Kyoko turned to Ariane.

"Lets get out of here before we run into our mom and have some explaining to do," she said.

"Lady Remilia has a child?" Sakuya asked, obviously intrigued. "She has never told me about a child of hers before. I believe you are simply mistaken. If you want, I can help you get back home."

"O-Okaa-sama... You're scaring me..." she then turned towards Meiling and clenched her fists. She usually had a calm and composed mood but she was very confused because of what is happening. "Papa.... please tell okaa-sama the truth..."

"Does this mean we're not going home soon, Elisa-nee?" Kaon said, looking at Elisa and obviously worried. She was afraid that maybe something happened in the mansion that made everyone lose their memories.

Rika started to worry as well. "No way.... This is bad... I wonder if Cerise-mama and Kano-mama are alright..."

Sakuya looked over towards Rika, interested as well. "Oh, you know Lady Cerise and Kano-chan as well? From what I have heard, they are just living together in the mansion they're currently building. She says it's almost done, though."

Before Kyoko was about to go, Rika grabbed her arm. "Not so fast.... you have some explaining to do... your mother too..."

"I didn't leave the portal open!" said Kyoko. "I think it must have sent us back in time somehow! That, or the portal sent us to another version of Gensokyo where we don't exist,"

"P-papa?!" Meiling looked at the younger version of Sakuya in surprise, "U-um.... last time I checked I didn't have any children... What's your name kid? In fact, what are all your names?"

"Tch, I am Elisa Scarlet and I demand to see Remi-okaasama at once," Elisa said in an imposing tone. Her frustration clearly showing as well as her more vampiric traits, making it clear that she was of the Scarlet line, "Take me to her."

"Uhm... Elisa-chan suddenly got scary..." Syaorin commented before answering Meiling with a bow, "I don't know why you don't remember us Sensei, but I am Syaorin Toramaru."

"Ah uhm... Rori Nightbug..." The green haired girl answered in a soft voice, now clearly worried about what was going on.

"Fufufu, my this is more interesting than I thought..." Ariane said, clear mirth in her eyes.

"Michi Izayoi-Hong, I'm your daughter! Please stop denying it!" It was obvious that Michi was already at the point of panicking. Of course, the two parents who she knew and loved didn't know her anymore.

"Oh, I'm Chromia. I'm the child of Chiruno-mama and Rumia-mama!" Chromia said proudly. Of course, she didn't have much of an idea of what was going on.

Kaon bowed in respect as she introduced herself. "Umm... I'm Kaon Komeji. I'm the daughter of Flandre Scarlet and Koishi Komeji..."

"My name is Rika Scarlet... I'm the daughter of Cerise Scarlet and Kano Hakurei... Now stop with the jokes, let us in!" she said, trying to convince Sakuya and Meiling.

"Hm... This is quite interesting..." Sakuya said, trying to pretend to ignore the person who just introduced herself as the child of hers and Meiling's. "A group of children who suddenly say that they are the children of people who are not even a couple. Are you sure that you don't need help getting home? Your parents must be worried. And no, I cannot let you visit the mistress."

Kyoko's eye twitched.

For once in her life, she was right about something, and nobody listened to her, not even Rika, who had just asked her for answers, then refused to listen to those answers.

She sighed.

"Do any of you know where I can find Kori Inugami?" she said.

"Sakuya...." Meiling said to get the maid's attention, "I know it sounds crazy, but I don't think these kids are lying. Not to mention the one claiming to be our daughter looks suspiciously like you. And didn't Cerise-sama recently solve an incident involving a dimension traveler..."

"I think at the very least we should take them to the Mistress so we can figure this all out," The gate guard suggested. She was secretly thrilled at the prospect of her and Sakuya having a daughter. Not that she'd ever admit herself.

"See, I always knew I liked Meiling best," Elisa said calming down now that someone was at least willing to listen, "And Remi-okaasama says she's incompetent as a gate guard..."

"Shush, Kyoko, I wanna see their reactions when they finally figure it out," Ariane said over to Kyoko, amusement twinkling in her eyes, "Besides if I'm right, this is around the time Papa met your mother."

