anything, as Vriska continued, "You're planning to run now, aren't you? I don't blame you. Anyone would run at the mere mention of Marquis Spinneret Mindfang! You're lucky to even be graced with my presence!"
---
"Is there something you wanted?" The red-headed woman, Nadie, raised her eyebrow at Shinji. She didn't really have any reason not to trust the boy, but at the same time she wasn't sure if she should trust anyone on team. Before the boy could respond, though, Ellis' servant suddenly appeared.
"Holy shit," She gasped, jumping slightly over, "Warn me next time you do that! I'm still getting used to this magic stuff!"
As if that wasn't enough, a shady guy in glasses walked up to them as well. Nadie was pretty sure she recognized him from the meeting, "Who is he calling children?" She looked over to Ellis despite knowing she'd have even less of an answer than she did.
"Gyahahaha, oh man, this is great," Dammit, more crazy people, Nadie throught as two young women suddenly appeared near Shinji. The smaller one turned to Ellis, "I didn't think someone like us would be here. Hey, why don't we just form a team together. You can take on three servants, right? We've been looking for an excuse to ditch Shitji."
"But sis, Shitji promised to feed us," Shion complained, pouting childishly.
Kanon shrugged, "Fine, Shitji feed us first, then we'll ditch you!"

Re: Fate/crossfade
Shirou looked up at the servant that just arrived. Oh, that was... John's servant? That name she gave was sure something. He looked back at Tenshi however, still surprised and somewhat mystified by the power she wielded. She was able to stop so many bullets with just a sword...
John was ready for them to fight, but it looked like Archer might try to get away. There was no sense in attacking a retreating enemy, that'd be morally wrong right? Right. Though, he though that Assassin might go after them anyway.
He wondered briefly if he should fill Rose in on what he was saying, but decided that being on the phone in front of the enemy was something that would probably make Rose a little mad.
---
Ellis looked at the guy who just walked up, then looked over to the now apparent servants who seemed to be mocking their master. She didn't like the way they were talking about him, that was kind of rude.
Shitji... Shinji had a visible vein on his forehead as he turned to his servants, "Oi! You can't just leave me!" He pointed at Kanon, "And don't just change my name like that! It's Shinji, get it? S-h-i-n-j-i. For the love of..." he put his hand on his face and turned towards the skies, mentally bemoaning the complete lack of self control of the servant his sister summoned, "I don't think," he started saying, turning back towards his servants, "I can feed someone who can't even call me by my real name," he said threateningly.
Ellis' expression never changed, "I wouldn't take your servants. I don't think I even can," she said in a somewhat monotone. Shinji completely ignored her however. Ellis looked back at her own servant, Lancer, for a second. Was that the same appearance he had earlier? That's odd.
Lust laughed at the whole scene, "Well aren't you children just bundles of cuteness," it wasn't until this point Ellis felt the need to respond.
"We aren't children, I was a bounty," she said plainly while looking at Lust and Wesker.
"Well aren't you just honest," Lust smiled in a somewhat disconcerting way, but held back any further comments. She was leaning against Wesker, not being even slightly bashful.

Lancer commented back to Nadie, "I can't really warn you if you're not my master, now can I? Well... I guess i can be less sudden in the future."
Lancer looked around, seemingly not caring with every Servant that showed up. "Hmph..." Ellis announcing her bounty, however, put a sign of surprise and then concern on his face. "...I know these our supposed to be our allies, but cash is a great motivation for betrayal." He shifted his pillow to be under his right arm instead of his left.

Re: Fate/crossfade
Tenshi looks at Assassin. Next she shakes her head while swinging her sword at the air. Mami backs down while summoning two other muskets for battle. The plan was to engage... well, that's what Mami thought about feinting. If there was any kind of opening, she'd have to take advantage of it and hightail it out of there. "Don't really want the fun to end but-!" Tenshi leaps forward to attack the blonde Archer.

A bounty, the girl says? Does she think that has any merit to him, to Wesker? No, of course not. This was a Grail War. "It doesn't matter. As long as you can fight, there's use for you still." he gets a good look at everyone present. Especially the youth with the curly purple hair. Those two Servants of his seem like wild cards. They were Berserker as a whole, weren't they?... Hm, he'd have to keep an eye on them. "I will survey the Eastern portion of the city. You... will survey the West." he says while turning to look toward Lust. "Come."

