I think that main problems were that I'm terrible at writing personality fields (especially when I need to write at least a paragraph), and I... Would feel rather uncomfortable actually writing down Kohaku's history. >.< Maybe I should've went with a different character, despite how much I love Kohaku. Hmmm.

HM WELL!

Threat levels... let me see...

Kensei is D on powers alone, but from sheer experience that kicks her up to B level threat to the situation. She hasn't caused enough trouble yet to merit anything higher.

Eiko, as mentioned, is probably S Ranked just because the military relies on metals so much in their weaponry. However, if they're prepared she can still be beaten so her real rank should be more like A. If they ever see her toss a mecha, they'll boost her rank to SS out of sheer fear, making her a VERY high priority target.

Satsuki's a Vampire, and on top of that no Templar with magic would want to deal withher Reality Marble. Though, the military has little to worry about so threat ranking is probably... C based on Physical abilities and the fact that, as a vampire, she's a natural threat to society if she gets "Hungry".

And Kensei probably ranks at EX to anyone stupid enough to use a sword against her. The name is a major clue. =P

Hm... Ryner's threat level is... probably EX Rank accounting for the Demon thing. But without that he's more A rank. Seeing as he has hax magic potentials. I'm not sure if Flame's going with "Can copy any Mystic's powers" or if he just has a lot of spells. XD

Ferris is a bit harder to do. Her physical strength and speed are pretty insane, but if I'm going by physical abilities she'd be C rank. And I guess that fits when confronted by the heavier military tech but... she can beat Ryner so the ranking system has become a bit flawed. XD Well, that said, that rank is also based on the idea of Ryner getting magic he isn't normally capable of; Alpha Stigma's ranking is more based on "Potential" than "What they've done". Any child with Alpha Stigma in this setting is imprisoned and watched carefully, and if they go insane then... yeah.

Shirou! HM! His Potential is decent, his abilities are a bit scary, but his actual combat ability isn't very threatening to someone willing to "Just Shoot Him"... unless the blades sticking out of his skin can deflect bullets? Hm. Well, I'll go B Rank for him, since he can make Rho Aius and Excalibur. XD Would be higher if it was easy for him to do a bunch of these things in succession, but he needs to go have sex inbetween Excaliburs... Teehee.

Obviously, they just need to chemically castrate Shirou and he's next to useless!

Yes, she has all her memories. Why wouldn't she? This includes trying to kill the King of Heroes just because he was there (which is to say, she broke into his palace via the kitchens) and failing horribly. XD

Heh, speaking of... Gilgaloli. I think that one is kind of obvious. If Gate of Babylon is ever fully opened, though, then she'd be... EX Rank, not counting Ea. O.o Gilgamesh is such hax. XD But uh, even though she can't do much, I think she'd be marked as F~E rank for being "Born from Magical Means". E is only if they know who she is and what she's eventually capable of, F ranks tend to go almost ignored most of the time so that's why it's different.
Templars ... would still want to kill her though, being the religious fanatics they are, assuming they don't decide to claim her as a "Miracle of God" or something weird.

Tasha's Canon A~S rank as according to Military Power rankings. He's, uh, fairly scary, heheh.

Walter... hm... Well as a Templar he isn't given a rank except the same way Tasha is. His rank is probably C~B though, since he has some fairly impressive physical abilities, his wires are dangerous.

If Gilgaloli ever works out who she is, I expect a bunch of curses. XD

Walter's wires are supposed to be monomolecular, I think.

... I wonder if they've realised that, should she decide to go rogue, Lily could take out most of their forces just by storing up injuries? She's too nice to even consider it, but still.

Gilgaloli is astoundingly non-threatening, eh-heh. And upset by Kensei if she figures out who she is.

Speaking of Lily, I think Healers just get their own rank, inventively "H-Rank". They don't consider her offensive potential due to personality, and while they would normally be fully willing to subject her to experimentation and "Training" they don't simply because... uhm... she's cute? Maybe she has someone somewhere watching out for her. Or maybe they just needed more healers willing to actually work this "Backwater Island".

Lucy... probably S, if not SS rank, due to mental instability + Infectiousness. Actually that last part puts her at EX Rank Priority. But her power is treated as S~SS Rank threat level.... hm.

And finally Tiir~. Hm. He's probably treated C rank threat based on powers, since he can eat magic and get stronger, and more importantly his physical abilities are at least C. Though, he's been involved in quite a few things so he's probably B rank priority, what with his willingness to slaughter soldiers and recent activity. His power is similar to a Vampire's, in the sense that he'll be highly wanted purely for what he is even if he was weak and didn't use his power ever.

So... I guess this would properly start before the JS Incident. Either this team actively hunts down lost logia outside of TSAB jurisdiction, or this one is causing problems and they've been sent in.

Either way works out pretty well, really, though both would entail making lost logia.