"Fine," said Kyoko. "Hey, maybe if we find whatever portal Solitas brought papa to the labrinth through, we can use it to go see if this place was as cool...I mean, as horrible as it sounds!"

Sakuya gave Meiling the smile that she usually uses when she's about to discipline her. "... Why do you seem so thrilled about it?" she then sighed and then looked at the children. "I guess that a simple tour of the mansion won't hurt..." she said as she entered the gates. "Come, get in the mansion."

Michi then looked at Meiling. "You really don't remember me being your daughter...? I will take down whoever's behind this..." she said, still stuck on the thought that someone did something to make everyone forget what happened.

"Michi, calm down" Kaon said as she went over to the gate. "Let's follow Sakuya, everyone."

"Eh? Why's everyone so gloomy, Rori-chan?" Chromia asked as she floated over to the gates. "I don't see what's wrong."

Rika grabbed Kyoko's arm again and dragged her towards the mansion's entrance. She didn't want to let her escape, since she might know the cause of what's happening. "Don't try to struggle, or it will only hurt more..."

"Please let go of my arm. I already told you what I think happened," said Kyoko. "And I'd hate to have to break that wrist of yours..."

"I swear I'm gonna gungnir whoever is responsible for doing this..." Elisa said with a slight growl as she followed behind Sakuya.

Meiling, who just knew Sakuya was going to come back to hurt her, was sweating abit in nervousness. However when she heard Michi's vow, she smiled slightly ruffling the girl's hair a little, "I may not know you, but I do believe you. Besides, you remind me too much of Sakuya to be mere coincidence. Now go on with Sakuya, I'm sure the mistress may have some answers."

Rori sighed at her friend, "Nevermind that Chromia, let's just follow them in."

Syaorin instinctively grabbed her master's hand as she followed Sakuya in, "Do you think Koishi-sama, Satori-sama, and my parents forgot us too...?"

Kaon nodded her head at Syaorin and kept walking. "If what I'm assuming is right... then I think that they would have forgotten us too... I'm sorry, Syaorin... It's all my fault for dragging you into this..." she said, petting Syaorin on the head.

Rika then let go of Kyoko. "You know... this is one of the many reason why I dislike you... maybe Cerise-mama was correct and that you are just like Kori..." she said, finally leaving Kyoko behind.

Michi was silent the whole walk towards there and Sakuya opened the door for them. "Welcome to the Scarlet Devil Mansion. Please try not to make a mess, I just finished sweeping."

Kyoko, without wasting any time, proceeded to kick Rika in the ass hard enough to hurt both foot and ass.

"Talk about me all you want you vampire bitch, but don't you dare say a thing about my mother! EITHER ONE OF THEM!" she said.

"It's okay Kaon-sama, it's fine as long as you're here," Syaorin assured then heard the racket Kyoko and Rika were making. "Uh oh.... Elisa-san, they're at it again!"

"Tch, I am not in the mood for this, Michi please restrain Kyoko before she does something to anger me," Elisa order then gave Rika a hard glare, "And you, don't even think about getting your revenge at least not until after we've spoken to Remi-okaasama then you can take your little spat outside."

"Fufu, you take things too personally, Kyoko," Ariane commented, pulling out a fan and tapped it against her chin.

"What is all that noise I'm hearing?" A voice asked as Remilia Scarlet herself descended down the stairs, "Sakuya who are these younglings?"

Rika fell on her knees because of the pain of the hit. "Oww.... W-What the heck was that for?!" she then glared at Kyoko and before she could attack back, she was told by Elisa. "Tch.... Y-Yes, Elisa-chan..."

Michi spaced out for a bit before hearing her mistress' orders. "H-Huh..? Oh, of course..." she said as she went over to Kyoko and grabbed her arms, restraining it with one hand and using her other hand to place a knife near the back of her neck. "Please don't move... I don't want to cause a mess..."

Sakuya then heard Remilia descending down the stairs and she bowed in respect for her, then upon standing up straight pointed to the children. "They claim to be children of different people from the Scarlet lineage and the Komeji lineage. I doubt they are telling the truth, though..."