Re: Fate/crossfade
"Hey! Don't just take the initiative! It's my turn phase!" Vriska yelled pulling out her dice and rolling them. She was going to show them who had all the luck. Or she was if she had actually remembered to do a luck beam. As it were, her roll ended up being a pretty shitty roll of 11121211.
This basically meant instead of a super cool weapon or attack, a glowy blue bucket appeared above Tenshi's head. Thus, it tipped over, sending a cascade of water onto the celestial before the bucket fell right on her head.
"Shit!" The troll girl yelled once again, "What the fuck?! That is so gross! Why kind of sexual deviant made that a roll?!"
---
"Heeeeh? What was that you little shithead?" Kanon said, grabbing Shinji by his hair and pulling him down to her face, "You want to repeat that? Did you just say you weren't going to feed us?"
She gritted her teeth in a sort of manic grimace before turning to her sister, "You heard that right, Shion? You remember what we do to people who go back on their word?"
"Yep, sis!" Shion replied, shooting her hand out to grab Shinji's collar to lift him in the air once Kanon let his hair go, "We break them~!"
Nadie blinked at the chaos before grabbing Ellis by the shoulders and nudging her away from the lunatics, "Okaaaay, let's just head west like the saner man said," The mexican woman gently pushed her companion, "And geez, Ellis, just don't tell people you were a bounty, they may get the wrong idea about you still being worth money. That just makes way more work for me and your servant."

Re: Fate/crossfade
Shirou went from amazed to dumbfounded, deadpanning at the sight of the bucket falling on his servant. He was lost for words at the moment. John, however, was clearly holding back laughter, "Your timing needs some work, but that trick certainly upped your prankster's gambit I'd say. Way to go!" Somewhere in the back of his head he knew this wasn't the time for jokes, but this was pretty hilarious.
---
Shinji cried out in pain at first, then panic as he realized the threats being made at him, "Ah-ahh, no, don't worry, I don't go back on my word! Really!" he kicked his feet at the ground as he made slight choking noises, "Look, look, I'll take you out to eat right now, ok? Just put me down!" it was a sad sight indeed to see him go from the cocky appearance he had a moment ago to the utterly pathetic look he had now.
Ellis looked at Lancer and then Nadie, "But it's true," she stated simply, but said no more, allowing herself to be guided by Nadie. She looked back at Shinji, wondering if he'd be ok.
Lust let out a laugh at the whole scene, before responding to Wesker, "Of course, after you," she said, hanging off of his arm the whole way.

Re: Fate/crossfade
Joseph Joestar yawned a bit. He was currently out on patrol with his servant, Luffy. There was really no point in calling Luffy "Rider" if his servant wasn't going to bother keeping his name secret. And his servant seemed intent on telling everyone that he was "King of the Pirates" or whatever.
At the moment, they'd yet to find anything interesting. He was starting to wonder if patrolling was the most efficient way of seeking out opponents. However, he suddenly heard the sound of gunshots nearby. It was about time something happened.
He turned towards Rider.
"You ready to prove your worth, rubber man?" he asked.

Rider grinned, placing a hand on his straw hat. "Shishishi! Interesting! Time for a new adventure!" He reached out his arms, which stretched to match the distance between himself and the nearest rooftop. "Next stop, the battlefield!"
Joseph grabbed on, not really thinking about the consequences of hitching a ride with a Heroic Spirit. Luffy started accelerating towards his hands, slingshotting himself into the air, Joseph coming with him. "Gomu Gomu no... ROCKET!" Instantly, they began flying through the air at absurd speeds. Luffy laughed, but he could hardly be heard. Within moments, the battlefield- a schoolyard- could be seen... but Luffy was going too fast to land there.

