Yeah, doing it by hand is far more fun.
I rolled maid traits three times and the master got a sister, bandages, and missing eye. The other two traits? Handicapped and vampire. She's also nine.

Characteristics:
Illya has White Hair and Pink Eyes, and white skin. It is often remarked how white she appears, sometimes being referred to as the White Girl or angelic. She is very short and small, lacking much weight and strength. She appears much younger than she actually is, causing most people to mistake her for a very young child. Also her Fair Skin and Red/pink eyes cause people to mistakenly assume her Albino.
Personality:
Illya acts childish sometimes, and like a royal lady other times. Despite having a childish attitude at times, when she scolds you it is like being scolded by someone on a higher level than you. However, she will pout when upset or embarrassed, and especially if she is scolded.
Illya treats Emiya Shirou as if he is her big brother. The reason for this is something she doesn't share. However, treating him like this doesn't stop her from attempting to kill him. This shows her tendency to not care much for human life, as she will have no trouble killing those she has a grudge against.
She has trouble pronouncing some words and names, and has a very child-like way of speaking Japanese. If one were to remark upon this, she would likely deny it and scold you. She does not like being treated like a child, and will say so. She is to be treated like a lady and no less.
She doesn't like her maids, but she wishes she did. She is very fond of her servant, Berserker, and hopes that he stays ok.
History:
Before Illyasviel was even born, she was being experimented on. Her mother, a Homonculus, was the the first one to ever give birth to a child, and her father, a Magus, made the child seem even more important to the Einzberns.
Her Father Emiya Kiritsugu, and her mother Irisviel Von Einzbern took care of her and played with her, they showed her love. Thanks to their careful care for her she had a happy childhood.
However her parents had to leave to go fight the Holy Grail's fourth Heaven's Feel. She was sad because it was her first time away from them, and became sadder the longer she didn't see them. She was eventually informed that she would not see them again.
She went through training so that she would know proper Alchemy magic and what she would need to know during the next Heaven's Feel. This being despite the fact they were sure that she wouldn't survive to the next war.
They also trained her in a self defensive purpose Martial Art, Aikido. This style of combat does not require much strength, and will allow her to move her opponent off of her should something occur where she needs to do so.

After a year of training with Berserker in the woods, during which she felt great pain in attempt to control him, she was sent to Japan. Two maids were sent with her, Leysritt and Serra. She doesn't like her maids.
Despite the initial hatred for Berserker, she has grown quite fond of him and often rides his shoulder. Now that the war has begun, she intends to take this chance to find Emiya Shirou, who she believes Kiritsugu abandoned her for.
This goal of hers is only second to the Einzbern's goals however. She was created for the purpose of being expendable, proven in the fact of how she was experimented on. She is well aware of this fact. However, due to the experiments used on her she has become the perfect candidate for becoming the Grail, and in fact for winning the war.
The Einzbern's intentions in doing this with Ilya are quite simple: They intend on retrieving the Third Sorcery. Indeed, this is the one true wish of the Einzberns ever since Justica 'betrayed' them. Through the retrieval of the Dress of Heaven, they will have accomplished their long awaited goal.

Type: Support.
Description: Illyasviel is the only living being able to control the Dress of Heaven.
When not in use it appears as a white dress with seven golden rings. These rings are used to control the soul, and are also known as the "Seven Chakras".
It is, as the simplest explanation, the center of the Great Grail, and is used to control the Third Sorcery; Heaven's Feel.
More specifically, it can be used to manifest souls. It is the source of the Holy Grail War, and without it the war would not be possible. It is only because of the Dress of Heaven that the Heroic Spirits can be manifest.
It has a defense mechanism where anything at all that touches it will turn to gold, making it so that nobody can touch it except "The White Grail", Illyasviel.
Illyasviel can make use of it in a slightly lesser way as well, to transfer a soul from one container to another, though it must be a suitable container.