"Ok. I'll be good," said Kyoko, meekly.

"Oh, is that it? Well at the very least they have good taste in maids," Remilia commeted, complimenting Michi, "Tell me child, from which part of the Scarlet line are you from?"

"I'm from your line, Remi-okaasama, I'm your daughter!" Elisa said stepping forward, "And Kaon here is your niece."

"Wh-what?! You must be mistaken, I have no children and as far as I know, neither does Flandre," Remilia replied, crossing her arms over her chest, "But you do appear to at least be half vampire, I can tell by the third eye that you have some satori in you too..."

"Fufu, I suppose I should outright say it now," Ariane replied from her position to the side of the group, "None of them are lying to you, they are in fact your children, except they're from the future. They're the children you'll soon have."

"That's impossible, I would never fall for someone, let alone one of the Komeiji's nor would I let one near my sister," Remilia protested.

Syaorin tilted her head slightly, "We're in the past? Oh, so does that mean my parents haven't even had me yet?"

"I'm pretty sure that's exactly what it means..." Rori added.

Sakuya sighed and shook her head. "You see... that was the expression I had when I heard it as well. Well, not exactly like that but you get my point..."

Michi then looked at Ariane, who seemed to know the answer to it all. "The... future? I thought that rips were only possible in space? I didn't know it can change time as well..."

Rika was still trying to recover from her hit. "... Tch... That Kyoko... I'm going to get her..."

Kaon sighed as well and looked at Syaorin. "Again... I'm so sorry for dragging you into this..."

Chromia looked over at Rori. "... I still don't get it..."

"Well Sakuya, it makes sense for the maid there to be your daughter, and I can guess who the father, or rather other mother is," Remilia said with a knowing grin, "Just look at her, and that skill with a knife, no doubt she's related to you. Though it seems she didn't inherit your chest, perhaps Meiling's genes?"

"Oh you mean like how Elisa is just like you in both looks and personality, Remilia-san?" Ariane replied with a mischievous grin.

"That's... you have a point actually... I couldn't have possibly been with one of the Komeiji's.... could I?" Remilia's usually air of superiority was crashing down as the possibility of the girl in front of her actually being her daughter hit her. "Girl, if you're really who you say you are then you must have gungnir. Only those of my line would wield that weapon."

"You mean this?" Elisa replied with a triumphant grin as she showed the formed gungnir spear in her hand.

Remilia took a step back, surprise written on her face, "T-this can't be.... I couldn't have had a child...Tell me which of the Komeiji's was it."

"It was Satori-sama!" Syaorin replied before Elisa could, "You tried to conquer Chireiden because something Koishi did made you angry, but it didn't turn out as planned... and... and... Orin wouldn't tell me the rest."

Rori meanwhile tried to explain it simply to her friend, "Chromia, that portal thing we went through led us to the past. It means that our parents haven't had us yet and wouldn't know us."

"My parents, meanwhile, are probably meeting right about....now," said Kyoko. "not saying who they are though. I want it to be a suprise; for them I mean,"

Sakuya's eye twitched a bit, but she just laughed lightly. "H-Haha... Mistress, please don't compare my chest to China.. I mean Meiling... Mine are still satisfactory..."

Kaon saw Elisa pull out Gungnir. She wondered if it was proof that she was of the scarlet line. "Well... I might have proof that I'm from Flan-mama's line as well. Wait, let me get that." she said as she made Laevatein appear on her hands.

Michi was still a little quiet and Sakuya looked at her, approaching her. "Well, you do remind me of myself... Tell me, are you telling the truth that I will be a couple with Meiling?"

Michi then nodded slowly. "Well... I guess I'll just have to face the fact, right?" Sakuya said as she went back to the mansion. "Don't worry, daughter..." she said, smiling slightly at Michi.

Michi seemed to cheer up a little.

"Ohh... I kinda get it but still kinda not get it... Umm... Are we all showing weapons? Oh! I have an idea!" Chromia said as she reached for her ribbon and giggled. "Mama said that I couldn't touch it but it won't hurt to try, right?"

Kyoko yawned.