Re: Fate/crossfade
The situation is becoming worse by the second. At least, that's what Archer could say if she hadn't heard the break in the air. The Rider of Black, the King of Pirates, was flying overhead at an amazing speed. Plus at that moment, water had been poured down straight on Tenshi's head.
"H-hey!" Tenshi turns her attention toward Vriska, "What was that about?" yes, perfect. That was it.
"Master!" Mami throws out a ribbon lasso straight up into the air while throwing one at Kido. Well, the area where she could 'feel' Kido. It tightens its grip on Kido and on the missile Luffy. She's pulled up into the air by the violent force of the traveling comrade Servant. Sadly Kido would have to be pulled along too in a particularly unpleasant ride through the air.
"What? Hey!" Tenshi shakes off the water while sprinting after the escaping Mami and Kido. "I wasn't done yet- ahh." she winces from the pain from the shots delivered by Mami. Yeah, there was no way she was getting to fight later on that night.
________________________________________
Wesker continues on his walk through Fuyuki. Truth be told, he was exploring to see if there was anything of note that could be of 'use'. So far there was nothing. He sighs while continuing his search.

Re: Fate/crossfade
"Wha- AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" What started out as a noise of confusion turned into a full on scream as Kido was sent flying into the air. The sheer surprise of it all made her powers turn off, making her suddenly appear into view for Shirou and the others. This night had quickly turned into the absolute worst.
Vriska, meanwhile, stared on in bafflement for a few moments before shaking her head. "Hey! Who told you could just run off!!!!!!!!" She yelled, preparing to take off into the sky alone if no one stopped her.
(Just posting for these two since the night is ending soonish, let me know if you need me for the others though.)

Re: Fate/crossfade
John whistled, "Welp, there they go. That was something I don't think anyone expected," he turned and smiled at his fellow master Shirou, who just looked confused.
Looking back to Vriska though, "Hey, hold on a second! You can't just fly off after them right now, you know," John said, "You don't know where they're going," he was worried she'd end up fighting several servants at once, which would not really be very good.
Shirou was worried about his own servant at this point though. He was certain she was injured, "Saber! Are you alright?" he ran over to her, checking her over to make sure she wasn't too badly hurt.

Joseph found himself standing in the living room of the house that he and Luffy had just crashed through. He was lucky his servant had insolated them from the impact; or he'd likely be dead now.
He doubted they were close to the school. He turned to his servant.
"Hey! You were supposed to get us to the fight!" he said, pointing at Luffy dramatically. "This doesn't look like the battlefield!"

After the tiny prologue played out from the witch, you look at her with wide-eyes. "The tale is quite the heinous one, isn't it?" she said while placing the book down onto the table. "There is a tiny bit more but, you'd like for me to get to the juicy parts, wouldn't you?"
You nod.
"Ah, very well, very well." the Witch chuckled while flipping a few pages through the book. "Does the next morning sound good?"
Nod.
Nod.
"Now then... let us begin again."

Swords... Just swords, of all shapes as far as one could see. Then, it was interrupted, "I'm bored!" it seemed someone was complaining. Yeah, he was in some unfamiliar place, a beautiful place. It was a beautiful garden, with trees bearing strange fruit.
...
Shirou moved around in his sleep. The sun hasn't even risen yet. He looked at the time, it was 5:40. Well, it wasn't odd for him to wake up this early all on his own. He had to make sure he was awake and making breakfast before Sakura showed up. He couldn't always make her-
Ahhh, she wasn't coming today. In fact, she won't be coming again for a while. Tohsaka had already made sure of that so that ... yeah. His house was now the base for the "Red Team". As he remembered the events of the previous day, he sighed. This was going to be a long day.

There was a huge spider... bigger than a hive, but she was still growing. She would have to leave the caverns soon... and you would have to start feeding her. It was terrifying, the idea of feeding that... thing. It was a huge responsibility. You walk away from your lusus for now.

Was that a shooting star? You follow it, going to where it landed. You felt you had to. Reaching it, you see... a chest? You don't know what it means, but the symbol that was on the chest excited you, because you knew what this symbol was.

John woke up to the sound of his phone alarm he had set the previous day. Wow, it sure was some forward thinking on his part to set an alarm at that time. Last night had been pretty wild and he had been very tired, so he completely forgot about all that.
He sat up from the futon (Something he was still getting used to), and stretched. He finally grabbed his phone and shut off the alarm, noticing the time was 6:31, checking for messages out of habit. Oh, seems he had ignored Jade last night. Oops!

Well, that was something he could have avoided if he had just been more careful. At least he caught her before she bought the plane tickets! Hah! John stood up and wondered for a moment where he was. Oh right, since he's in Shirou's house he should go to the kitchen to see if anyone's up. Currently, he was off to the side of the house, living in a guest room. Man, this guy sure had a lot of extra rooms didn't he?
John made his way to the dining room, where he found a few people possibly already waiting about. The young girl whose name he'd forgotten, with the white hair and red eyes, she was sitting at the table watching the TV with some of the others. Looked like there was news on.
"Oh, excuse me!" A cheery voice came from behind John while he was wasting time thinking and looking. He quickly moved into the room and bowed.
"Ah, sorry! Haha," It was a girl, a very tall woman actually, with dark brown hair. Oh right, John thought, this is Lancer.
"Not a problem!" She responded, walking in and sitting at the table. To be honest, there wasn't really that big of a table, so John ended up taking the last spot to sit when he sat down.

Shirou was in the kitchen, making a huge Japanese breakfast, mixed in with a bit of western food in the form of french toast. The amount of food he had to make was almost overwhelming, since he'd never cooked for so many at once before, but he was somehow managing it anyway.

Out of Shirou's team, Hay Lin was one of the ones who arrived for breakfast early in the morning. The energetic girl was very much a morning person and eager for the start of a new day. She bounced into the room, taking a seat at the small table and greeted everyone who came out of their rooms and into the main area.
"Good morning, John!" She waved at the older boy with far more enthusiasm than should have been allowed, "Where's your servant?"
Her tone and face gave away to her eagerness. Learning that two of your teammates had actual aliens as their servants was faaaaar too cool. She had so many things to ask them! Aliens were the best, after all.
---
Meanwhile, the aforementioned servant was sleeping soundly, curled up next to a picture of Nic Cage. No one knew how she got that picture and it was certain no one even wanted to know. It was best left a mystery for all people involved.

Gwen was in a corner, cross-legged and meditating as she waited for breakfast it would seem. She opened one eye to look at the others, and chimed in. "That's uh, Assassin, right? Hardly looks the part, but I can say that about most of our Servants." For a foreigner, her Japanese seemed really well practiced.

The chief Legislacerator walked into the room of her partner. It seemed her suspicious were confirmed: her partner was indeed guilty of sleeping on the job. This most heinous offense could not be overlooked. Noone was above the law, afterall.
She pulled out her coin. Clearly the only way to decide Rin's fate was with a flip of the coin. She flipped the coin into the air; and it landed on heads.
However, she didn't even bother to look at it. After all, she was blind.
She leapt onto Rin's bed; and licked her face.
"Wakey wakey," she said, grinning.
--
"She doesn't seem like a reliable ally, does she?" said Samus.
She was currently standing near where Gwen was meditating. She didn't really think much of their allies. So far they'd been fairly unimpressive. She was beginning to wonder if she would be better off on her own.

Re: Fate/crossfade
The dreams of the young Magus were laid bare in her own mind. Dreaming about her father long lost, about this Grail War that would surely help the status of the Tohsaka family. Her sleep soon turned to a nightmare. Grim reality came crashing into her in the form of a tongue. "A...ah?" her eyes popped open. What was she greeted with? The shine of red glasses. "R-RIDER! What are YOU DOING?" Rin pushed her Servant away with all the strength she could muster while cleaning herself of troll saliva. "Ah- get out! Get out!" she threw a pillow at Terezi. Of course, wouldn't matter much since her Servant was blind. "GET OUT OF HERE!" she screamed as loud as she could while simutanelousy trying to push her Servant out of the room. Her hair was on the fritz, her mood was already sour since it was morning - the intrusion of her Servant just made it worse.

It was morning. Tenshi woke up with no pain from the battle from the night before. That was good, everything was fine then. Except for the fact that sleeping, partying and eating was all that she ever did in the luxury of Heaven. Nonstop. All day, all night. Not a hint of danger, nothing that was 'really' worth living for. Wasn't that the entire point of starting the Scarelt Weather Incident? It was fun, there were fights, there was conflict! Until she destroyed that Shrine Maiden's home. That was a tad bit of a problem. "Ahhhh." she lets out a yawn while pulling herself from her weary state. She gathered herself up then walked on out on her way to the kitchen.
...
The first thing she saw was Shirou cooking a massive meal. Was this all for her? It was an extravagant meal - maybe her Master did care that ... oh wait, the guests. That's right, "Are you sure this is going to be enough?" she asked while poking the french toast, "A lot of people here." This wasn't out of consideration for others. This was because she wanted to know how much she was going to get. A selfish girl, she was.
In another part of the house, the monk with gradient purple hair stood behind her Master. "Yes, where is Assassin?" Byakuren said while looking to John with a warm smile. "Oh, I see Saber." she mumbled, "Should we say hi?"