"I'm bored. I'm gonna go see if it's possible to find and reopen that portal to the labrinth," she said, before turning to Ariane. "You coming with?"

"OH NO YOU DON'T!" Rori yelled suddenly flashing light at Chromia before she could even touch the ribbon, "You promised me you wouldn't take that off!"

Remilia sighed, rubbing her temples a bit, "Very well I believe you. I just hope Flandre isn't out of the basement today. It would troublesome to explain this all to her..."

"I agree, Flan-mama shouldn't know," Elisa added.

"Flan-mama?" Remilia asked, raising her eyebrow, "Well you can explain things over a cup of tea. Sakuya prepare some tea for our guests, make sure you get the three halflings the special red tea."

"Why don't you go help her Michi?" Elisa suggested, knowing that this ordeal had troubled Michi, she figured spending time with her future mother might make her feel a little better.

"Fufu~ Sorry Kyoko, as much as I'd like to help you, I don't want to die at such a young stage in my long life," Ariane replied.

"....Nah, going to the labrinth is a stupid idea anyway," said Kyoko, almost defeatedly. "Especially when there are a bunch of other awesome places to go,"

Chromia then flailed her arms and fell back, surrounding herself in her blob of darkness again. "Gaaaah! Too bright, too bright!"

Kaon looked over towards Elisa when she called Flandre her mother again. She knew what Elisa was going through and she also didn't mind that, but it still made her somewhat sad.

Michi looked over towards Sakuya when Elisa suggested it. "You don't mind, okaa-sama...?" she asked. Sakuya replied by smiling and then gesturing for her to join her. Michi smiled and then ran over to where Sakuya was going to help her out.

After a while, a voice was heard directly behind Remilia. "Fufufufu~ What about Flandre?" the voiced asked. Flandre then hugged Remilia from behind and giggled.

"F-F-Flan!" Remilia almost tumbled forward in surprise at Flandre's sudden appearance, "Nothing, nothing of importance. Just talking to some guest. They're uhm.. cousins, very distant cousins here for a visit."

"Y-yeah, Flan-ma... I- I mean Flandre-san," Elisa said nervously, "It's a pleasure finally meeting you."

"Oh so that's Flandre-sama?" Syaorin whispered over to Kaon, having never met Kaon's mother before. This would technically be her first time meeting her.

Rori meanwhile put out the light and stepped toward Chromia's mass of darkness, "It's okay now, the lights gone. I'm sorry I had to do that."

After a long day of napping guarding, Meiling headed to the kitchen having gotten another of the youkai to replace her while she went on break. The earlier revelation that she may or may not have a child with Sakuya had put a bit of pep in her step. She had always liked Sakuya, though she could go without getting knifed so often, and the idea of them creating a child together was one of the single most greatest things she could think of.

Back in the present, a shrine maiden sat in front of the shrine drinking a cup of tea. Her parents had gone out youkai hunting, leaving the girl alone to laze around the rest of the day. A prospect she was rather fond of. And if she was lucky, she might even get a donation for the shrine.

Arisa sat down her cup for a moment and looked up at the sky like she was half expecting someone to arrive. Of course it was silly, she didn't want her to suddenly appear and annoy her. In fact just thinking about her might curse Arisa with her presence.

"Uuu, cousins, you say?" Flandre asked, looking at the children in front of them. She giggled and then smiled at them. "They're really cute. Would we have them over for dinner? I bet we could play lots too!"

Kaon looked over at Flandre. She knew the situation but she just couldn't hold back on calling her own mother and trying to get to her, since she barely even sees her. She just ran over to Flandre and hugged her. "Mama, I missed you so much!"

Flandre just looked at her in surprise and a little shock. "M-Mama....?" she asked. However, instead of attacking her, she waited a few moments and giggled, ruffling Kaon's hair and smiling. "Onee-chan, this one's cute! She even calls me mama and looks kinda like me~ Can we keep her?"

Chromia then rubbed her eyes, making the blob of darkness disappear around her. "Uuuuuuu...... that really really hurt, Rori-chan..."

Back at the kitchen, Sakuya and Michi had just finished setting up the tea and are just waiting for it to finish brewing. Michi proved to be very skillful and of much help to Sakuya. For now, she was sitting on her future mother's lap while Sakuya was holding her. Of course, Michi couldn't tell stories about what they were like as a family in the future, but she was happy for that moment. When Meiling entered the kitchen, Sakuya looked over at her, so did Michi. "Meiling, your shift is over, I assume?" Sakuya asked.

At the present, a huge gust of wind flowed as a wolf-crow tengu hybrid zoomed through the air and landed with a skid right in front of the shrine maiden. Maya stood up straight and had her arms on her waist, leaning in close to Arisa's face and grinning widely. "Arisa-chaaaaan, guess what? I'm on break today and I took the time and trouble to visit you!" she said as she pulled out a digital camera and then sat beside Arisa, putting her arm around her back and then pointing the camera to take a picture of herself with Arisa. "Say cheese~!" she said as she took the snapshot.

"Auuu~ No Flan, you can't keep her," Remilia said not liking how the situation had turned out at all, "She'll need to get back home to her parents. You wouldn't want to keep her away from them now would you Flan?"

"Kaon...." Elisa groaned slightly. "Oh well, it can't be helped. Why don't we all just go to the parlor and sit while we wait for the tea?"

"Yes, that sounds like a good idea," Remilia said leading them to the parlor room.

"I know, and I'm really sorry," Rori said comfortingly, "You just really scared me."

"Yeah, my temporary replacement is out there now," Meiling said as she took notice of Sakuya with the girl from earlier in her lap. Meiling could feel a grin forming on her lips, "So you decided to believe her?"

The guard then walked over to the two crouching down so she was eye level with the red haired girl and ruffled her hair, "Michi right? So you're really our daughter. Well, I'm glad you take after Sakuya," Meiling added with her usual smile, glancing up at Sakuya, "Wouldn't want you being too much like your lazy papa."

"Wha?!" Arisa said in surprise as the light on the camera flash. The shrine maiden wiped furiously at her eyes, blinking a few times before the spots went away. Once she had collected herself, she turned to the tengu and asked in a deadpan voice, "What do you want now Maya? That equally annoying kappa isn't with you today?"

"Onee-chan's no fun~" Flandre said, pouting. Of course, even she wouldn't want to keep someone away from his or her parents sometimes... sometimes. However, it seems like that little vampire girl was getting attached to her. "Oh, can I join you all for tea? It's boring down in the basement. I don't have anything at all to do."

"Remi-sama, please let Flan-mama join us!" Kaon said, looking over at Remilia hopefully. Flandre giggled upon hearing this. "Her calling me mama always gets me... it's just so cute! i hope that I'll have a daughter like this in the future~"

Chromia then looked over at Remilia. "Ooooh, we're gonna have tea! I want tea too! And lots of food!"

Sakuya then looked away from Meiling. "Hmph... I am only facing the unchangeable facts that will happen in the future... And I'm not that cold-hearted to make her cease to exist..." she said as she let Michi down for a while and then went back to making normal tea and the special tea for her mistresses.

When Meiling told her about being like Sakuya, she shook her head and then looked at Meiling. "Papa, I inherited a lot of good genes from you too. I've been really good at martial arts and... umm, I sometimes have the habit to fall asleep a bit while waiting but I do recover quickly."

When Sakuya heard this, she chuckled and then finished setting out all the things for the tea. It was on two trays so Michi could lend her a hand. "It seems like one more person to wake up for me, huh? I apologize if I am ever harsh to you in the future, Michi. Oh, and come help me with the tea."

Michi then nodded and moved over to Sakuya to help her by carrying the other tray.

Maya chuckled and then put the camera back in her pocket. "Well, of course I just want to hang out with my friend Arisa. Just flying around Gensokyo can be boring even for a tengu like me, you know? Besides, I bet you wait for me everyday~" she said teasingly, laying down and resting her head on Arisa's lap. "It's just a habit of mine to relax after a long day working with Aya-okasan for the Bunbunmaru News."

"Isn't it kind a bit sad that you already know the future?" said Kyoko. "Doesn't it....I dunno....ruin the suprise or something?"