"Ah," John responded to the questions, "Yeah I think she's still asleep? Not sure," now he thought of it, should he have gone and got her first? Most people were with their servants it seemed, and even Shirou's servant showed up to talk to him. Man, this master thing was gonna be hard to get used to.
Shirou shrugged, "I certainly hope it is. This is all the food in the-" he stopped, "I mean, it should be," Crap, he can't let anyone know how much trouble he could be in financially. It was incredibly lacking in manliness if he couldn't afford to feed his guests, wasn't it?
"Anyways, I made a number of dishes so everyone's preferences should be covered as well," he nodded as he put the finishing sauce on one such dish.
John then commented on what Samus and Gwen had said about his servant, "You know, I'm not sure how she's an assassin either, but she's DEFINITELY able to pull a mean prank," he remembered how the last night had gone, smiling to himself.
Diane rubbed her stomach, "Man, that food smells good, doesn't it?" she seemed pretty carefree, "Hey yeah lets go greet her," she responded to Byakuren about Saber, standing up from her spot, "Good morning~" she waved as she said so, walking to the entrance to the kitchen.

"Aw man," Hay Lin deflated for a moment at the news that Assassin was still in bed. She guessed she'd have to corner one of the alien servants later. However, Caster's suggestion gave her the chance to perk up and grin broadly as she skipped over to Saber, "Hey Saber! I heard you ran into Black Team last night, how'd it go?"
---
"GET OUT OF HERE!"
Vriska groaned, trying to cover her ears with the pillow. Sadly, this did little to drown out the commotion going on near her room. With a growl, she jumped out the pile she had made out of an assortment of Nic Cage merchandise and fakey fake pirate shit and stomped over to her door.
BANG.
The door was open with such ferocity that it was a wonder that it wasn't completely destroyed.
"WHAT THE FUCK?!?! JUST BECAUSE YOU HUMANS HAVE A SHITTY SLEEP SCHEDULE DOESN'T MEAN YOU CAN WAKE SOMEONE UP SO LATE IN THE MORNING!" The troll scanned the halls looking for the source of all her annoyance when all eight of her eyes fell on Terezi getting pushed out Rin's room, "Youuuuuuuuu...."
"I should have known this was your doing, Terezi! I guess this is your pitiful attempt at getting back at me? Well guess what, fuck you," She greeted Terezi with a very respectful middle finger.
---
"GET OUT OF HERE!"
Vriska groaned, trying to cover her ears with the pillow. Sadly, this did little to drown out the commotion going on near her room. With a growl, she jumped out the pile she had made out of an assortment of Nic Cage merchandise and fakey fake pirate shit and stomped over to her door.
BANG.

Re: Fate/crossfade
Gwen got up from her meditation to go look at the food. "That really is a lot. If we're going to use this as a regular base of operations, we should probably go shopping for more supplies soon. Fortunately, we magi tend to have deep pockets."

"So she also has a childish sense of humor?" said Samus. "Clearly I've misjudged her,"
She turned towards the food that was being prepared. If Shirou planned on making this much food on a regular basis; he was likely to be broke soon.
"Maybe we should find another hideout," she said.

Taranee walked into the dining room and sat next to Hay Lin. She'd spent most of the last night researching Fuyuki, trying to find any information that could help them. So far she hadn't found all that much.
The only piece of information that had stood out was something about a fire several years ago.
--
"Geez, so pushy," said Terezi, grinning even as her master pushed her out of the room.
"Wouldn't want your team to catch you sleeping on the job," she said.
Of course, by "your team" she meant "that spikey-haired male you like". But she didn't mention that out loud.
As she left the room; she was suddenly called out by Vriska. She actually had no idea what Vriska was upset about; but she didn't really care.
"Good morning Vriska," she said. "Why ever would you think I want payback?"
